Always good value and good quality food.

We are new to the area, and decided to try this kebab shop. We ordered a medium chicken kebab,, mixed kebab and chips. My wife's chicken kebab was just acceptable, whilst my mixed kebab consisted of salad and very little meat, all of which was poor quality wrapped in a dry pitta bread. I would MOT recommend this food shop.

Ordered a chicken & lamb donner wrap for dinner, 3hrs later and i'm throwing up. AVOID!

I've had this takeaway many times, but it has been getting progressively worse. Tonight has took the p*ss, 1st of all it all turned up cold, also the lamb donner was cut into chunks I think a toddler with a chainsaw could do a better job, some of the strips are 1cm thick and the chicken kebab was absolutely disgusting it was although they had used the bits from underneath the chicken carcass. Honestly this will be the last time I order from flame grill

Good food apart from the donner meat it was burnt on the edges, couldn’t eat it, Shane as everything else was great, please don’t burn the meat…

Poor service, raw chicken wings 🤮complained sent another lot out worse then first called again to be told refund no one turned up called again followering day to be told they call back ... and didnt so still no refund.

Food turned up an hour and a half after the order even though they said it was on the way after an hour, used these guys for years but never again, meat cold. Chips cold, sauce leaked everywhere from chicken wings and chilli sauce non existent, called to complain amd they just said OK and that was it .Will find a new company now

Food is standard fare for a kebab shop. When ordering through a delivery app I have received the incorrect order a couple of times, best to call if you can get through.

Chicken Tikka Kebab is AMAZING. The kids love the Pizza meal deal too!

Cheesy chips has spots of mould on the cheese.. kebab was overcooked dry and hard and very greasy... never again.. i feel sick after eating it

Food was not great. The chips were soggy, the chicken wings were not very tasty with an undercooked texture. The lamb doner was chopped into all various sizes and shapes with not much care and attention. Will not be ordering from there again.

Hot dog rolls mouldy, chips undercooked, garlic bread burnt to a crisp, burger still red in middle ( I know some people will say that's still edible but that's not to my liking), kebab meat was stone cold, pot of sauce had a dribble in it (not full), poor service, would definitely not recommend to anyone!

Never delivered our food we ordered When we rang them up they said it was delivered and it wasn't and then said they would speak to the driver and they never called back i do not recommend there rubbish

Food is always lovely, friendly staff too. Delicious hot wings too! Chips are always amazing and lovely burgers and kebabs too. Delivery time is always fast and arrived nice and hot. On the odd occasion that something was wrong or missing they replaced it quickly.

Ordered food. Got the wrong order, called them and they said that they will resend the food. Never arrived, not picking up the phone.

I've ordered xl chicken shish today. Got a small portion of pre cooked meat in tiny pieces with a bit of salad. Wasn't nice at all. Do not recommend

First time ive ordered. Lamb shish kebab. Ordered a extra large got a large. With tiny pieces of lamb in it. And just wasn't nice. Went in the bin. Won't order again.

Portion size of kebab meat is very small. Ordered large and they didn't look like large at all. would hate to see what they class as a small!! Not only was the portion size disappointing but the meat was cold. The pizzas are tasteless and in both the dips had been flattened so had spread underneath the pizzas. The only decent part was the portion of chips! Very disappointed. Won't be ordering from here again

Food arrived very late. Took 1hr 15mins to arrive instead of the suggest 40 mins. Food was stone cold and also had next to no salad in both Kebabs. One of them had just a single slice of cucumber. Got a refund via deliveroo but needless to say I won't be ordering from here again.

Love the food above all the friendly staff who I have got to know over time make the visit a nice experience. It's a family business which is nice. I see the son slowly taking over. Before his father use to be the one running the shop but see more of the son now. He started off helping his dad and now he himself has progressed really well. The flame also give a personal touch. I'm quite picky and sometimes like something a bit unique and off the menu. They have customised my order and makes me feel like a valued customer.

We paid for extra large but the portion size was not extra large. We knew this as the large portion was exactly the same size. The meat was also cold . I phoned and they brought round some more meat but by which time we’d all finished our food

Order was wrong got 2 chicken kebabs when ordered 1 chicken and 1 lamb shish so called to explain this and would not expect what I was saying so took my kebab to the shop where they just argued with me that the other kebab was lamb like I dont know what chicken looks like is not the 1st time our order has been wrong from here not impressed at all with the attitude when they have got the order wrong

Order from here quite frequently so I'm annoyed how my food turnt up tonight went straight in the bin and we ate toast for dinner after waiting an hour and a half if not longer for our food to turn up burnt to a crisp and freezing cold i had a chicken skewer kebab and it was like putting charcoal in my mouth very disappointed

I've just recently started getting my Pizzas from here and for good reason, they're amongst the best I've ever had. Forget Dominos and Pizza Hut, for great pizza it's right here!

Moldey tomatoes!! I am a veggie asked for salad in pitta with lemon juice and was given thin slices of lemon. My husband said the chicken was all grisel how is chicken all gresil!!! The salad was fresh!! Only go if you are starving and need substance not for any taste sensation!!!

Staff were seemingly not interested in working too hard and it was evident in the quality of the food. One member of staff actually ate chips as she cooked and served whilst having a personal conversation with another staff member. I have used this catering establishment before many times and it is usually high quality. Hopefully this was a one off and it will rise back to its original high standard.

Never had any problems good food and great service

My pizza was mouldy, I didn't realises until my kids had ate most of it and saw the green mould on it. The mould was the size of a one pence and had numerous amounts on it. I don't recommend you ever buy from there. I spend 15 pounds on a mouldy pizza.

Decent size portions at a very reasonable price

We used to be regulars, but we was given mouldy pizza bases, as well as mouldy buns, pitta and naan bread as well. We will NOT be returning.

ordered food couple weeks back turned up after an hour and was cold had takeaway last night couldnt eat hardly any of the donet meat as it had been reheated on grill come on flame ur food at the moment is going down a bit

Was not happy. Sent wrong food that we hadn't asked for on my kebab. Which I can't eat. Then they had to phone back to find out what I had ordered. Never again. They are rubbish.
