Great service supporting quality french cafe / restaurant offering within Westminster.

Little visit to Antoinette's during our last stay in London. The staff is pleasant, takes great care of the customers and the meal is quality. You add a little English, a little French and you have the ideal cocktail to have a good time. Special mention for the onion soup. We had such a good meal there that we went back a second time. Good value for money.

Great place for a business lunch. Enjoyed the food. I has the Cornish plaice which was very tasty.

Way too salty soup. Slow service. So slow when we asked for more bread with our hot cheese that the cheese was no longer hot.

Lovely place for brunch / lunch or dinner! I really enjoyed the spinach omelette! Staff were very attentive. Will return!

The truth is that the food was very delicious, we came three times in a row this week with my family, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, we sat downstairs and were served by an Argentine girl, Eva, impeccable service, she also gave us information about where to visit, the food Delicious, especially the omelet with spinach, mushrooms and cheese but the coffee was also good, I recommend it to all Latinos and who else because I felt like I was speaking in many different languages, thank you

Lovely French bistro with authentic feeling and friendly service. It's a small space so our table felt a little cramped next to a larger group. Food however is tasty with a very good portion size for the French onion soup, and there is an extensive wine list.

Had a dinner there on a Saturday evening with a group of friends starting at 7.30pm. Staff was very unpleasant / unfriendly and rushed through the orders. Did not accept the final order of a coffee... Dropped cutlery on us a few times. Did not know answers around the menu and always had to double check. We ordered meats for the main dish and the quality was terrible and not cheap either! Apple crumble was also freezing cold with and ice on the side. Disappointing.

Best meal of our stay. Really great! Very good value for money, fresh produce and it's homemade. Being a fan of French toast and demanding on the subject, I found what I was looking for there. I recommend it for lovers of good cuisine.

After a pleasant discovery of Covent, the quality of the food and the service is of the same level. The terrace is pleasant and heated! Superb place!

A lovely little French restaurant, Kara’s service was fantastic, friendly and made us feel very relaxed. Bavette Steak can be very hit or miss but here it was tender and tasty!

While the service was friendly it was very slow, orders mixed up and disorganised. Some dishes never came and others were the wrong dish. When the food did arrive it was beyond awful. It really shouldn’t be associated with the original restaurant in Covent Garden West street as they couldn’t be more different. Really disappointing as we went there for a Birthday and it was embarrassing how bad everything was.

I truly don't understand the big buss around this place, it's nothing special, overpriced as hell, plus staff is rude. I would not recommend visiting.

Having sat at our booked table we were asked to be moved to another table. We were polite and agreed for our group to be moved despite booking weeks ago and it being a disruption for 6. Once moved to another table the service was not good. Several times we had to ask for our drinks which were undelivered and both steaks ordered were not cooked as asked. Also sauce for steaks were forgotten till we asked twice. Despite me politely emailing the following day to air my disappointment I have yet to receive a response.

Zum diesjährigen Jahreswechsel sind wir nach London gereist. Am Neujahrsmorgen hatten wir eine bestätigte Reservierung zum Frühstück für 6 Personen. (09:45 Uhr) Wir kamen pünktlich mit unseren Freunden zum Ivy Victoria. Jedoch hatte das Restaurant noch geschlossen. Wie uns nach klopfen an der Tür eine der Servicekräfte erklärte öffnet das Restaurant erst um 11:00 Uhr. Sie können unsere Enttäuschung sicherlich verstehen. Wie peinlich für mich als Gastgeber meinen Gästen erklären zu müssen, dass es hier offensichtlich ein Versehen gegeben hat und wir uns jetzt spontan ein neues Frühstückslokal suchen müssen. Und das am 01.01. - in London - sehr schwierig. Später am Mittag rief das Restaurant dann bei mir an um mir mitzuteilen, dass wir für unsere Reservierung mittlerweile zu spät sein. Woraufhin ich dem freundlichen Herrn erklären musste, dass nicht wir, sondern das Restaurant zu spät sei da unsere bestätigte Reservierung um 09:45 Uhr gewesen sei. Nach wenigen Worten wurde das Gespräch beendet. Es ist sicherlich kein "Beinbruch", dass das Reservierungssystem in unserem Fall leider versagt hat. Aber eine kleine Entschuldigung wäre sicherlich möglich gewesen.

