This was recommended by some friends- for a Sunday afternoon it had a lovely atmosphere Excellent choice of beers and noticed it had an interesting list of wines by the glass

The Honeysuckle is a warm and welcoming pub. On this visit it was quite busy. Friendly regulars happy to join in conversation or leave you to your own devices. Your choice. Have been there many times and always enjoy except when really, really busy.

We found one finally! A non-dingy pub! Cosy pub, lots of spaces to choose from including some sofas. Great selection of alcohol- including real ales! Good music. Dog friendly. First time there, will be back. All up a great night out!

The Honeysuckle Inn,what a fabulous mellow pub this is. It's set back from the main road,so this makes it nice and quite. With tables put the front of the pub and table's to the sideit has a L shaped bar with tables all around.So lots of room. The staff are so friendly,and with a good selection of drinks you can't go wrong. The pub is nice and clean including the toilets, it's off Herson rd, Ramsgate. Enjoy.

Beautiful little boozer with a great selection of kentish beers (alongside the usual pub offerings). Even had gluten free on tap. Barman was super friendly and there was a lovely 'local' vibe. Lots of space inside (bar gets crowded but plenty of seating elsewhere), we managed to park up our little one's buggy with no issues. Also dog friendly 👍🏽. Stylish decor, inviting atmosphere and great drinks - difficult not to like the charm of this place. Will be heading back as soon as we can. Now hosting blues nights and bottle clubs last Thursday the month

Just happened upon this place by chance one wet lunchtime. Lovely interior and exterior. Friendly landlord, discrete music and NO TV.

A wonderfully old pub, that was probably there when Ramsgate was just a village. This pub used to suffer from a bland interior, that was completely out of character with the pub. But no the place has been tidied up inside and the interior now looks as complementary and wonderful as the old exterior of the property. It gives it a really nice cosy feeling. I totally recommend this pub now.

First visit as we have just moved to the area. Was warmly welcomed by the bar staff and locals sitting around. Sat chatting to a local and the drinks were very reasonable and good.(Guinness) Owner came out and introduced himself, would thoroughly recommend a visit. Will make this our local.

The former owners have retired and the new owners are still carrying out improvements. At the moment there is not any food available but this may be something for the future. Completely different atmosphere now and very busy for a midweek afternoon. Barman friendly and helpful.

We paid a visit to the Honeysuckle Inn last Saturday with Joe's family as a late pub warming party , really welcoming hosts, great pint of Gadds and really pleased to also enjoy the Beavertown Neck oil on draught, nice friendly atmosphere with a good few locals in the bar will definitely be paying another visit when I'm in the area

Gently refurbished 17th century pub, Gadds beers at the moment and a relaxed atmosphere.

New owners & refurbished.. (previously it had formica tables!) It now provides a traditional pub ambivalence with welcoming staff and good range of beers. Wine selection is limited but good.

The owners are decent people and the beer is good.

We were new to the area and were looking for a local pub. The Honeysuckle Inn had only been reopened for three days when we first visited and we were given a very warm welcome by the landlords. Having read several bad (historical) reviews we were skeptical, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Having visited several times since, Joe & Kat have created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with good beer, an extensive selection of gins and friendly conversation. I can’t recommend it enough.

Soon to open ( shortly after May 17th 2021) Under new management, being completely refurbished and will have real ale on pump. Very exciting news for such an aesthetically pleasing establishment.

We sat outside.... watched the lone member of staff serve drinks, deal with both card and cash, clean tables, open the door to bring our drinks out holding them on the rim..... all this with the same pair of gloves on🤮

No Dogs, with only 3 people in the pub you would think they would be glad of the custom. It’s 2019 and pubs are closing down at their fastest rate ever, perhaps it’s time to be more inclusive.

Thought it would be our new quaint little local after we moved. Wow .....it needs updating/refurbishing asap!! Limited beer etc to choose from.....but the worst was the smell ........that old musty,mouldy mixed with urine smell. Nope, I'd rather get a bottle from the Tesco Local round the corner and sit at home than go there. So sad,cos the place has MASSIVE potential!!!

I had been thinking of visiting the Honeysuckle Inn for months, so it was especially sweet to cross the threshold at last, early in the evening of a sunny spring day. The building is not as small as it looks in the photographs, and it has a commanding presence in the little enclave of houses where it stands, about 10 minutes' walk from Dumpton Park railway station (downhill).The pub has a beautiful ceiling, textured wallpaper painted over with multiple layers of gloss paint to create a mirror-like finish. It has widely-spaced motifs of four-petalled flowers (rock roses or poppies) and old man's beard.The music--a succession of classic oldies--was great, and I did not at first realise that it was coming from a vinyl jukebox in the corner. The music was rather loud, but it did not impede the conversation and banter of the loyal customers. The customers were friendly and delightful.There is some low-key half-timbering. The carpet looks new. The walls are covered with interesting reading matter. It is clear that the landlord and landlady have plenty of ingenious ideas to attract the punters. A sign above an internal doorway reads, "Beware of the wife". Judging by the profile of the doorway, the walls of the building must be incredibly thick.I found the Honeysuckle Inn to be a lovely place to relax after a day on the Kent coast--and somewhere that I would like to revisit.

This little, hidden away pub, off the beaten track has a cosy, friendly atmosphere. They serve meals on request and cater for different allergies as long as you ask first. They are a child friendly establishment. Their biggest drawback as far as i am concerned is that they only allow dogs outside and not in. This is not much help to me when I want my two little dogs to accompany me, even when it is raining and cold outside. The law states that dogs may not be permitted in areas where food is being prepared NOT where food is being eaten.

First time in this pub...lovely and old fashioned..will come again .

The Honeysuckle is a fabulous little pub, the beer is well kept and the Sunday Roast we had last weekend was delicious.. Highly Recommended.

It’s an excellent little traditional pub, not many of us left I’m afraid. I could be a bit biased as I own it but I will say we try to cater to our customers requests and we do have a lot of fun here. We have our own entertainment and we cater for all occasions. Please give us a try. Hopefully you won’t be disappointed.

Popped in for a quick drink early Saturday. The lady serving behind the bar was having a conversation with someone I'm guessing was a regular and she didn't stop whilst she was serving us!White wine had a slight taste that it had been open a while and there was no lemonade in the mixer-pump, that came form an open 'value' bottle.There was a traditional aroma to the establishment which is fairly unusual now there is no smoking inside.On the whole, this could be a welcoming gem of a pub and maybe we just visited at the wrong time or maybe they don't like newcomers.......
