5th time we’ve ordered and the cinni dippers… CINNI dippers have had no cinnamon on them 😃 how tf does that even happen??

I can't fail to be amazed at how badly run this 'cafe' is run. No organisation of tasks by staff .... poor management surely. This was true at another Waitrose I used to visit ... it's like watching paint dry.

Me and my husband stayed here last night and what a wonderful hotel, beautiful room brilliant staff and gorgeous food couldn’t fault them. The cost of the room was real good value for money and the food was also very good value for money. Will definitely be staying again thank you for a lovely stay.

It was good, but I’ve had better! The chips were just a little bit soggy, but the cod did taste good. I still recommend Cousin Jacks
