Prachtvolles Eis mit charmanter Bedienung. Das ist die beste "Eisbude" in Port Isaac. Mit einer solchen Sahnebome macht der Spaziergang durch diesen wunderbaren Fleck Cornwall doppelt Spass.

Good clotted cream vanilla ice cream, as well as salted caramel. Delicious waffle cones come in two different sizes. Nowhere to sit, though.

Popped in here for Ice creams on Tuesday evening, the ice creams were lovely but the lady serving them doesn’t have much in the way of customer service. She was a misery. Manners cost nothing and neither does a smile! Would definitely deter me from spending money in the shop again!

As an ice cream lover I like to try new ice cream flavours and this was a good ice cream parlour with a good selection. Nice to but one and sit on a bench and watch the goings on.

Stopped for an ice cream yesterday. Nice to see somewhere open even though it was February! It was a lovely day and the walk down to the harbour definitely needed an ice cream on the way back up. Good service and good ice cream. My dog was overly impressed with his doggy ice cream but my brothers loved it!

Dropped in for 9 ice creams (2 families) just before closing time on a rainy Saturday and it seemed that we were a hinderance and both wives came out of the shop saying that the customer service was a bit frosty. The lady may have had a bad day but we cheerfully handed over quite a lot of money. As soon as the last of us stepped out of the shop the closed sign was rapidly put up. Plus side is that the ice cream was nice.

Quaint shop but the ice cream is delicious and not expensive. The single portion is generous. It’s unrecognisable as the pharmacy from Doc Martin on TV, only the figurative outside gives it away.

Lovely ice creams. Had a variety of flavours between us and they were all delicious. Black currant cheesecake, white choc and raspberry, salted caramel, caramel crunch and chocolate. Only one family group in the shop at a time and a one way system in and out so safe too. Thanks.

It's nice to see someone offer gluten free options, being Coeliac a gluten free cone can make a difference. Now you are paying through the nose for the location as this is how outlets make money, but to charge £1 extra for a cone is discusting and when there is no signage, just signage saying gluten free cones. You could add in brackets (Oh by the way we charge an extra 20 % for your condition!)

I was in Port Isaac on Saturday evening, 12-07-19, to deliver a ten tote (large and heavy) home delivery order to an address that proved to be very hard to find because there is no mobile phone service available in Port Isaac, and, it was host to a concert by The Fishermen.s Friends, Crowded! The proprietors allowed me to park my loaded sack barrow outside their premises whilst I searched for my customer. They also put an insulated cover over my frozen goods whilst I searched and on my unsuccessful return, invited me to use their landline to contact my customer. Such good will is a rare and beautiful event that has to highlighted. I hope their business flourishes.

This ice cream parlor doubles as the Chemistry for Mrs. Tishell for Doc Martin Series lovers. The ice cream and fudge are fantastic, creamy and rich with flavor. But there is the issue with the sea gulls. Certainly nothing the shop can do about the 'cheeky' birds but guard your ice cream. Within 20 minutes 4 people lost their ice cream. My sister was one and the gull knocked her glasses off. All was well, no damage to the glasses and again, their birds and they certainly know a good thing. Our favorite is the millionaire shortbread ice cream and the next day, I was the target of a gull attack. My ice cream was taken into the Lifeboat Rescue Station where the gull enjoyed its fill. Again, just keep your cone near and your eyes on the skies.

If you’re looking for a treat worth the money don’t go here, the portions are tiny, three ice creams for £7.20 with literally 3/4 of a scoop on each cone! (Basic fine) Try the ice cream shop in polzeath, much better portions as we found out the next day!

Terrible customer service encountered today in the ice cream parlour we purchased 3 ice creams but obviously one of the staff did not realise this and made a very negative comment as we left the shop ‘ idiots only came in for one ice cream ‘ we’ll be very careful who you think is with who because all my party had left the shop but me it was very obvious you were talking about my family ! Your ice creams are not cheap and you are not the only ones selling ice cream in port Isaac you clearly do not need our business ! I have been to port Isaac many times and never received such flippant remarks , we had used other facilities today who out did your customer service 100%

Absolutely wonderful visit. The cream tea was the best I think I’ve ever had. Warm scones, huge pot of cream and delicious jam, must be homemade. The tea was piping hot and came with an additional tea bag should you like it strong.

Absolutely amazing day spent at The Sharksfin for our daughter's wedding last Saturday. Wow! What a venue! From start to finish everything was wonderful. Great service with happy staff who were enjoying looking after us and wanted to make the day special. The canapes were gorgeous and main meal truly excellent. The Chefs worked their socks off. Would highly recommend. Thank you to Lisa and her whole team. You were fantastic! We will be back for a roast very soon 🙂!

Poor service and virtually no vegan/vegetarian options. Asked for a veggie burger which was on the menu, they didn't have any. Asked what else was vegan, they didn't know. Service was very slow and all front of house seemed uninterested and more keen to huddle round the bar chatting. One waitress was particularly rude, I wouldn't go there again and wouldn't recommend. Lots of much friendlier places in Falmouth.
