I have been visiting this place for years. This place has a special place in my heart. Today, on our visit to London, I'm not surprised by the same quality of food and of course, the amazing service. Kudos to Sadie for such attention to details and setting the friendly atmosphere - same that was afforded to me over 13 years ago.

A hidden Turkish gem in the heart of Soho!! The waitress, Sadiye, was incredibly welcoming and kind. The atmosphere is cozy and it’s the perfect spot to stop for a cup of coffee or a hearty meal. It’s also laptop-friendly, so a good place to get some work or reading done. I highly recommend trying the lahmacun with a Turkish tea on the side. Definitely coming back!!

Would absolutely recommend this restaurant. Food is fresh and super tasty. Such a cute spot to dine-in. Staff is super friendly too and it just overall feels authentic even though you’re in the middle of Soho.

Superb breakfast. I had the Turkish breakfast, but I exchanged the beef sausage for a pork one, which was no problem to the staff who were really friendly, and cheerful. A lovely spot to sit and watch Soho wake up. I'll definitely go again next time I'm visiting the area.

A real hidden gem in SoHo, we only found this place as we walked past and saw how cheap a full English was and it did not disappoint! The service was excellent and they were polite and attentive. The food was excellent and we will be returning when we next come to London! Our server was brilliant and offered us a replacement on the breakfast when we took off some of the other food.

Searching area for a good English breakfast we came across the Mediterranean cafe and we were so glad we did. This was just what we wanted full English with tea and toast. The service was first class just like the food. This is now marked on my map for my next return to London. I might even try a Turkish breakfast next time, thank you

Staff weren’t very accommodating to a large group. Would not recommend coming here with party size bigger than 4. Not the best manners or communication from the younger waiter.

Super nice experience of a small, cozy restaurant well established on the street. We tried the Turkish pizzas: Turkish sausage and mozzarella and feta peppers. A real delight. Sadie, who welcomed us, is a great woman, very welcoming and open, we feel that she likes contact and people. We are delighted with our experience, thank you very much!!!!!!

The food was good, but the service was just awful. They had 1 poor guy running all the tables and once it got busy he was overwhelmed. We waited 30 minutes after our 2nd course to get our 3rd course and just gave up and paid and left. Definitely would go here again, but only if they were not busy

Delicious breakfast. We came on a cold sunday morning and had Menemen and Turkish Breakfast plate for 2. Fresh pide bread on the side was tasty. Very reasonable pricing for Soho. Will visit again for sure!

Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. The cook really took pride in his dishes and the wait staff was helpful and friendly.

So nice place with so friendly staff, I tried the Turkish breakfast and my wife the full English breakfast and it was magnificent even we asked that the eggs needs to be well cooked for my pregnant wife and it was done perfectly.

I recently visited Mediterranean Coffee and had an incredible experience! The Turkish breakfast was a real highlight – freshly made, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Turkish coffee was equally amazing, rich and aromatic. Special thanks to Pasha, the waiter, who was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect. The atmosphere was enhanced by the excellent jazzy-style music, creating a relaxing and beautiful ambiance – just perfect for a Sunday brunch. Highly recommend this place for a memorable Mediterranean dining experience!

Excellent breakfast/brunch we turned up after 1pm and they was happy to serve us breakfast which has been the best I have ever had in London fantastic service and atmosphere will be calling back this evening for our dinner, also all at a great price Cheers guys keep it up and thanks.

Don’t use this place for toogoodtogo. They say you get £10 worth of food, but it is just a wrap with salad and walnuts in it. The owner admitted it wasn’t £10 worth, and offered a Diet Coke. It also wasn’t very nice so I had to buy another lunch instead.

Picked up an order from Too Good To Go. Received a wrap. Couscous and salad in a wrap. It was terrible! I do not recommend using this place for Too Good To Go.

Lovely little place in London to eat! Had the king prawns and calamari to Start and meat moussaka for main. All very tasty. Reasonably priced for London. We were served by Pascha, who was very attentive. Great service and delicious food. Will visit again!

Food was very good and is also very good value for money. I had salmon and avocado salad as a starter and had the sea bream for my main. Staff was attentive but not overbearing. Great place to eat in the centre of London which doesn't break the bank but is also reasonable priced.

An absolute gem in Soho! Amazing staff, delicious food and a cozy, home feel atmosphere! It’s amazing, that you can also see the food being cooked in front of you. There is also a bar next door that belongs to the restaurant, so you can get lovely drinks too! That was my second time here and I’m definitely coming back again ❤️

Picked up a too good for order, usually you receive a selection of food. They gave me one wrap consisting of cous cous and bulgur. Was barely edible full of a sweet sauce!

