Food is lovely ! Chicken curry has always been great however they do not do card which is a pain every time you go in there , maybe in the future they may actually allow You to pay through card

This used to be a very good Chinese . Lately not so good they seem to be to busy to cook certain items that are asked for . Been going here for years but maybe time for a change

Tofu is far too soggy like eating wet sponges. Satay sauce was too runny and the flavour wasn’t there for us at all. More crispy and more rich flavours please.

VILE customer service. Didn’t want to take order over phone and disgustingly rude. For the poor product they sell they are abit above themselves

Been using hotwok regularly for over five years the foods amazing and never had a problem...until now...our £30.00 order took 90 minutes to be delivered,when arrived all the food was cold so had to reheat in microwave,the chow mein was extremely greasy..unsure if they have new owners but will now be looking elsewhere for a decent chinese

disgusting behaviour by the restaurant. They delivered the order early despite the delivery time being requested as later. They came back to collect the food to redeliver it later. I knew they would just take the food back to the restaurant and put it on a warming plate. So I marked the food containers. I took pictures as evidence. When they delivered the food at the correct time I checked the containers and it was the same ones. The food was not fresh. It was just reheated or kept on a warming plate. My argument is that they delivered it early and that is their fault. They should have cooked fresh food, not served me re-heated produce. My food contained prawns, which if reheated can be lethal. Especially seeing as my wife is pregnant. This restaurant has not only endangered my wife but also my unborn son. Refuse to refund me for this and just eat have done nothing about it. Will be going to trading standards about this

The best Chinese I’ve had in Havant and real value for money

The only thing I can say that was good was it arrived on time. Other than that it was very bland, the duck was extremely fatty and the noodles tasted like they had been reheated in a microwave. Very disappointed.

Normally would have given them a really good review but today we have been let down badly. We have been regularly ordering from here for a while, particularly because they've been happy to substitute wheat noodles for rice ones as my son can't eat wheat. Today, I placed the order through Just Eat, paid for it and got the usual thumbs up from the take away accepting the order. 2 minutes later they cancelled the order with no explanation. When we rang them they said they wouldn't make the substitutions, even though they've done it every time before this. So, they've just lost a regular £60 order and I won't be recommending them again.

Absolute disgrace. Greedy money grubbing chinese. Serving re heated rubbish, in storage unless you order from JUST EAT, where the owner can be held accountable They are getting more custom than ever during covid lockdown, yet they are serving worst food than ever before. GREED GREED GREED! Non- existent customer care.

A Chinese got delivered to my address by mistake. When I contacted the take away they sent some one to pick up the delivery. Considering that with covid about and the order got given to me and had been inside my house they took it to take to the right person, with no questions asked. This shouldn’t be happening!!!!

Hot wok special curry, was neither hot, special or curry. Mixed meat in a brown sauce would be a more apt description. Disappointed!!

Best chinesse take away....try the crispy shreded beef with the special fried rice!!! Yummy

It’s a shame I can’t rate no stars. I placed my order at 3 for delivery at 6. I waited for confirmation when they opened at 5. I got a confirmation email when then “left” at 5:45. I call them at 6:20 when it’s not here yet. They tell me they couldn’t find me despite the very clear instructions I gave them and that they rang me to say they were cancelling my order. (I have NO missed calls) My house isn’t hard to find. It’s literally in the centre of a village off a main road. It seems to me that they just couldn’t be bothered. They also spoke to me like absolute trash on the phone. Now I’m getting ragey because I’ve not eaten all day. I’ve ordered from someone else now ( a bigger order) But it’s gonna be another hour. Worst of all, the cat bought a live bird in the house and I yelled at her because I’m hangry.

I need to say that my previous comments were based on a first time order. Having used them again..... I'll be back. If any thing I would chop the onions finer and would not Include carrots. Let's go chinese traditional Can I just say the food quality was excellent. For that alone I would go back... however, my order, made over the phone, was repeated to me with a price. Picked up the meal and opened it at home and found it was short ! All is forgiven... they emailed me with original order that omitted part of said order. A genuine mistake. Will definitely be using them again.

Poor quality meals made by people who just can't be bothered to cook properly! The king prawn curry and egg fried rice used to be amazing, now it is just a waste of money as it makes me feel so sick, i can't eat it, waste of money!

Lovely food.. The best in the area.. Chicken satay chow mein is amazing...
