KFC Bedhampton - Larchwood Avenue in Havant

Ordered a meal 90 minutes ago phoned to confirm it would be delivered because it was coming up to closing time , confirmed it was, and then refunded and no food received absolutely disgraceful

Typical KFC, though can be long delays due to the number of delivery drivers at times.

I don't normally eat fries (instead of calling it junk). On this day, I was recharging my EV. Suddenly, I was tempted by God-knows-what to walk in and buy whatever. Needless to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I have forgotten the name of what I ate. But it had to do with chicken, potatoes, bread, veggies, creams, etc and a cup of soda. It was temptingly crispy and indulgingly salty( (if you know, you know). That is what I enjoyed the most about the meal. Notice I didn't call it a "snack" 😂. It was a meal! NB: This review is for KFC Bedhampton only.

Was freezing cold and under cooked

Stone cold, horrible chicken and soggy bun.

ordered for half 7, arrived gone 8. Missing one part of the order. Figured it would be a bit cold due to the distance but was frigid.

Food was ordered at 6:50pm arrived at 9:25

it took too long and was barely warm very disappointing

The chips was cold and all loose in the bottom of the bag so it was hard to share out

Wish I could put zero stars as never recieved our food , went in and ordered for table service , waited over half an hour with no food Went up to counter and they said they had called our number but our food not there? The delivery was perfect, driver was very kind and quick, but KFC only delivered two potion of chips that should have four. I ordered a large beans which also didn’t arrive! Not pleased

Ordered through JustEat. I don't understand how you could get an order so wrong?! 4 x dips and large popcorn chicken missing from family boneless meal. ALL the chicken missing from the Mighty bucket for one! How can you leave off chicken from a kenticky fried chicken order?!

I drove up here and fair play I ordered to the wrong store in havant. I was told at the window by brandon that it was easier for me to drive to havant. But was in the queue for 15 minutes on a busy Friday to get out I tried to re order not knowing what to do about my order in kfc not using the app very often it is not as good as McDonald's. Brandon in the window was next to useless and quite patronising. When I finally got to the window after being told they would sort it when I got to to the window. To be told to drive round and order and be given extras by the manager. I went round after making a point I had been queuing and she after me giving a bit of a lecture about service and not smirking at customers which brandon did. She refused to serve me. Told me to complain via the kfc website which was a crock of whatever. Had to waste 25 minutes of my time with 2 gunfry embarrassed kids and now writing this review after 3 weeks because I never heard anything from kfc website. Absolute trash regardless of stress. Maybe train your staff and management better. Charelle was the manager. No-one will read this and still go to kfc because its usually easy.

The food is nice the place looks half built not clean dust everywhere rubbish on the floor bin is not accessible there are boxes out not alot of seats and the service is bad

Totally rubbish would not recommend at all no fries in with the bucket meal how you can forget the basics and won’t answer their phone.

It's a shame this place is usually really good my last meal was tasty and fresh the gravy was good, unfortunately this time I didn't end up eating the chicken fillets they tasted disgusting I took a bit and it tasted funny made me feel sick, it was like it had been cooked in old oil or been cooked and sat there all day. It is a real shame but I won't be ordering from here again the one that was better the complain one shut down, that one had high standards and the food tasted good, really disappointed waste of money

I had a terrible experience. The food was about an hour later from when I ordered it and when it arrived the food was stone cold and I couldn't eat any of it.

Took over an hour to arrive and was cold and soggy. Parts of the meal being undercooked and some was tough

my food hasn't even arrived!!! saying delivered but no food...honestly I ordered my food ages ago and the time kept being put back and now just eat can't even deliver to the right address. I'm constantly having to complain because food orders are being messed up..something needs to change. I have been at work all day and wanted to treat myself and my three children to a KFC and even that goes wrong. just eat sort it out and your delivery drivers who clearly can't find an address

Poor kids trying to run the place didn’t have much of a clue. Chaos with orders and delivery drivers, got our order after a long wait and about 15 later orders were made first.

Quite a long wait for food (nearly 30min). The table service option didn't materialise. Food was hot and tasty.

Every single order missing items, you’d have thought reading a receipt to make sure that everything was there, really not hard to know if there is 3 meals there should be 3 portions of chips, how do you just put 1 in there.

originally estimated 22.05 delivered nearly 30 minutes later after watching the tracker go miles away before coming to deliverer to us. we live local to the restaurant.

All of our food was stone cold, may as well have just cooked dinner. Both the mini fillets had fallen apart and dismantled in the bag, and both original recipe chicken piece loose in bag.

food arrived..man handed to me. as I got indoors realised bag was spilt at bottom& open at the top.bean juice everywhere.all popcorn chicken loose in bag some by gate. the lid was to small for the big tub of 14 chicken pieces and fillets x8.some of it had come out into bag.went straight out & the driver saw me i called him & he just drove off.my friend saw him cleaning his boot as I was coming indoors with the bag.food everywhere.i have took photos.I tried to complain other way it didn't let me

Food absolutely freezing, kfx packed our rice boxes on their sides which resulted withbtje sauce spilling everywhere, and the salad so soaked in sauce its un eatable..