This was a nice little place, with very reasonable prices (especially given the location), decent portions, and great service.

I've been coming here since I worked in Soho in the 1990s and I'm so glad it's survived all the developments and changes that have made Berwick Street virtually unrecognisable. Such a gem, the service is great and the food is good value and delicious. It's the perfect place to meet friends and spend the afternoon/evening eating excellent moussaka, drinking wine and catching up. I even held my son's 18th birthday party in the basement bar, and I'll be back later this month to celebrate my 52nd! It's that kind of restaurant, all welcome. Thank you Med Cafe and don't you dare go anywhere!

Came across this delightful venue while looking for somewhere to have a late lunch .We were given a warm friendly welcome at the door by Pasha the waiter who showed us the menu . On deciding to go in we were shown to a table and given water and menus. The decor is quirky and the restaurant and toilets were very clean. The wine we chose wasnt available but an alternative was offered with an option to change if we didnt like it. There is an open kitchen so you can see food being prepared.The menu was varied and we both chose from the 2/3 course special menu .We were assured that the moussaka was homemade .All 3 courses were excellent. ideal portion size for lunch and everything fresh and tasty, the moussaka was indeed homemade as were the dessert choices.The service from Pasha was first class , we had eveything we needed without him being overbearing. He is a credit to the Cafe. We were celebrating my 60th birthday and Pasha found time to have a chat and take a photo for us.The chefs in the kitchen area were also friendly.Prices were very good for the quality of food and wine we enjoyed and the location we were in . A great lunch in nice surroundings with friendly welcoming staff . Will definitely return. Think if you visit in the evening you may need to book as a small venue

Just popped in whilst staying next door , Sunday night ,after pride weekend we needed some proper food,it didn't disappoint,I had the chicken soup and Bolognese, my mate had the garlic mushrooms and chicken escalope,£20 each for 2 courses, lovely food, quick service , beautiful people , smiles all round , will definitely return when in London again ,little hidden gem . We had a 60th birthday party for 11 family members on the 1st June 24 and it couldn't have been better, the service,atmosphere and food were spot on, they even organised a beautiful cake for us, we have been visiting for nearly 40 years when we are in London and it hasn't changed its always fantastic, thanks very much see you soon Pasha.

Had a huge wrap, stuffed with fresh salad veg (shredded red cabbage, green leaves, fresh mint, tomato, cucumber etc), tangy sauces and really tasty couscous paste. Absolutely delicious. The guys working there were really friendly and helpful. I'll definitely go there again when I'm in the area.

The food was great. But putting a voluntary tip on the receipt without asking or being asked is theft in my book. Hat aside the service was also a 5 star.

Really great atmosphere and music, however I have spent the remainder of my night on the toilet! The mixed grilled especially didn’t taste very fresh and the lamb didn’t smell so good, however I gave them the benefit of the doubt and am now suffering. I’m sure this is not usually the case, given how many glowing reviews they have got in the past.. I think I just got unlucky, sadly.

Fantastic find in Soho. We were heading to a show at the Prince Edward so just a 5 min walk round the corner. Big a-La carte menu with lots choice and they do lunchtime offers, 2 or 3 courses (£19.95 or £21.95) We opted for the 3 courses absolute bargain, big portions aswell - thoroughly enjoyed

Simply wonderful. First time visit and fell in love with it straight away! Fantastic food, loved the meze plate and the seafood linguine. Friendly and swift service and fair prices! Only a ten-minute walk from Piccadilly Circus. Don’t miss out!

I stopped by to pick up a too good to go order, they were happy for me to eat in as i wanted a coffee. Great way to check out potential restaurant options and this will be now added to my list to come back. Really lovely rustic decor/atmosphere, friendly service and delicious food! I had a table open to the street which was lovely for a sunny leisurely lunch. I had a few starters as a tapas-style light lunch. I would highly recommend the incredible mezze, and look forward to going back and trying the mains.

Disappointed with the takeaway. I think they need to change their packaging or their recipe - it started leaking while I was searching for a bench to sit outside, it ruined my jeans and my day a bit, as it was during lunchtime on a workday (tricky to go to important meetings when your clothes is messed up). Sad thing is that I didn’t even manage to try the wrap I ordered, as it started leaking quickly, so had to just throw it away. Think a better packaging could solve it, instead of a thin paper bag, or maybe less sauce. But for now, my experience wasn’t that great, sorry that I couldn’t leave you a better review, hopefully you’ll be able to solve this issue, so your next customer won’t get disappointed.
