I recently visited The Haymoor in Poole and had a wonderful experience. The assistant manager, Haigleih, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive to my 4-year-old niece, making sure she was comfortable and happy throughout our visit. The food was also great value for money, with generous portions and delicious flavors. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend The Haymoor for both its excellent service and tasty food.

A bit quiet when I visited but the service was very good staff were very friendly and helpful food was excellent

We always have a really great meal in The Haymoor. Nice atmosphere, always busy and always happy after our visit.

Ideal place for a quick drink and meal. A "Sizzler" pub, it has a varied menu and the food has always been very good when I have visited. Excellent value for money, the only place that I know where a mixed grill costs less than £12. Very good car parking in the same complex as an Asda supermarket.

Had a meal with friends tonight, food was delicious, staff are friendly without being intrusive. We are regular visitors here and it's always the same 5* rating.

booked for 12... tables were all booked for the evening mostly for 7pm can't understand why we could not sit at them .as I'm 74 and vulnerable.did not wont to have a meal in bizzy bar aria.but good food and we are regularly in the haymore

There were no entertainment for children,to play darts and snooker it's 18+.so I will not be bringing my kids here again.1 hour wait with no entertainment.

Booking was done online, but it didn't say anything or tell anyone that it was a limited menu until we arrived and saw a paper menu that 50 per cent of food wasn't available due to the freezer being condemned. We have travelled from portland, which is quite a distance to visit your establishment and we couldn't fault the staff , The food came out cold/warm didn't really eat it the food kids as well didn't

The Haymoor is looking a little tired in places and only has one choice of ale. But its pleasant enough and the footy was on which was a bonus. Did not have food.

The staff are lovely. Sam is a great member of staff. Ryan cooks a great meal and we enjoy our visits with a friendly atmosphere.

I visit the haymoor on a regular basis.The food is always well cooked and the staff are always polite and efficient. Im never disappointed with my visits here and will continue to enjoy my time at the haymoor. Keep up the good work will definitely be returning very soon.

Its sad to say Haymoor had a bad review in the past however of lately they have turned things around. Its such a lovely atmosphere with friendly like minded people. The staff always have a smile on their face and a big shout out to Sam and Mark who always bring the atmosphere. The food is nice and the drinks are reasonably priced.

The food was amazing. I had the steak and chicken combo and all was cooked perfectly . I added peppercorn sauce . I was table checked but Kayleigh and she made sure all was well and if I needed anything else . I cleaned my plate and will definitely prefer that again . The new menu is good I was spoilt for choice. Sam served me at the bar and what a beautiful man so polite and attentive. Best service I’ve had so my visit was worth it. . 😉mark said goodbye and made sure we was satisfied and a nice big smile 😃

It's become a regular visit to the haymoor. Staff are great and the food always manages to hit the spot. New menu which we are steadily trying out. Tonight was one of their new burgers.... Laying it on Chick: chicken fillet, bacon, salt & chilli chicken fries, cheese, onion rings with nacho cheese and BBQ sauce. All in one burger😳 Definitely one to try as it was phenomenal. Also the sharing platter desert is quite large so not one to try alone unless you have a bottomless stomach 🤣

Came out for an early dinner, we were expecting it to be busy which it was. But when we ordered food we weren’t told about any wait on food (and our food took over 45 minutes to come out) Once our food arrived 2 hunters chicken, both so dry almost inedible, Peas looked like they were cooked hours ago. Chicken burger wasn’t much better, fries were stone cold (also looked like the fryer hadn’t been cleaned recently). BBQ ribs were one of the best things put on the table, although it was meant to come out sizzling which it didn’t but I was actually hot ( the only thing!) We mentioned it to a member of staff when leaving, only to get a response of “Did you say something earlier?” No, no we didn’t! No one came to check back on us!! Absolutely appalling service! We definitely will not be returning and would advise others not to visit here either!

Honestly a lovely place for ribs. Early or late, yeah the other foods good. Great staff! We love going to the Haymoor as it’s local, friendly and enjoyable. The food is always good and sometimes excellent. The staff are helpful and the atmosphere is pleasantly relaxed.

Hello. Today we went to "the Haymoor" by accident and to be honest, we will definitely go back there. The outside of the restaurant doesn't encourage you to go in, but it's very nice inside. We only went in for a beer and some appetizers and stayed longer for the steak which I bought. after another customer ordered it. The atmosphere was very nice, the service was professional and the food we ordered was simply delicious. We plan to come back here again.

The young lad behind the bar was a very hard working polite and knowledgeable lad, the food was great all apart from 1 steak, we were a table of 10 and everything was well cooked and on point.. Thanks !