Booked for the New Year's Day Brunch Food was excellent Lovely decor Staff were polite However ,the wait was beyond ridiculous Asked if we wanted water with our meal,which we had to ask for twice There was also an item on the brunch menu that was"for the table" Were asked if we wanted this with our meal or before. We asked for it before,then had to ask 3 times before it was bought to the table. We waited about 45minutes for our main meal. Meanwhile,people were coming in and being served very promptly. One of the managers was very apologetic and offered us a free drink,but we didn't have the time as we were getting a coach back home. Instead,we didn't pay for our (bottled)water or the service charge. I think we probably could have asked not to pay for our meal,but I wouldn't have done that as there was absolutely nothing wrong with the food. Would come back again for the food ,but the wait did marr the experience

Lovely decor, fabulous food and friendly staff. However you are not getting a 5 because : You seated us in the walkway despite there being plenty of free tables for the duration of our visit and we did book in advance - I would expect a better table with a bench / seats. The heating was roaring above us. We tolerated it for about 20 mins then I asked for it to be turned down as it was uncomfortable! Nothing. Spent the duration of our meal being blasted with unnecessary heat that my face and neck turned red and it was bloody annoying. I then asked someone else to turn it off. Nothing for another 10 mins or so. After more than over an hour, the heating was finally turned off when we finished and left !!!! WTAF Also, side plates were not provided with our starter nibbles which I thought wasn’t right. Desserts weren’t appealing / nothing special.

Came in for a girls birthday dinner, the place is very very cute and small which creates a very cosy atmosphere. The food was good for the value, and they even did a Happy Birthday song 🥹 The staff is all very attentive, service by Eve was very friendly and helpful, was our first time, thank you so much!

I had a lovely time this morning at Chez Antoniette. The eggs benedict was great and they even provided me extra hollandaise sauce on the side when I asked. The service was lovely with a very friendly waitress who helped us decide what to pick and we had a lovely time. Very affordable and delicious. Overall great experience!

Would definitely recommend giving Chez Antoinette a visit if you're in London. The prices are extremely reasonable for such a high quality meal. My friend and I shared a charcuterie board (great portion, and delicious) and I tried the mushroom and artichoke tarte which was amazing. Great drinks and service as well. The atmosphere was lovely and we very much enjoyed our time there. We will definitely be back :)

Unfortunately our experience was not the best one for a party of 3. We tried many dishes, but we were not satisfied by the quality of the food, especially considering the price. Last but not least, for some reason the door was open and all the customers were freezing.

Eggs Benedict were really nice but the service offered by Eve was exceptional, she really makes you feel looked after; a great experience which I can’t wait to repeat.

I ordered eggs Benedict, they were full of vinegar and the taste of vinegar was very clear, it has been 9 hours since my breakfast and I still have the taste of vinegar in my mouth. I tried everything to get rid of the taste but to no avail. I also ordered French toast and it was not brought to us. We waited a long time and in the end it was not registered. The restaurant manager was kind and gave us cookies as an apology gift…

My wife and I have been several times in the Chez Antoinette in Covent Garden. Because it is pretty busy in the december days and because we were in London with our kids (3 and 5 years old), we decided to look for an alternative. Luckely we found out that there is another Chez Antoinette Victoria. It is also a beautiful location with a little more space and the same delicious breakfast! By accident we had the chance to meet the founder of Chez Antoinette. You could feel her passion for her business and her guests. We will be back!

A real French restaurant in the heart of London. Everything was perfect!

Lovely and truly 'local' small business. Modern exterior belies an interior that could be in Paris! Genuine steak tartare, great French red wine of course, and good bistro standard food served by the lovely Eve. It was what we wanted from a French night out in London. Pricey (£28 for the deer main course, which was bistro standard), but I guess that's the location. Very authentic. Definitely recommend, better than going into a chain like Côte...

Great French cuisine, not painfully expensive. 2 of us ate here and initially I was worried about the portion sizes being small but we had a cocktail (negroni) each and shared 2 starters (cured salmon dish and scallop dish) and 2 mains (bavette and frites and the Jerusalem artichoke tart) and a bread and butter basket and could not even bring ourselves to order the dessert because we were so full - spending a total (including service) of £110. As with almost all French food it is INCREDIBLY RICH but delicious! I can comfortably recommend this cute restaurant. Service was lovely (and french!)

We had an amazing team meal here and we were looked after by Eve. Eve did a fantastic job making sure we had everything we needed and made sure the atmosphere was perfect. The food was tasty and fresh and Eve also kindly let us know about the happy hour too. We are looking forward to our next visit and really hope that Eve will be there to welcome us back!

A real gem of French cuisine. The menu includes only specialties, such as snails, scallops, tartare and onion soup. Plus delicious desserts in the form of chocolate cake and creme brulee. Lights, red accessories and aristocratic elements make you feel like you are in 18th century France. Our waitress Eve was very open and smiling, we even talked for a while in French ☺️.

