Best food spot in all of Keighley!

Went in today to get a fish masala on naan, food was fresh and amazing, customer service was also a 10\10. Atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend visiting shimlas Keighley

I went down to shimlas express today and was ashamed by the less portion i received the food was cold don’t recommend

I wanted to treat myself today for lunch and wow this was amazing, the guy was friendly and recommended the chicken donor, it was great and super fresh was up there in my favourite list! Great job I will bring the family next time to try it for themselves!!

The masala fish never disappoints, definitely the best

Order mixed grill and Chicken Shawarma on chips item arrived cold except chicken tika and Masala Fish. Notified manager, he did apologise and offered one Chicken Shawarma as a compunction but we refused and requested to improve there service. Even food was cold but taste of the food was Good.

Always spot on here fast service good portion sizes polite staff can't really complain food tastes good my number one place to go with family always when craving chicken donner or fish masala

This has got to be the worse takeaway I’ve had in the last decade. Do not go here it has drastically gone down hill. Looked forward to this all day and was let downs DISSAPOINTED

Absolutely terrible, used to be really nice and tasty food. They got my order wrong, hardly any meat in the kebab, and the poxy amount of meat that was in it was dry and bland, garlic naans were stale. Gone down hill, shocking, would NOT recommend.

Decent place nice food customer service is on point,the brother at the counter is a G always considering each customer that comes in and he definetly deserves a raise. The food has always been consistent and beautiful. Just please increase the portion size a little like before haha .

Usually I don’t leave reviews especially negative but the last couple of times we have ordered have been a bit disappointing I’m afraid. Has something changed? I used to open the salad box and love the freshness and the amount of salad and the Jalapeño laid across the top. The chicken donner was always a generous and for the price which is higher than most places (our children share) you have usually lived up to the quality of that price so we didn’t mind paying that much but we are unlikely to order again because it’s no longer the same as it was at the beginning when you opened. Sorry!

Really nice young lads work here - and they always show such respect to anyone and everyone who walks in. My wife walked in last week and just mentioned the kids were asleep in the car, they immediately offered to bring the food to the car - but she clarified I was in the car too. They still offered to take it to us (although she declined the offer). Their kebabs and lamb tikka are delicious, kids enjoy the chicken donner. It’s our go to spot during the week especially when we’re busy with work and school. You must go if you haven’t been. Make sure you try their white sauce too!

Not cheap and the portions are very small . Hand full of chips £2.

Overated. Really dry donner and if you have the mayonnaise your just having chicken in mayonnaise to get it down. Top it off very small portion sizes.

So ordered 3 kebabs today for pick up . Food was cold boxes sogy it felt like someone already eaten bit and i was sold left overs. I put one on picture and I want ask where is meat? I not ordered salad and chips for nearly 10 pound or do I? To be fair after this was taken it gone straight to bin . I feel like just was robbed not even sure how anyone can serve this and look in customer eyes. Shame on you. I used to like shimlas but you guys gone down hill. This take a way meant to be treat and I sat eating beans on toast

This branch is ruinning the original name of shimlas. Thy always give very less filling or always put in too much chillies and then when we complain thy just so rude and say its our fault not theirs and I don't understand there obsession with red onions. Please people save your money and stick to original bradford branch and halifax branch coz there food is exactly like original bradford branch.

Less portion sizes ordered fish masala with chips maximum had 15chips in box. Don’t go waste of money and no quality

i think this restaraunt is not right of how you they dont offer cash on delivery service and when you order on uber eats its charges fees on top fees

Food is nice but Price is very expensive, when they increased the price recently, I decided, this is my last meal here. For the price of one meal, you can get two meals in KFC.

Good range of starters, wraps, donners etc.. nicely cooked to order on-line or in the shop. Eat in or takeaway.

I went in today for a kebab, the fella behind the counter was on his mobile phone when I did, he proceeded to take my order whislt on the phone, carrying on making my kebab after, Not once did he clean his hands, were any gloves before touching and severing my food! I watched him right until the point he passed me the food, and immediately demanded my money back, I will never step foot in the place again!

Shimla express in Keighley is amazing. Excellent food really tasty kebabs. Brilliant service and all for a good price! Highly recommended! Friendly staff. Try the chicken donner, is amazing.

Had a chicken kebab at Shimlas in Keighley on Sunday 9th July. The food was excellent, very tasty chicken and plenty of it, lovely fresh salad, spicy chilli sauce and yoghurt and a delicious huge naan bread and fries, Very hot (temperature wise) freshly cooked, served very quickly and generous portion. Really enjoyed it and great vfm as well.

Their food is fantastic and delicious specially their sauces are the best. I would ask you must try their food like fish on naan or chicken donner on nan. Their food taste is unique.

Food was good standard. Seating was available upstairs.

Nimrah gave service with a smile never had any issues with the Bradford branch, portions are a good size. Slight delay in the food arriving but it is boxing day and we were made aware that it would be appropriately 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Would definitely come again

Bradfords finest chicken donner is now in Keighley and it's sublime. This is what you order, a chicken donner on naan with everything on (sauces n salad) and a portion of lamb chops with a can of mango. Promise you, you will leave full and super satisfied.

Love this place. Went to the Bradford branch when a student. Now the luxury of being round the corner. All my visiting friends from the UK say it is the best in the country!

Hands down the BEST takeaway food in Keighley! Must try the chicken doner on naan takeaway style (extra sauces 🤤). Starters are excellent too. Definitely our family favourite.

Soggy chips. Poor quality lamb chops. Minimum meat on the fish with naan dish,. The fish on naan had more mayo and salad than fish, had to wait 30 minutes for a collection service. Used to be fantastic 5 years ago, gone down the pan since.
