Fish was grey in colour poor quality for the money very disappointed

Asked for delivery at 17.45 got food at 17.00. Luckily I was hone! Food was only slightly warm, should be hot. Very disappointing

To sum it up , Bad food , Sedgley b hasn’t got any good fish and chip options but this is really bad . Greasy , oil gets used way past its best . Fish well I don’t think it’s edible Your typical thanks for your money place . People who have given this place more than a one star do t know what good food tastes like .

I ordered fish and chips and this kebab, the fish and chips was okay, just okay. But the kebab was the worst I ever had . I don’t know if you could see from the picture, it is all burnt! It does not taste good at all!

Had a take away from tasty plaice tonight for a treat. we don't often have take aways due to the cost plus not the most healthiest of choices. Food was delivered in a timely manner. The delivery man wasn't very friendly. My partner had a fish and chips I had chicken tikka and chips in a tray the chips where very dry and hard tasteless and didn't look very appealing and were also cold, the chicken tikka meat was also cold, slimey in parts and also found bone parts. It was disgusting! I only had about 4 chips and 3 small pieces if chicken until I found the slimey part and that was it. I nearly threw up it was disgusting I will not be having a takeaway from here again infact it's put me off takeaways all together so probably a good thing save me throwing good money away for a pile of crap.

Asked for quarter pound cheese burger with mayo, ketchup and when it came there was no cheese or no mayo, minor things but disappointing.

delivery driver dropped to wrong address, restaurant wont help or make a replacement at his expense.

We order of uber first time buy from here first the oil was not change as u cud smell it on the food fish was over cooked n chip was not even eatable this shop sud be shut down as I know from working with food oil was not change

I’m a funny b****** when it comes to chippys but this is by far my favourite. It gets absolutely rammed but the service is always fast and excellent. Good portion sizes and decent prices. The guy who does the peri peri chicken is always super friendly.

food was cold because delivery driver delivered more than our food. Restaurant normally always provides piping hot delicious food. Spoke to Restaurant and they confirmed food was sent fresh and hot so issue down to driver and their delivery amounts!! Will call the shop direct in future!

Went in about 10 minutes ago. Got food, went home it's cold. Chips cold under cooked. Donar meat is appalling.

Absolutely disgusting! Fish was over cooked and tasted of rubber. Chips were so greasy they were practically swimming in it. My partner asked for no vinegar and they tasted of vinegar. I’ll never go there again. Had to spit it out - totally inedible. Not even worth the 1 star I have given

The delivery driver didn’t know where to go and didn’t look at the numbers on the door! Then when it arrived it was freezing cold I had to warm the food up!!

Didn't receive my food even though it was paid for, delivery driver must have taken it to wrong address and obviously didn't ask for the 4 digit code, totally incompetent. Will not be using this service ever again.

Ordered food at 15:54 arrived at 16:53watched on map and driver went to coseley first and I’m in lower gornal so totally the opposite direction,sent message to driver and he replied (Bro it’s traffic problem?),supposed to be delivered at 16:20 got here at 16:53most was barely warm not good enough when spending £30 on a family meal,never had a problem with delivery before,must be new couriers at least my dog enjoyed it,oh and got £4.50 refund off just eat😡won’t be ordering again

Food absolutely quality as usual. But app told me collection was ready to be picked up but when I got there I was told it would be a 15 min wait. Not a big deal but the point of ordering was to just walk in and collect not have to wait.

Orange chips !! If you've never tried them, you are missing out. Great selection here from pizza, chicken, pies,kebabs, and of course fish. Lots of specials on offer and a fast and efficient service. Never go anywhere else.

Chips are always good. Naans weren't too fresh this time. Definitely been in to nuke too long and we're fairly hard in a couple spots. They're usually soft and pliable.

the fish and the battered burger had been sitting in the display for a while or the oil has not been changed for while. the fish was dry and tasteless and the battered burger was exactly the same. when you are charging 7.50 for a fish you expect it to be fresh. not great.

I had haddock and chips and the food was hot, freshly cooked and lovely. It was delivered in a quick time so did not get the chance to cool down so was very nice.

The chips was partly solid inside. Chicken was chewy & the skins not crispy... it was not the usual juicy, crispy skin & seasoning on the chicken. The fishy tasted bland, deffo not like the ones we had before!

This place hasn’t let me down so far, great food always. Comes piping hot perfectly cooked and not greasy like other chip shops the peri peri chicken is a must try and salad is always fresh thank you!

Again the pepperoni pizza was burnt on top £18 going in the pin . The donmet and chips and mint sauce was lovely.

So disappointed tonight, having driven three hours getting home this was our go to fast food takeaway, asked for a large fish and battered chips but was told they only had plain chips reluctantly I said yes as it was 21.00 and getting late. The fish was duly wrapped and shoved on top of the warmer at which point I was told the chips were cooking - ten minutes of waiting. As these were cooking I asked for a curry sauce only to be told they had run out. The young girl did apologise and offer a roe as a means a sorry, to make it worse once home the fish that had been sitting so long was now lukewarm and the batter hard.

I ordered a large cod,it was all batter and hardly any fish looked like it was from lunch time very disappointed!
