The Health Hut in Newport

Me & my partner love coming here regularly for breakfast/lunch or cake & coffee. We love the atmosphere here & the staff are incredibly friendly every single time. Cannot fault the place, five stars all round

Olde worlde spit and sawdust pub.

Had a great time at Bar Code yesterday. Booked Beaujolais package. Food and drinks package was great and we moved into a pod later on in the afternoon. Staff were brilliant, so welcoming and helped us in the pod with a fire and blankets to keep us warm and setting up a Bluetooth speaker so we could listen to our music. I would definitely go back

Really terrible will never go again - ruined my family pub meeting - I booked 1 pm for 8 they changed to 2 pm for 2 separate tables of 4 without telling me I preordered the meals and none was available on the day - complete disaster If management read this then please contact me

love bringing my daughter here .. the kids menu is reasonably priced and the food is of a good quality. Unfortunately met with a confrontational member of staff when placing our order.. telling us we couldn't have our regular table... our regular table did have a reservation sign on it from 20:00 however I couldn't see the problem sitting there at 17:30 with intentions to be gone befor 19:00. the situation became more heated as I tried to explain this . Apparently I was rude to have pointed that out, and if the people who reserved it showed up early we would be asked to leave. Will be avoiding that women next time . still a great pub . 1 bad egg isn't enough to stop us from returning
