Came from Sheffield and wasn't disappointed. Abdullah's service and recommendations were amazing, and the food was just as good. Full of flavour, great price and super clean!

Wid was great. Gave us amazing advice on what order and as a result the food was amazing! What a gear place to eat, fantastic service and lovely atmosphere!!

We come here all the time, the hospitality is fantastic, all the staff are great, but we have to give a personal mention to Wid and Ali, who go over and above for us every time we come to eat here. Nothing is too much for them, they treat us like family and look after us so well. The food is amazing and we have to give it 10/10 every time. We would give Wid and Ali 11/10 for their brilliant service and their attentiveness too. We can’t recommend International and all the staff enough, it is our favourite place to eat.

Wid was superb but more importantly the food was amazing!

Tucked away at the end of a terrace cul de sac, this place is almost disguised as somebody's house! This added mystery and anticipation for me... Or perhaps I just approached from the rear! Wid (Whiskey India Delta, as he introduced himself as) was a wonderful host alongside his vivacious and friendly team, who gave us a warm welcome and continued to apply harmonious hospitality during our brief lunchtime tenure. I chose a litmus dish to test their metal - Lamb Madras with three chapattis. It was stunning! A vibrant and colourful sauce flecked with fresh chilli and coriander, beautifully tender and succulent meat and a perfect Madras heat, without trace of that artificial spice level often experienced elsewhere! I just couldn't stop! This outrageously addictive flavour and spice balance, which saw me eating beyond my reasonable capacity, was in serious danger of leaving me in a sleepy slumber of culinary satisfaction for a theatre show in which I did not want to fall asleep! In our party were two vegetarians (one a vegan in fact) who were equally blown away as I was! The Karahai vegetable Pathia was rich and abundant with a silky sauce and the evident lemon rind garnishing the depths of the dish proving without bragging that these flavours are real. I've never seen my good friend make it through a full dish without harnessing a doggy bag at the end before, but his Paneer Palak was sensational! And he finished every last bowl scraping which surprised him as much as it did us! His initial graphic design layman frustration of having to navigate a menu with white text on black, coupled with a font he was horrified by, was obliterated by the spice balance sorcery married perfectly by the opulent mushroom pilau, most of which he cheekily pilfered from his faithful lady who had a much better handle on what to order! My faithful and particular wife, whose constructive criticism is always 'bob on' in fundamental, core foundations, often finding you kicking yourself with pious reflection, said it was the best Peshawari naan she's ever had, "No question!' Overall it was a splendid experience which I would highly recommend to any curry lover! Well worth a trip over to Bradford!

Had an awesome meal here on recommendation from someone at work.Portion sizes are massive and it was really busy for a very chilly Tuesday night! Our waiter Wid was very funny, taking the mick out of my colleague who wanted 2 portions of samosas and also good to ask for recommended dishes. Will defo come back when we are up in Bradford again. Very tasty food although a little too spicy for some of our group, enormous portions and very friendly service from Wid, the restaurant was extremely busy as it was a Saturday night and although we had booked a table we still had to wait around 15 minutes to be seated, the king prawn bhuna was delicious as was the prawn puri, we will return if visiting Bradford again.

Came after an afternoon at The Alhambra. Had heard good things about this place. We have been to the flagship branch on sticker lane and it was amazing. Can’t say the same about this place. Was served water with loads of floating bits in it. Glasses brought about 5 mins after. Starters arrived, before the drinks came, and we had to chase them 3 times. Food was ok, nothing special, just ok. The food was mixed up twice and also the bill, with the table Next to us. Cutlery constantly being dried and thrown into something. I had noise overload. Doors banged and staff running up And down the stairs. Poor service. Wouldn’t return.

I first went to The International 34 years ago! Came back again tonight for my birthday meal with the family. 10 of us had a great night. Wid looked after us again - he just makes the night! Great food, service and value.

Having been to the newer sister restaurant on Sticker Lane, we thought we'd come here having been to the nearby Alhambra. The food was alright, but not a patch on the other one. The service was rubbish, start to finish. Didn't bring drinks until the third reminder, by which time we'd finished the starter (onion bhaji good, mushroom pakora average). Water served in a dirty carafe. Main course chicken vensi was moderate - chicken not the best, lamb naawabi good. Rice and naan okay. Served food to the wrong table twice and everything we asked for had to be asked for twice. Nearby tables had similar issues. Won't be returning to this branch.

Wid looked after us and was fantastic!

We made a reservation for 40 person RSVP ahead of time'. We were not seated tell 30mins after our reservation. While we were waiting,we were told to wait outside. Once we were inside we could only sit at certain tables. I can let go of alot of things but we were asked to leave a 5 star review before we ordered we were even sat properly.

Had a great time at this place today, I've wanted to try international for a good while now after seeing it on numerous youtube channels and it really did live up to the hype and some! Firstly the service was great nothing was too much trouble from the staff thay was very kind and I did feel sorry that I didn't have much tip ( over spent ) if I had more I would of 100% gave them a good tip, onto the food, I ordered a lamb karai and it was so good, I tried sultans chicken masala a while ago and rated that a 10 but the karai today was definitely up there on par with that! We also ordered the mixed meat sizzler , tikka masala garlic naan chips and a jug of mango lassi and it was the perfect feast it was all amazing, thank you very much and if/ when I do come back I will be sure to leave you a better tip next time, top scran 🙏

The food is delicious, the service was fast and pleasant we had chicken nambali and I’d say it’s the best in Bradford, the mains was buttered chicken with cheesy naan which was amazing, we were served by a wid and he was helpful with choices and checked up on us throughout our meal, would definitely come again ☺️

Lovely meal, nice atmosphere and great service from the front of house team and in particular Wid. Not unusually my eyes were bigger than my (expanding) belly so I was particularly happy that they will package up my left overs for distribution for those who go without food far too often. Well worth a visit.
