We went on 19th July so a bit late in writing this. We had a great evening, great service, Mike was great, never rushed us although they were busy, and I said I’d give a good review, just a bit late. I’ve not been there before but will be back.

Good location, we got a table fast on the outside. We shared one carbonara and one spaghetti w tomato sauce, both dishes were excellent and large! Very nice waiter that gave us as much Parmesan as we wanted 😊

Food was really good and took surprisingly short time to get everything from ordering on the table. Kids meal were bigger size than I have seen last week during my stay in London. We were four together, couple with two kids, one in pram, we got good seats outside like we asked for. I would give this place 5 stars but it took quite some time to get the bill compared to how quick the service to the beginning of our visit.

Prohibitive prices for quite mediocre quality. The anchovy pizza was super salty and the Caesar salad was pretty poor. A place that neither was nor fa.

Food was good and the service was fast, however the waiter implied that there was chicken included in the caesar salad when there wasn’t, it was charged on the side so I had a not so nice surprise when the bill came that honestly kinda ruined the meal for me.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant, specifically with the waiter named Priyank and the rest of the staff. Despite being open for business hours, they made it very clear that they did not want to serve us because we were Muslim. They were incredibly rude and disrespectful towards us, refusing to even acknowledge our presence and making us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, as the restaurant was nearing closing time, they were more than willing to serve other guests who were not Muslim. This discriminatory treatment left a sour taste in my mouth and I felt completely marginalized and disrespected. The only saving grace was the waiter named Ado, who treated us with professionalism and courtesy. It was a stark contrast to the behavior of his colleagues and I truly appreciated his efforts to make us feel welcome. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially if you are a Muslim. The discriminatory and disrespectful attitude of the staff, particularly Priyank, left a lasting negative impression on me. It's a shame that such behavior is tolerated in a place that should be welcoming to all guests.

I went today with my kids, brother and a causing. We had a lovely meal with spaghetti carbonara, Caesar salad with grilled chicken and Margarita Pizza Everything was delicious and big portions They have high chairs and the waiter was very helpful

Super nice service, not so nice pasta to be an Italian. The carbonara felt weird and the girl next to our table left it too. Bolognese was not bad, but would not recommend it based on the pasta, wine is also quite expensive

Myself and my sister were seated outside the spaghetti house. The service was immediately very quick and we had our orders placed and drinks brought to the table, after this we were forgotten about immediately. All staff returned inside and were ot present to ask for salt/pepper/ drinks. My side order had gone cold by the time the staff had reappeared to give someone else their food. No one asked if our food was ok at all. Food tasted nice, but if sitting outside the service is awful.

I got the Mac and cheese which was really really good, my brother got the lasagna which was also great, my mom got a chicken dish which missed the mark. It lacked seasoning and was very bland. They are very careful with food allergy requests, which is much appreciated. Overall I would definitely go back, just stick to the pasta!

We arrived hungry and left without it. Everything was very good and we had a waitress who spoke Spanish, very nice.

The place is beautiful, but it is crowded inside, and the tables are small and close together. I recommend sitting outside, and there are bathrooms

Delicious pizza and top service. If we ordered the wrong thing due to a misunderstanding, we were not charged. The staff very friendly and accommodating. The pizza could be a little bigger for the price but this is London.

The food was absolutely amazing. Would 10/10 recommend only if you’re doing take out and getting one bill. If you want split checks, they will be completely messed up and overcharged. Also, if you want servers that will give you quality service and remember simple things like to bring you water, don’t go here. Also know that there is tap water available and you don’t have to pay extra for bottled water because they won’t offer tap water to you, you’re expected to know that. In total we got scammed $30. Again, food was amazing. Other areas need major work.

We came here without reservation and got seated immediately, although it was busy. The waiter was very friendly to me and my child. We ordered pasta from the kids menu and cacio e pepe. The pasta pomodoro was very fruity and delicious, the cacio e pepe was exactly how it should be. Both pastas were on point! Al dente. Vino was excellent and we were happy enough to order dessert, although we were pretty full. This was also a good decision as it was absolutely tasty.

We were very satisfied. The pasta is recommended. It tasted very good and was a decent portion. The service was courteous and nice.

Food at then spaghetti House was great. We had the spaghetti and meatballs and other dishes for lunch. Everything was closely supervised by the owner/chef. We cannot wait to go back. I recommend it highly if you want something delicious food and friendly and cozy atmosphere.

