Lovely staff very friendly and fast service!

Beyond meat breakfast roll was ice cold. These things aren't terribly pleasant cold. At least cook them as long as they're supposed to. Coffee was horribly bitter too.

Very slow. Waiting 10 minutes to place an order and another 20 minutes to pick up a coffee. The

Staff were polite but not friendly, had a caramel frappe, which was made promptly and was delicious. I normally have a soya milk hot chocolate, but I don't like Starbucks hot chocolate. They do a few dairy free milks, but there were no gluten free cakes or cookies.

The furniture is great and preferable for those working remotely/from the coffee shops as the tables are larger for laptops etc with plenty of chargers available. But the acoustics are terrible, sounds like an eco chamber or being under water. Always seems like a soft play when I go, loud as hell. (Nero over the road always seems more civilised, with some chill music). Staff all seem green and fumble around, somehow every time I get a black americano if has foam on top. Even with the pros mentioned, the negatives outweigh my 3/4 experiences there. I give it a miss these days. Maybe I will try again in the new year.

Couldn’t review any lower, after getting to the pay window they tell me it’s card only which I replied ‘I only have cash’ to have the drive thru window slammed at me and the ‘lady’ to say unlucky as she does it is not the device I expect. Happened around 12:28 on the 17/10/23

Went to see mission impossible "it was 👍 ". Cinema was good. Unfortunately the greedy council car park prices are ridiculous. It's £6.20 for 4 hours which you need for watching most films 🎥 now. It's extra on top of Cinema tickets no wonder poor Cinema's are going bust. Shame on the council.

A little clinical and dated now, the coffee hasn't improved as it's still quite bitter.

It is a pretty good place to get snacks for the cinema but it takes a while and a bit expensive although its delicious.

My partner and I tried to get an eggnog latte but they had already sold out. This is a common thing with Starbucks. They advertise holiday specials but they don't ever seem to have them.

We waited for 25 minutes when there were only 7 people in front of us not a very good experience was only queuing to get a refund as when purchasing our hot drinks we were not told these couldn’t be taken into film so double disappointment

I sat out here to avoid a rubbish film my friends were seeing! Although quite a small outlet it had all the usual stuff and the advantage of not being too busy. Coffee was good and the staff were brilliant. Good vibe from being in a cinema foyer.

Good branch there has been a few time they have made the drinks cooler than normal but I request for them to make it again and they get it on point they are getting better so that’s why I give 4 stars I have been here on a few occasions 👍🏾

It's ab Starbucks, usual place

Not normally a massive fan of Starbucks, but this one is very well located for a visit to the cinema, and a huge improvement to what was available at Cine world previous. Staff friendly and everything nice and clean and tidy with comfortable seating.

Standard Starbucks fare but often out of stock of items and service has become very, very slow.

Not a fan of Starbucks but was the only thing availble at the time found the coffee to be bitter

If you like your coffee hot you need it in a take out cup. The branded mugs always seem to take the heat out of it really quickly. Otherwise pretty much like all the other coffee chains.

Always pleasant staff, great coffee. Perfect for movies, plenty of seating for post-movies chat.

I come here every week with my mum and love it! It's quite small, but as it's not a standalone cafe it's usually pretty empty. The coffees good, most seats are comfy, you can connect to Cineworld Wi-Fi, the toilets are good, plug sockets all over, lovely staff.... generally good! Also open super late (until either 2100 or 2200, I believe)! Pretty good, even for a Starbucks.

Seemed a little odd at first to have a coffee to take into the cinema with you, but when you see the list of cold drinks and Frappaccinos that you can take in to a film with you, I was pleasantly surprised, I was able to make it last nearly the whole film and was a great alternative to the usual soda options. Great taste and flavour to the drinks, other items also a valuable. Will purchase again when next at the cinema.

Service good although flustered and coffee was only warm

I normally purchase a coffee to take in to the cinema, and the majority of the time it is acceptable, however on my last visit on Thursday 8th November (pm) I noticed that the guy poured hot water on to the coffee juice, so I pointed out to him that this burns the coffee, he said that the water was not boiling and this was the way he did it. It was bitter and only half was drunk, and I will be very careful to watch when I order another coffee, and I’m not sure if it’s going to be in Starbucks.

The guy made me an Americano at my request, during my recent visit to Cineworld and noticed that he placed the coffee into the paper cup, then poured hot water on to the coffee juice. I pointed out to him that he should pour the coffee into the water, not the other way round. He said the water is not boiling and this is how he does it. The coffee had a bitter taste and whilst in the cinema I only drank half of it. A good financial lesson for me, so I will not buy again from the outlet, as on the high street they add coffee to hot water, and the taste is of the coffee.

Cappachino had froth +++ very little milk or coffee..expensive froth really..shame

I visit quite often with my friends it’s really nice atmosphere. The staff are always friendly I like the added feature of having there own toilets now. Matt really stands out when we visit he’s very friendly & helpful. There is also a woman with Dark red hair she’s always very cheerful. I would definitely drop in I use this one more that the town one. My only suggestion would be to start accepting Starbucks cards!

Overpriced bitter coffee, rubbish!

Very helpful and nice staff. One supervisor/manager in particular even helped answer a question for me when the poor woman was in the middle of her lunch break! Exceptional service and the new refurb is both stylish and very convenient.

Popped in Starbucks above cineworld to grab a coffee. Don't normally look for gluten free food as Starbucks have been a big let down in that department, however today they had 6 chicken and pesto gluten free Panninis. Warmed up in wrapper so no cross contamination, absolutely delicious.

Don't get me wrong, the coffee hits the spot every time, but it's the staff that make this coffee experience special. I visit the cinema at least once a week and I'm always impressed with the service. The staff are always efficient and cheerful and if you have the time they are more than happy to have a chat about the latest film etc. Skip the popcorn or ice cream and make straight for the coffee.

I haven't been here in a month or two, but at my last visit and all previous, I have always grabbed myself a tea or coffee. Standard starbucks BUT the staff here are really friendly. For something as generic as a chain coffee shop - its the staff that make the difference.

Where to start? Dirty tables, disinterested staff, paper cups only. And why when you are only customer, outnumbered by the staff three to one do you still have to give your name before you get your coffee... and it arrives with the wrong name anyway....

No different to any other Starbucks, this is located in the foyer of Cineworld and up the stairs, looking over the entrance. Prices are the same as anywhere else, but I prefer Coffee #1 or Costa.

Carley and Luke were so helpful, also hilarious with their stories of scaring each other. Had a great time and a lovely drink.
