Visited last night with my friend, very authentic old pub with a very relaxed atmosphere, there was no music being played so you could hear people talking quietly, very soothing and a rare thing these days. Ordered two pizzas which where delicious, the Serrano Ham and Rocket was excellent. All the bar staff where very young, very attentive and super polite, my personal experience with young bar staff is they would rather talk with their mates or look at their phones, well done to all involved at the Jolly Gardener 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We went for a Sunday roast and it was absolutely delicious. All the staff were lovely and super friendly. Can’t wait to go back.

Had a good spicy bean burger, staff were friendly even while there was a strongman competition on in the car park.

The lamb shanks! If you like lamb that falls off the bone this was one of the yummiest Sunday lunches we have had in ages. Just travelled down from Cambridge to meet my mum for Mother’s Day lunch, I think we took the last table because they were fully booked but they made us feel so welcome even the dog was made a fuss of. Thank you Jolly Gardener for such a wonderful Mother’s Day meal we are so glad we chose you.

Surely the nicest and cosiest pub in Holyport! Great hosts, lovely fire, cuddly interior, fantastic Sunday roast! I can't believe we've only discovered this gem weeks before moving to Windsor, but it'll surely still be our to-go-to place for a pint by the fire 🔥🥰

Fantastic country pub, I visited with my family earlier today, very friendly staff, extremely generous portions and great ale selection, definitely worth a visit.

Had such a lovely meal here. They squeezed us in even though we were late for food. Olivia was so welcoming and kind. Ally was fab too. Great pizza and wine, really lovely country pub ambience. Thank you guys x

Nice & friendly service but lousy food. Bar staff were helpful, welcoming and friendly. However this isn’t a good pub. Menu was a choice of pizza or a burger. The burger was fatty and lacking flavour. Chips were warm at best.

We went in the afternoon. Not many options to nibble on during off-service times. The ice cream was a bit overpriced.

If you haven't tried the food here lately I suggest you give it a try. The stone baked pizzas are great, and the new extended menu is great, and there's an extended breakfast menu at weekends too.

The atmosphere and clientele felt a little rough around the edges when I visited on a Saturday afternoon but the beer was great and the food looked appetising. I had to be vigilant to keep the ants off me but that might have just been the table that I chose in the garden. I might not go there as a planned visit but, if passing, I am likely to drop in again.

We went to the pub for a surprise 60th birthday bash, we all had a good time, the bar staff were very helpful, even when dealing with young children's request.

Nice quiet pub, been here several times before, landlord was nice and friendly, I think it's changed hands since the last time I went, but it's a cosy little pub with some nice features, and plenty of parking.

Lovely pub. Got that old look on the inside with exposed brick and wood which gives a cosy feel to the place. Good prices for drink and food, too.

Wonderful country pub. Superb décor, good beers and wines on offer, delicious food. It's less than 15 minutes from Windsor, but you feel like you've been transported into the middle of nowhere.