We stopped here for dinner before a play tonight. We wanted to sit outside to eat and the staff were very apologetic that we had to pay when we ordered to do so as they have too many dine-and-dashes otherwise but we did not mind at all. We ordered the double serving of carbonara to share with a bottle of house wine and thoroughly enjoyed it all. The staff were very friendly and charming.

Pleasant, simple dishes but that present the palate with their best Italian flavor, a Borra Moretti, to start and a Salmon to continue. Coffee to close the meal. Recommended and worth what you know.

Rude waiter and made a group of 5 pay a fake mandatory service charge of an extra £10 to the bill and would not explain how it applies to us only stating that in london the london service charge law doesn’t apply? Overall just a bit rude to us.Wouldn’t recommend:(

From the onset the experience and service was superb, warm and friendly. Food was reasonably prompt and incredibly delicious. For simple but appetising italian cuisine, you cant go wrong here.

Each time I’ve come here with my sister we have been so pleased with the wonderful friendly service and the absolutely delicious food. Will definitely be coming back a third time :)

Thoroughly enjoyable meal of pizza and salad.

It's not a restaurant but a giant factory. First of all, be patient because the servers are in no rush to seat you. Although several tables were free, we waited a long time (around 25 minutes) in the cold before we were finally told that we could go in. Icy welcome, questionable hygiene and mediocre service. We had two dishes including a plate of spaghetti pomodoro with pasta which was cold and a tomato sauce which was obviously industrial. In addition, we had a chicken Milanese which had no seasoning and the fries were cold, frozen, soft and not a single hint of salt. To summarize, the dishes were bland and flavorless. We still waited around 30 minutes to be served and this is the result… After paying, no goodbye from the employees and the atmosphere remains as cold as ever. Very bad experience!

Impeccable service, they accommodate special requests flawlessly. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, and it's conveniently located. And let's not forget the star of the show: the food is absolutely delicious. A must-visit for any Italian cuisine lover! Highly Recommend.

I don't want to badmouth a business, I will never go to that business again, but we went for a trip to London with my daughters, it was raining outside, they told me to wait for 5 minutes outside, harshly and we waited for 15 minutes, and finally we entered the restaurant and my daughter was sitting at the table to prepare it and I took my daughter to a table. The employee pushed my daughter with his elbow and put the plate on table. My daughter is 17 years old. I was shocked. They had very rude staff and we asked for spaghetti. Oh my god, it was the worst spaghetti I have ever eaten in my life. Look, I would never lie about this. I have been to many restaurants. This was the first time I experienced something like this and I wanted to write about it. Be careful, they took it from us, they took the service fee except the fee, your business does not deserve anything, know this, rude business and people👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Terrible:( I was here this week with my dad because we didn’t know where to eat. When we came in we were seated at a place we didn’t enjoy so we asked to switch but the waitress said no rudely. While waiting for the food (Carbonara and a burger) the chefs were constantly loudly arguing also we didn’t get any positive vibes from the other people working there. Sooner we got the food that looked really poor. The carbonara that wasn’t even a real carbonara and the bacon was pretty hard also greasy. and the burger was just dry and poor. No questions about if we enjoyed it or anything like that. So whould not say the extra 13.5% bill is worth it.. Do not recommend!!

I found this restaurant a bit poor! Came with a group of friends and i ordered a burger but it's a bit boring just chips and standard burger. Burger King can do a better job than this! Another thing Always always check your bill before payment as they over charge me and my friends thinking the waitress get away with it if we haven't check the bill !!! Think we are a tourists ! Rip-off!!! Will not go back again!!!

So far the best pasta restaurant. There bolognaise was on point!

Worst restaurant experience ever. We (2 persons) order one tiny appetizer and two pizzas at 17:00. The appetizer arrives at 17:05, so far so good. At 18:00, we were still waiting for the two pizzas. No apologies, nothing. They even made us pay the little we’d consumed. An absolute disgrace, from start to finish. Never go there, ever.

The food was delicious with excellent pasta and desserts. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was fast. Great choice and would highly recommend.

Decent food , quick and efficient

The lady who served us did not say hello , no smile, only three of us got our meals. So I had to wait , she told me that I said I share my wife , well no one else heard me say that on my table. She was very rude and looked like she did not want to be there. With service like that shame she was.

