Terrible waited around 15/20 mins for fish ,tinned roe was very fishy taste chips was all most cold .in all waste off money!!

Changed from a spacious, efficient, fantastic chip shop to chaotic and difficult mess. The food types have changed, the fish is now waffer thin, the Southern fried chicken is tiny and dry and the pricing board is so difficult to read and understand that it's hard to work out what you want for the best value. If it ain't broke don't fix it has never been more apt. The staff, while brilliant are falling over themselves in the smaller space trying to serve everyone. We now travel further to get a more traditional fish and chip experience. They have also moved to cardboard boxes for meals too.. So now the litter has changed to reflect this.. I'm gutted the best chips shop in dudley has completely changed and I'm sure I'm not the only who misses the old shop. Terrible shame.

Sent my grandson to buy a fish, a curry sauce pie and chips plus 2 pies. He was charged £26.50. What a rip off! The quality was crap and service was bad. If I had wanted to be robbed blind I'd have found a mugger! DON'T GO HERE!

101 Bridgnorth RdWe thought we would try somewhere different and we were pleasantly surprised! The food was delivered within the hour and was warm when we had it. The only criticism is the pie was extremely dry and definitely not a pukka pie. Not much filling. The rest of the food was lovely. We enjoyed our delivery… Thank you!

117B Worcester StreetHad a lovely gluten free fish and chip meal with a scallop. The chips were very tasty, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The fish was well cooked, it was great to have a scallop as I haven't had a gluten free one. The lady who served us was very nice. Portion was generous.

89A The BroadwayI've aways enjoyed my food from norton fisheries, but this is the 2nd time they have got my order wrong!! First time asked for chicken meat n chips with salad and got bk home and it was donner meat n chips, been there tonight and asked for mixed meat n chips and just got donner meat n chips, to many kids serving and not listening... goid food but come on
