Needed a key each time l went to the loo .rough pub first and last.

Staff lovely and friendly but the Sunday lunch was sadly lacking. Roast beef tough, no roasties available at 2.30 weren't sure what the veg was 🤔. Football match was blaring out ruining the relaxing meal.

Value for money! Incredible offer here at the moment for lunch £10 with a drink! You cant go wrong for the money - I had the beef and turkey - where else dose a lunch for this!!!

This place is fab, the Sunday carvery is beautiful!! (I don't have veg or gravy but that all looked fab too!) All served with a smile by super friendly faces, I will 100% be back!

Just been with our young girls for tea, food was beautiful, youngest had chicken srtips and fries, she said they were nicer than McDonalds which is miraculous as she’s sooo fussy!! Kids meals come with a fruit shoot and Ice cream for £5! So cheaper than a McDonalds aswel! We had a hillheads burger and chicken curry both were massive, staff are so lovely too, the owners dean and Connor go above and beyond! Will 100% be back

Went to the Hillheads for tea today and what a hidden gem, the atmosphere was lovely, staff very friendly and attentive and the food was fantastic, had the chicken bites to start, followed by one of the best homemade pizzas I have tasted. 10/10, highly recommend

We visited with our family. Everyone was so lovely and friendly. Food was well priced. The kids enjoyed the pool table. Plenty of space in the function room for a verity of events. Would highly recommend. We will definitely be visiting again.

First time visiting here and they didn't disappoint. The Sunday carvery lunch we had was very tasty and portions were generous! I'm pregnant and was eating for two but even I struggled to fit it all in! 🤣 Friendly staff. All round great experience. It's a 👍 from us! We shall be returning soon! Well done The Hillheads

What an amazing morning having breakfast with Santa me and my granddaughter had a loving time was lovely to be able to choose your own breakfast room was set out fantastic and well organised to meet Santa my granddaughter loved meeting Santa and the presents were amazing great value for money welldone to all the staff for all your hard work xx

I have been too the Hillheads pub, this afternoon after a funeral. The staff were brilliant nothing was a problem, they were all Very friendly one of the children with us is autistic and asked 5 million questions thanks all the staff.

Great friendly local pub. Grew up close to this pub. Always visit when I return home. Always a warm welcome.

Attended a gender reveal at the Hillheads yesterday. Fantastic service from all staff, who went above and beyond to ensure the safety of everyone there with a strict one way system and clear instructions in place along with hand gels at the bar. Thankyou very much!

Had a really lovely lunch we had the over sixties lunch time special 2 for £8.99 and you also get a tea or coffee with it. Well worth the money

Ordered 2 belly busters to take out. Beef was a bit tough. The gravy had a nice taste but was not thick like advertised and had to thicken it up myself at home. I would give 3.5 starts but you can't.

Midweek lunch, mince and dumplings for £5.95, went very well. Food was tasty, substantial and staff were pleasant and helpful. Only problem was lack of numbers in the restaurant. I was well impressed and encouraged family to go for Sunday Luunch. A good decision as we all thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We'll be back.