A reasonable Italian option if you are around in the area. Not too many options on the Menu but a place for pizza and pasta. Pastas tasted good. :)

We didn’t have a booking but were seated within 5 minutes. I got the bolognese and it was one of the best I’ve had. My husband got the carbonara and said it was really tasty. I’d recommend you do yourself a favor and visit if you’re in the area. It has a very nice atmosphere.

Really good food. Reasonably fast service. Decor maybe a bit soulless, as most of the tables are in the basement. Good WiFi though.

Pasta was not cooked fully thought. Pizza was covered in an excess amount of oil. They also do not mention that there is a MANDATORY service charge that cannot be taken off. Be warned

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant! The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the food tasted terrible. I do not recommend visiting or trying this restaurant. We had some fries and a small amount of pasta with ketchup dressing to mask the taste.

The staff were friendly and relaxed. The food and drinks arrived promptly. Everything was delicious, hot and generous portions. Would definitely go back.

The staff was friendly. The food generally tasted good. It's not a bad choice. Bolognese and Gamberoni pasta were good.

The spaghetti bolognese looked awful barely any mince/ bolognese sauce. Unfortunately, the spaghetti Bolognese I ordered was undercooked and didn't taste like it should. It was a letdown, and to make matters worse, it made me feel sick afterwards. We couldn't even finish our meal. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves their food quality we are very disappointed.

I visited this restaurant with my family recently. We received terrible service from one male worker from the second we entered the restaurant. We stood in the open doors of the restaurant at 11.57 and were rudely told by the man that the restaurant did not open until 12. So I responded that it was only in 3 minutes, the inference being that I was prepared to wait. He then let us in and said you can sit at a table for 3 minutes then. At this point I didn’t take any issue to his attitude as it was only a small exchange. However, thereafter he refused to acknowledge us when we called for service and was twice asked by his colleagues if he could do something for our table. The first time he said something to a colleague that we did not hear but it was clear that he did not want to serve us. The second time we caught what he said and he outright said to the other colleague that he was not going to serve us. I asked the lady that served us why that was the case and she denied it, whilst trying to cover up a laugh. I haven’t received such terrible service at a restaurant in my life and we all left the restaurant (one of our previously favourite chains) extremely disappointed. I then wrote to the customer service about this experience and unsurprisingly didn’t receive a response. I won’t be spending my money here again.

Unexpected service charge when paying,which I thought was not good considering the amount of food served

Decent spot for some basic Italian food, at a reasonable price. There isn’t much choice on the menu & definitely won’t recommend for someone with tomato intolerance as pretty much every pasta / spaghetti option has tomatoes. Service was super warm, friendly and welcoming. They found a table for us as walk-ins at the busiest time, on a weekend. Fab!

La camarera hablaba español y nos trató estupendamente. Todo estuvo muy bueno y el servicio fue rápido. El local es muy mono, sobre todo la zona de abajo. Lo recomiendo totalmente, para estar en una zona súper céntrica no fue nada caro!

The server was kind, attentive and expedient. They were able to make space for our small party on 1 hours notice. A booking is most assuredly required if you’d like to dine here. The food was really disappointing. On par with American fast food. It was strange to go somewhere with such great location, ambiance, and service, but with food that can best be described as edible.