Situated close to Buckingham palace this French restaurant is a must if you are traveling to London. Service from the beginning to the end of our dining experience was exceptional. The French cuisine was rich a n and complex boasting of flavors. The scallops were the best I have ever had. The onion soup, the carrots, fresh board left us full and content on our choices.

What an incredible evening. The food is sublime and the service makes the whole experience even better. Our daughter’s 25th birthday was such a special event. I’d like to specifically thank Eve and Anna, it wouldn’t have been the same without your influence. I highly recommend this place to everyone. For a guaranteed enjoyable evening, this is the place to come.

This was a last minute booking - but I won’t lie you need to go to this restaurant. Quaint. Beautiful food. Fabulous service. Great price. What more needs be said? Upon walking in we were greeted so warmly but also you got to see the freshly baked desserts right away - what a way to start. Our server was the wonderful Eve who was gracious, funny and just brilliant. Drinks were ordered and quickly arrived (lucky saint, not Lucazade 🤣 and a vodka and soda). We skipped starters as had to get to the theatre. We both had deer bourginion with THE best carrots and parsnips EVER! We the followed with dessert we’d already chosen when we walked in ha ha chocolate cake and lemon meringue. Just fabulous - give it a go, what have you got to lose!

Meh. Nothing special. Was disappointed, to be honest . I wanted an omelette with cheese and ham but the only cheese they have id emmenthal which I don't like. My egg royale came cold. One friend and toast with avocado and tomatoes. It was just ok and bland. Potions were quite small

A great experience at The Ivy Victoria, London. Our server was Rawdah who was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and when our main meals came out when we still had our starters Rawdah sorted it straight away. She was excellent and coordinated it well. Will definitely return to this Ivy.

There were four of us at Chez Antoinette and we spoke German. Our waitress, Eve, was very nice and gave us a little more time because we talked far too much at first until we could finally look at the menu. From then on it was an extremely funny conversation and Eve made our stay as pleasant as possible. We had breakfast there and enjoyed the smashed avocado on toast with poached eggs & chilli flakes , to the croque monsieur and croque madame to the croissants, we were very happy with our choice. As we have been in London for a while, this was our first visit, but certainly not the last!

I visited the Ivy at Victoria on Saturday 2nd November with my wife and two friends. So we arrived 5 minutes late, I had phoned to advise running late. So we were shown to our table, luckily there was a extra chair which came in useful for putting our coats on. Some 20 minutes later we were asked if we wanted drinks which we ordered, 2 vodca 1 diet coke a mixer for both, 1 vodca comes in a tall glass with ice & slice, the other comes in a small glass vodca no ice or slice. Then the meal had our starter which was ok, then main meal arrived while we still have starter plates in front of us. Meals put on the bar while starter plates taken away. Then we got our main meal, again the food was ok. We then ordered tea 2 coffees and an Irish coffee, milk for the tea and coffee. The Irish coffee was stone cold, tea came no milk coffee arrived with 2 jugs of cream which I didn't realise till I had poured into coffee, sent it back 3 jugs of milk arrived no cup. At this point we got a bit fed up and cancelled the drinks, removed the service charge and paid the bill. I emailed the General Manager who refunded the cost of tea. Altogether an abysmal showing no level of service whatsoever and didn't seem to grasp English.

Food was great, service was attentive, and we would definitely come back / recommend. The only minor negative was the drinks - limited range of beers, and some on the menu were not available. But wine choice and authentic service was great. Thank you!

An authentic little corner of...France in Westminster. Fall...don't make it too loud 🇫🇷😊👍. PS. Try the bavette, or the Madeleine. Proust would have written a second volume 😋.

Fantastic dining experience. The brilliant food aside, the staff were courteous and incredibly attentive particularly Eve who managed the area I was seated. She took good care of us and kept an eye on our table to make sure we always had a drink or anything else we needed. Can't recommend more.

It's such a wonderful place! The quality is not fluctuating, I've been here several times throughout the past 2.5 years, and it's always fantastic. Great dishes, charming atmosphere, and excellent service. Eve was just beyond kind, she took such a good care of us that made our last visit & b-day celebration extra special! This is one of the few places in London I keep coming back to & highly recommend.

My most favourite business meeting setting in central London. The Ivy never disappoints me or my clients. Every visit is consistently the same over and over again.

Actually very surprised. I was staying near by so we went for dinner. Staff were pleasant but not over the top. Food was very good and the price seemed reasonable for central London. Would definitely return.
