Cold soggy greasy chip's. More mayo than chicken in my fillet burger. Very disappointing

Complete wrong order has been delivered like nothing is correct at all

driver was extremely rude, when ringing the buzzer aggressively said ‘open the door’ and items were missing from the order and food was cold.

Half the meal was missing- shocking!

Food looked like it had been thrown in the box, chips were loose in the bag, but the taste was okay.

Simply called organisms make the meals. They seem to constantly forget the main meal is at least the one you should remember in a delivery order.

Late plus an entire meal missing

Ordered twice from here and twice have they forgot a meal, despite it clearly being on the receipt when they seal the bag. How can an entire meal be forgotten on two back to back orders? I do not expect much from kfc but counting the number of meals on the order should be the bare minimum of effort

I had no gravy or chips and instead of fillet they gave me chicken on a bone

We waited over an hour for delivery

lettuce was brown as if it’s been left around for far too long bun and chicken was dry and they forgot the gravy which seems to be a common thing with KFC either not having it or just not including it.

As always, missing items. Not sure why I delude myself and keep ordering from here. We’ve never received the full order. Honestly, save yourselves the grief and go elsewhere.

Without fail there is always at least one thing missing from my order. This time it was my Pepsi max.

This is my second time coming to this KFC. I wouldnt say I am fully happy with the quality of food or the service I received. The restaurant was clean and the food was prepared quick but the quality of food was not that great. I had a Zinger stacker Burger and it tasted weird actually. The fries that I had was soggy and also they did not taste great. The staff were not rude but not helpful either.

The food was not fresh at all & cold.

Still serving appallingly cooked and presented food. It would have been impossible for it to get both so dried out and cold in the time it took to deliver. An awful experience.

Very good delivery man, but the cold drink was placed next to the chips and beans which made them cold. Chicken was fine.

Our chicken fillets seems like they had been reheated from earlier because the coating was too crispy & burnt in places. We had to pick it off before we could eat it

If hasn’t arrived- the restaurant manager we spoke to on the phone confirmed that no just eat drivers are arriving, she recommended we cancel our just eat order and reorder through uber eats. I would like a full refund.

Order placed on 1.1.2025 at 21.26 - accepted by restaurant for delivery. Food never arrived as kfc closed at 22.00 . Please sort yourself out and don't accepted orders you can't fulfill. Formal complaint on the way. Spend 2 x 15min on call with delivery company so they could cancel order and refund as you were obviously closed. Very bad. Shame on you.

it's seems really silly the cold drink it put in with the food it makes the food cold and I have to put it in the microwave to heat it up shame it don't taste the same

Food is not hot as it has obviously been left on the side to early waiting for the driver . On Other hand the driver is not at fault, I have had this time after time . Make orders when a driver has been assigned. Better management needed .

Driver got the food ages before it was delivered, his location wasn’t trackable then finally turned up and all of it was stone cold

We preordered an hour in advance and it came 2 hours after the pre ordered time. 21:00 arrival and way too late for us to eat.

Food that arrived was cold, missing 50% of items no drinks and spent £70 never use again! Waiting for a refund! Embarrassing

Food was 4 HOURS late, stone cold, chips uncooked and all food inedible and went straight in the bin. Customer Services all evening were rude and lied to me about the order being ‘10/15 mins away’ (not four hours !!!) refund was refused, cancellation refused and even the delivery man said it was shocking!!!!

Kept updated on order progress. Delivered quickly after ready by friendly courier, food was still hot, very happy.

Missing items and the food had to be reheated. Usually a really good store and service but the run up to Christmas must be getting on top of them. Shame as it’s definitely put me off going back for a while.

Very rude delivery driver told my 12 year old daughter it was to far to drive on a weekend, didn’t enter code when given just stood there complaining he was missing deliveries and that they only had four delivery drivers on, very rude driver

Driver was quite rude. He phoned my phone to say he was here. He then asked me to walk up the path because he didn't want to open my gate. I asked him to come to my door because I didn't have shoes on. He then proceed to walk up the road saying "where's number__" 🙄. my partner went out in the end and got it from him. So lazy. If you dont want to deliver to people's doors you're in the wrong job.

time kept getting longer on the tracker , waited over an hour when the actual restaurant is only 10 mins away and one of my pieces of chicken was burnt. No serviettes in bag either. Overall really annoyed with quality and delivery. Will not use this service again

After nearly a 2 hour wait it finally arrived stone cold! The driver was waiting at the restaurant for some time before it was even dispatched. Absolutely shocking.

Considering we have a sign on our gate warning that we have 2 dogs that will escape the delivery man took no notice and then got abrupt with me cause I made him wait till I shut the gate to keep the dogs in. He then complained that the dogs were jumping up at him. A very rude man. And to top it off id already added a tip. People should learn to read

Ordered at 6pm and instead of order being properly processed. Restaurant kept cycling it through preparation so that delivery time ended up being delayed. Didn’t get order til 8pm. Order needed warming up and drink can was put in with food so food got cold and drink got warm. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from kfc Bedhampton again til this issue is fixed.

The driver that delivered was an exceptional guy. Very professional, patient and very good customer skills.

Delivery time kept changing and food was stone cold upon arrival. After having to heat the food up the chips were not edible as they were soggy and the chicken was dry very poor quality considering it cost £28. I should be refunded for the poorness of the food quality and lateness of delivery

Restaurant places a nice ice cold bottle of water on top of your food, so cold chips, and Luke warm water. Great job.