I visited Spaghetti house for what I thought would be a quick lunch the other day (I thought it would be quick because I was by myself and they didn't appear to be too busy). I was seated immediately. I sat at the bar since I was by myself (not a bar with a bartender, but a long counter against a window). I thought that was perfect, great people watching, and I could read while I waited for my food. However, the manager or someone was an Italian man speaking at an incredibly loud volume. It almost felt like he thought he needed to put on a show for the guests, acting the stereotypical loud, jovial Italian restaurant owner (but I mean . . . this is a chain, it's not like it's some authentic Italian food . . .). So as this man shouted incessantly in the very small closed-in area where I was seating, I tried to enjoy my book regardless. I had to wait quite a while before anyone came over to take my order. (I had closed my menu in an attempt to indicate I was ready). I wasn't offered water or any drink while I waited. Finally a server came over. I ordered the garlic bread with mozzarella and the lasagna. The garlic bread came out in a timely manner. It was delicious. It was in the form of a personal-size pizza dough. I didn't plan to eat all of it myself. I ate about half while reading, then moved it aside. I waited and waited. And waited. And my main didn't come. If I hadn't had a book to read I would have probably been driven insane with boredom and walked out. I sat reading and waiting. I ended up finishing the rest of the garlic bread because I was hungry (though I would have preferred to save room for my main). I didn't want to have to watch and flag someone down (was trying to enjoy my book), and I figured for sure they couldn't have forgotten about me, I'm literally sitting on the way to the kitchen - the see me every time they walk in and out of the kitchen. Eventually the server came over and asked if I was ready for my main. I said yes. I was caught off guard . . . I didn't realize she was waiting for me to tell her I was ready for my main. I didn't know this was the rule. I've eaten at many restaurants, of all sorts of varieties of cuisine and price points, and I've managed to get served my food at all of them . . . without ever telling them I was "ready for my main". But it's certainly something I've seen other people do. If that was their policy, she should have communicated that instead of assumed I knew. Anyway. So then I was waiting for my lasagne. Which I assumed would be right out. I figured all they need to do is heat it up - they probable make one earlier in the day. But nope. Lots more waiting. When it came, it was so hot I had to wait another 10 minutes for it to cool down, and still ended up burning my tongue several times. The lasagne was okay. Personally I would have liked it with more meat and less cheese, but I know there are so many different preferences on lasagne, so I can't reasonably hold that against them. If I hadn't had to wait so long for water in the beginning and then so long again for my main, it would have been a completely different experience, and this would have been a completely different review. Looking at my phone now, I can see I arrived at 2:30 pm and didn't leave until 3:50 pm. One hour and 20 minutes for one person to eat some garlic bread and a bit of lasagne!!!! I don't feel any need to ever go back. The only reason I'd eat here again is if it was my only choice. It wasn't horrendous, but it just wasn't worth it - neither the food or the service or the atmosphere presented any selling points.

Pizza margherita and arancine … you can’t go wrong with these here at Spaghetti House! The ambience was okay. The staff helpful enough. The food was delicious. And well done on making pasta “al dente”.

Waited over 50 minutes for the starter, then the main course came out luke warm, after complaining they took it away and returned it and it looked all stodgy and dry. Completely inedible.

Centrally located, this cute Italian restaurant serves decent pasta but a really amazing margherita pizza and arancini! It is really busy with limited space. You have to try the affogato with amaretto, it’s an out of this world explosion of flavor in your mouth.

Si j’avais pu mettre 0, je l’aurais fait. Ambiance froide, serveur non investi. Il n’y avait PAS D’EAU PLATE. Pas de coca ni de thé froid. L’addition a été lancée sur la table alors qu’on ne nous a pas demandé si on voulait un dessert. On nous a mis doucement dehors à 21h alors que le resto fermait à 22h30.

N’as d’italien que le nom ! Nous avons payé presque 40livres pour recevoir une assiette de tomates mozza et des pâtes carbonara qui flottaient dans l’huile et de toute évidence qui sortaient du micro-onde. Vous pouvez trouver bien mieux ailleurs

We went here on the 23rd Dec, got a table without booking at had a gorgeous meal, great service and atmosphere. Spoke to a Canadian family from Toronto, that loved England and were great company too!

子どもがカルボナーラが食べたいというので、近隣で希望を満たしそうなお店を探しました。開店時間に入りましたが、続々とお客さんが入っていました。小さな子供連れの家族が多い印象でした。パスタの味に関しては、本格的ではないが、日本のカプリチョーザやジョリーパスタで期待するような味と似ていて、日本人（特に家族連れ）には馴染みのある仕上がりの味に感じました。 とにかく量が多いので、ロンドンにおいて、コストパフォーマンスは悪くないと思います。 店員さんも観光客に慣れており、一人を除いては非常ににこやかでした（その１名が低評価の原因では？と思いました）。 本格的なものを求める人には不向きですが、家族で気負わず、お腹いっぱいにご飯を食べたい方には向いていると思います。 ドリンクは頼まずに、カルボナーラと、ズッキーニとえびのパスタの二皿のみ頼んで、サービス料込み（基本的に含まれています）で４０ポンドほどでした。頼まなくともタップウォーターを出してもらえるのも、ちょっとしたことですが嬉しいポイントでした。
