Extremely delicious breakfast with a great view

Cute place. Good pastries and hot chocolate. Great view out in Hyde Park! Some sitting inside and tables outside.

The coffee is good, food is tasty but the price extortionate for the serving size. £10.50 gets you a distinctly average omelette and a bone-dry, wafer thin slice of sourdough toast.

Was staying at a hotel nearby and decided to walk through the park to get to Marble Arch, rather than along the main road. Spotted this place and enjoyed an impromptu early breakfast, sitting outside in the sun. Coffee was very tasty and I enjoyed a granola and yogurt pot with fresh strawberries. At £11, this was not a cheap breakfast, even by London prices, but was so lovely I know I will be back Dogfriendly place (dog show isn't mine, belonged to the chap at the neighbouring table).

Lovely little coffee shop overlooking the Italian Gardens. Very pleasant to sit outside and look at the beautiful gardens in front.

Always one of my favourite (and target) places to walk to and enjoy. Generally lovely staff, decent selection of food - whether takeaway or to stay. This weekend, got their 2 days in a row. The sausage roll on the return walking trip from soho through the park to Kensington high and back to Soho was a great energy boost (and flaky and tasty) with a second Americano on the walk. I always look for certain smiles when I arrive

The best for a picturesque walk and quick refreshments

This is a fine little cafe on the northern edge of Hyde Park with a nice view over the fountains. There's seating both indoors and outdoors with both being quite accepting of dogs. The menu looks attractive for a quick bite at any time and I must say that the dark hot chocolate is excellent.

One of the wait staff acted like she was doing us a favour, then was perfectly pleasant to a couple that appeared to be regulars. Not a good impression to give paying customers.

The food was amazing! We ordered once and then we found out that the food was delicious, so we reordered again! The coffee was great. Keep it up!

They do not accept cash. Card payments only. Orwellian establishment. Walked out and went elsewhere.

This place will forever be my chosen spot, I always bring friends when I want to surprise them with a side of London they haven’t seen. Great coffee, great location, but not a big selection of pastries. Bathroom available (from the park) with contactless payment.

A great place to sit and enjoy the view of the Hyde Park and also you can see the planes coming to Heathrow. Reasonable prices and quick service. They do have plenty of bakery and beverage.

The food ia good but the customer service could be much better. They should be more warm in the way of treating people as its a touristic place

The only nice thing about this place is the location, Italian gardens is beautiful! The food at the cafe is terrible though… I was excited to try this place out for breakfast since it’s right across the street from our hotel and I am so disappointed. You can’t chew through their croissants, they are so hard and chewy!!! It wasn’t just my chocolate croissant, it was my husbands as well. Will not be going back that’s for sure!

A perfect find at a strolls walk from the hotels in Bayswater. We stumbled across this cafe for breakfast as we went to enjoy the morning walk in the Italian gardens within Hyde park. The food was simply wonderful healthy and freshly cooked. Never had such soft croissants before! Definitely worth trying out the egg and chives croissants along with the fresh orange juice although do ask for ice in the juice!

The location is of course incredible, however... we ordered two arancini and two lemonades, the arancini were dry and cold, and the lemonade was warm rather than cold. Also, we paid a whopping £21. It is basically just a place to rip off tourists.

I asked this sweet with whipping cream but it wasn't tasting good I think is because today is 31⁰C, but a woman offered me this hazelnut sweet (sorry I don't know the name) and it was very nice, I had to eat something before work, thank you 😊

The place is very dirty, tables unclean the floor got crumbs all over which allows the pigeons to come in and in this heat no fan or AC For the money we pay, at least clean the place!

The Italian Garden Cafe exceeded expectations! The poached egg on sourdough was divine, and the friendly staff made the dining experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit for great food and a welcoming atmosphere.

This restaurant was amazing! Amazing views, great staff and lovely food. We got the pizzeria and it was a great lunch for us to have. Accompanied by their gelato, we had a delightful lunch. The chef is truly special and a big thanks to Jihan and the manager for service with a smile! 100% recommend

A rare, beautiful outlook over the Italian Gardens and the Hyde Park surrounds is perhaps the strongest drawcard to this nevertheless buzzing cafe. Expect a mark-up on your coffee price considering the location and demand. If taking-away, expect an awkward loiter in a military-precise row between the tables and the counter to defend this vulnerable cafe from the invading foreign tourists, and wear a T-shirt reading 'I'm not in the line, I've ordered' to save people asking you a few times. I'm always confused when cafe staff are grumpy when I'm giving them 3 pounds for a thimble of brown water. Smile, Jesus loves you!

Incredibly slow, team were not well managed to cope with big demand. Much more urgency and dynamism would be good! Only wanted two hot drinks but waited ages!! Seems they're out of their depth.

The BEST coffee and the VERY BEST staff!!

I have been visiting this little paradise every day for nearly 2 years. It is one of the most beautiful spots in the world! Yes that’s a big statement, but having visited many of the world’s beautiful places & having lived in a few, I know true beauty when I see it. This is not a 5 star restaurant but the coffee & food are very good given its a ‘cafe in the park’. & where else would you get Italian architecture, English flora & fauna, & the calming backdrop of water fountains resonating while enjoying a cappuccino & pain au raison? Well worth visiting!

Brace yourself for disorganisation - at the till you are given and order number. But the baristas don’t call those out, just mumble the name of the drink as they turn round. People waiting for drinks having to get their attention and ask for their’s to be made. Drinks are very good though.

Extremely disappointing experience. Relayed on the menu that said there will be gluten free options available and agreed to have Sunday breakfast there with my friends. Sadly, I was the last out of group to order, just to learn that that there are no gluten free breakfast options available, nor there is anything else that’s gluten free. As my friends already got their breakfast served, I had to limit mine to banana and juice only. Really disappointed. If there are no GF options available, maybe just take it out of the menu to avoid other disappointed customers.

I’ve been to Italian gardens cafe. I get off to Lancaster gate station and a few mins walk across the road you’ll find this cafe. I didn’t realise that it was a part of Kensington park. When I went last week the weather was sunny. Next to the cafe you can fine a public toilet. You need a card to pay in order to get in. The area is nice for a walk or a picnic. I’m sure I’m going back again.

The ice cream is not very good. Much too expensive. We only had ice-cream for 5 people.

Pleasant place to sit and enjoy a drink with a view of the park, but gets very busy and service is a little uncertain. Doesn't have a wide range of food options, but other places in the park do.

Sehr schön gelegen im Kensington Garden, mit herrlichem Ausblick, leckerem Essen und guter Getränkeauswahl. Weil es sehr gut besucht ist, wirkt das Personal etwas überfordert, ist die Menüauswahl ab und zu eingeschränkt und es wird fast ausschließlich als in to go oder take away verkauft. Hier geht nur Kartenzahlung.

First time visit arrived stayed from 9am till 12 midday found that dogs owner had no respect for place or for other customers sat have food they let dogs off lead inside restaurant area let roam like as if they owned place or common deceny respect for restaurant break hygiene rules.I was disgusted by all this and neva want consume food or come back.

Great little place for breakfast, the food was amazing and reasonably priced for london, we had the poached eggs with avocado - its was delicious, washed down with a pot of breakfast tea - filled us up for the day! Only downside was the weather - it was raining so we had to sit inside
