forgot my drink and food was cold

food was absolutely rubbish cold gravy spilled all over the food where it should of been beans all the chicken was legs and cold worse food ever

When ordering we pacifically stated no mayo in the burger but when arrived it the chicken had been smothered in mayo.

Chicken inedible as it was so salty and missing items from order. Waste of money

Didn’t get the popcorn chicken

The food was cold, over cooked and was given the worst bits of the meat. Not happy at all. There were missing items, popcorn chicken and only 3 chicken strips. Worst KFC I've ever had.

Whoever does the packing needs retraining, why put everything ontop of the chips???????? Also you forgot to put the buttermilk mayo dip in. Could do better!!!!!!!

It said 20-30 minutes at time of order. It took an hour. It looked like the driver went elsewhere first and the food arrived cold.

Never get the dip with the box meals

Food always gets delivered stone cold. Retailer doesn't learn that putting cold drinks in the same bag as hot food will suck the temp out of the food.

Shocking chicken, more fat and grisel on the boneless chicken my partner couldn't eat her meal. Shocking and cold!

Absolutely shocking service, ordered a zinger burger and literally got a piece of chicken in a bun with no garnish or anything! All the food was so cold need to put it in the oven to heat up, paid over £20 for a meal I could have made better myself! I will never get food from here again

I had the absolute honor of visiting this fine establishment on Saturday, March 15th, 2025, at around 8:30 PM, and let me tell you—the service was so uniquely appalling, it deserves an award. The highlight of my evening was meeting the star employee, a young lady who has truly perfected the art of hostility. From the moment I approached the counter, she greeted me with a look that screamed, “Why are you here, and why are you breathing near me?” Her commitment to making customers feel unwanted was next-level, and I couldn’t help but admire her ability to turn basic service into an Olympic-level act of disdain. But the real chef’s kiss moment? Watching her interact with a delivery driver who made the grave mistake of expecting to pick up an order. Apparently, in her world, asking for your food is a personal attack, because she instantly flipped from mildly rude to full-blown racist. As the driver (who happened to be a person of color) politely inquired about their order, she rolled her eyes, scoffed loudly, and muttered something under her breath that was clearly not meant for anyone outside of her own miserable mind. Then, in the most condescending tone possible, she spoke to him as if he was incapable of understanding English—slow, exaggerated, and with that “you people” energy that made the whole room uncomfortable. You don’t see that level of audacity every day! If blatant discrimination served with a side of apathy is your thing, this place is basically Disneyland. As for the food? It was cold, stale, and had the distinct flavor of employee resentment. Perfectly aligned with the service! So, if you’re looking for: ✅ A one-of-a-kind experience where customer service feels like an episode of Black Mirror ✅ The chance to witness racism and arrogance live in action ✅ Food that makes you seriously reconsider your life choices Then this KFC is the place for you! sent wrong order again ,and delivery driver only concerned about his payyfor for having to go back and get my correct order. This is the second time I have had this problem. Not a good service at all. Now I have to hope that he returns with my food.

Late, Stone Cold, items missing

Food was good, just so late. ordered around 2.5 hours in advance and it was an hour late. Not the fault of the courier, perfectly polite and food arrived hot. Can only assume there was some exceptional circumstance at the restaurant.

the way KFC packed the food it arrived with a lovely cold pepsi max but this was included and on the food which was freezing the attitude given by the branch when called was disgraceful

Half the order was missing. I immediate called the restaurant to alert them however, they could not help. So now, I have to wait for IustEat to respond to my query and issue a refund. Dissapointing to say the least when kids are waiting for food.

Order was wrong. Got 4 chicken pieces instead of 4 boneless chicken strips. No dip provided. Cold cans put in with hot food making the cans warm and the food cold! Paper bag was soggy and close to bursting.

Ordered food at 17.08 was supposed to arrive about 18.00 app just kept saying preparing order and then delivery time kept changing had to call the shop and they said it had been prepared and then they said they would repack delivery arrived at 19.30

Ordered twice from here and twice have they forgot a meal, despite it clearly being on the receipt when they seal the bag. How can an entire meal be forgotten on two back to back orders? I do not expect much from kfc but counting the number of meals on the order should be the bare minimum of effort

We visited late on a weekend evening so supply of some menu items was low. Helpful staff and clean restaurant. We ordered on the self service screens and took food to go. Hot and tasty. Was impressed to see new bins with sorting for recyclables

lettuce was brown as if it’s been left around for far too long bun and chicken was dry and they forgot the gravy which seems to be a common thing with KFC either not having it or just not including it.
