It has not been delivered to my address

Very nice. Just a shame some of the order was missing. Mistake made at the restaurant, not by the delivery driver. What was delivered was delicious.

Every single order missing items, you’d have thought reading a receipt to make sure that everything was there, really not hard to know if there is 3 meals there should be 3 portions of chips, how do you just put 1 in there.

Half the order was missing, don’t know how they continue to get away with it. They won’t read this review anyway so no point going on more.

All of our food was stone cold, may as well have just cooked dinner. Both the mini fillets had fallen apart and dismantled in the bag, and both original recipe chicken piece loose in bag.

originally estimated 22.05 delivered nearly 30 minutes later after watching the tracker go miles away before coming to deliverer to us. we live local to the restaurant.

food arrived..man handed to me. as I got indoors realised bag was spilt at bottom& open at the top.bean juice everywhere.all popcorn chicken loose in bag some by gate. the lid was to small for the big tub of 14 chicken pieces and fillets x8.some of it had come out into bag.went straight out & the driver saw me i called him & he just drove off.my friend saw him cleaning his boot as I was coming indoors with the bag.food everywhere.i have took photos.I tried to complain other way it didn't let me

Food absolutely freezing, kfx packed our rice boxes on their sides which resulted withbtje sauce spilling everywhere, and the salad so soaked in sauce its un eatable..

What an absolute disaster. A treat for me and my boy to a nice little KFC night, not only did the drinks not turn up but the completely wrong order turned up. I tried phoning and tried asking for a refund so I could re-order some more food for us, but they declined and sent me an email saying there’s not enough evidence even though I sent a receipt with the completely different food to the order I made absolutely crazy. I will never order kfc again, it’s gone down hill massively.

Went on Sunday night 3 cars in front of me,25 mins to get to collection .Turns out shortage of staff and small amount of staff rushed off thier feet .I think these youngsters are taken advantaged of.

Food wasn't up to mcD's usual standard dry lacking warmth (was inside cafe) very disappointed the urber get served yeah but we deserve hot food and reliable service too. And as a blue badged driver was discussed that the delivery drivers freely use places for wheelchair and those unable to walk far as to lazy to park and walk to get the deliveries some waiting in the spaces as times 5 minutes before collection that was two Disabled spaces taken up so none were freely available something I think should be recognised and adjusted along with waiting for cold food that's been under the hotplate drying out yuk did not enjoy our experience.

Ordered a bucket which came with a bottle of fizzy. The bottle was not delivered with the order.

Not only was the food cold and i was not able to eat half of it the can had been squashed on top of the fries and i had 3 very small drumsticks as my chicken I would expect a lot more for £13

We ordered bargain buckets and were disappointed to get signature fries... Which we do not like or ordered..... We want regular fries with our bargain buckets.... We were not aware it had been changed to signature fries. 😢😖

Messed up our whole order, joke this place

Ordered from JustEat. Order arrived in a good time and was hot. Food was delicious. Much improvement from before!! Will definitely order again, if they keep up the good standards.

Mini fillets a life saver for in between meals, and doesn't seem to spoil ones appetite. Delicious coating on the mini fries. Coffee reasonable flavour with a slight burnt smell which actually improves the taste.

The counter was packed with delivery drivers. It took an hour to get the order. The place was really busy. Could see the staff were really stressed and frustrated shouting at each other as well as on delivery drivers and customers. Baf experience

Items missing, I ordered two meals and the kids one was missing other than a pineapple stick and fries? How can it go so wrong! Won’t order again as this is the second time now with missing items. Also the ice cold cola I ordered was stored ontop of the chicken meaning the chicken was not warm

We missing the corn that’s was ordered got two lots of gravy, ordered Pepsi max got diet. Had to ask the driver to check his vehicle. He then gave us the drink. We ordered at 19.43 older arrived 20.53 ruffly as per your app the driver was awaiting at the store from 20.05.
