We went here for my daughters baby shower. Wow, what a venue for the occasion! Beautiful private room and the afternoon tea was fabulous. The staff couldn’t be any more accommodating, they really looked after us! Highly recommend!

Nice surroundings and cracking home cooked food. The home made quiche is beautiful. The bill won’t break the bank.

Enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea for my friends hen do ....everything was delicious my favourite was the carrot cake, absolutely yummy. Karen worked really hard to cater for our large group and make it special . Venue absolutely stunning and such a brilliant atmosphere.

This cafe/ restaurant was previously the office my wife worked in 60 years ago! Although the range of food was limited by its location it was well cooked and presented. The staff were eager to please. We hope it’s reputation continues to grow.

Really great community hub with a number of independent providers including a community cafe with an honesty box. Conference room was spacious, great value and friendly and welcoming staff.

Had Christmas afternoon tea with my daughter & friends. We were given a room to ourselves & well looked after by friendly staff. The food was excellent, warm cheese pasties, pigs in blankets & roast potatoes, great selection of sandwiches freshly made, mince pies with fresh cream, Christmas cake, chocolate brownies, and much more! The best Christmas Afternoon Tea we’ve had this year. Thank you to Linda & Barbara for a wonderful time.

My friend and I went for lunch, we had steak pie, veg and mash,with a cup of tea (in a china cup lovely) and I had crumble and custard. My friend was too full for her dessert,which is included in the price,all for £10 for both of us!!.It was on Tuesday which is OAP day but delicious, big enough portions, my friend cleared her plate and normally she doesn't .I also bought a slice of carrot cake to take home delicious too. Service excellent, very clean environment. While there you can look round the charity shop and there are beauty rooms upstairs. It really is a lovely place to visit.

This is a well run community project with lovely meeting rooms to hire, a cafe serving tasty lunches and snacks, all homemade. There's also a clothing shop and delightful flower & collectables shop. They hold regular events and have a reputation for being excellent. Go if you're in the area. You wont be disappointed....

Went for lunch at the hub with mum and aunty. Food was fantastic and cheap. Portions are large. Love the pate on toast and had blueberry and lemon cake after was amazing. Service and staff are exceptional and we loved the Charitique shop which has plenty of designer clothes in. Wouldn't go anywhere else now I have been here

Lovely food, friendly staff - my son has tried nearly all the specialty ice creams and loves them all.

This place is the best!! We’ve visited so many times and it’s been lovely every time. The cakes are always beautiful, the food is always well presented and the staff are so helpful!

Absolutely fabulous tea room. Lunch was beautiful. A MUST visit to see the potting shed and charitquie. Will be visiting again xx Loads to do for all the family
