The food was good, there was a good selection in the salad bar, staff were friendly. It was a really easy place to get to from the M3.

Great service from Assistant Manager and ALL staff especially Waiter Ethan who was very friendly and helpful and great food from the Ched Jordan. Great experience with lovely staff.

Absolutely perfect and friendly service from liah at Southampton’s ham farm branch. Delightfully delicious hot food , and great coffee. What more could we have asked for during our business meeting. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely meal thanks to the chefs on tonight, Jim and Nico. Our server Lilly was extremely pleasant and very helpful. They are all an asset to the company.

We had a great meal here this evening. We booked last minute after a day in Bournemouth where everywhere was packed so on the way home we made a telephone booking and were so glad we did. Making a shout out to our server Lilly and chef Jim and the kitchen staff for a lovely meal. The pork belly I had was so succulent and tasty and my fried really enjoyed her gammon. We were so full we couldn't manage a pudding. Will definitely be back.

Attending my lovely grandaughters 21 st birthday gathering early eveningon the 27 th feb, we where extremely upset and disappointed, salad area was not refilled, and what was there was looking rather sad and area not clean, on ordering food, they had run out of chicken as in, half and quarter chicken pieces, but they could offer half a chicken breast as an alternative !!!. I asked if salad could be refilled , i waited and waited!, eventualy asked another two members of staff who were stood talking for quite a while, still waiting ! ,having to ask for a third time, i explained we had been waiting a long time, i was given a defensive answer, saying they where doing it, when the meal came it was a disgrace and i asked to see the manager who was once again very defensive and said the kitchen had said this was the equivalent, this was where she stood had no customer service and didnt care, she was rude.( pictures included )

Generally, it was good, service was amazing, Sarah was very helpful and friendly. I ordered "the ultimate breakfast" and asked for No Beans or Black Pudding and I requested scrambled egg. When my food arrived it looks gorgeous, the very well presented. I touched my scrambled eggs....stone cold, I touched my grilled tomatoes and mushroom, stone cold. I politely mentioned it to Sarah and she took my food away to ask the chef to prepare a fresh plate. When my second plate arrived it wasn't any better, eggs, tomato and mushrooms ice cold. I again mentioned it to Sarah who offered to get a new one but I insisted that it would be okay. A few mins later, a plate arrived with hot tomatoes and scrambled eggs. Thank you Sarah for the help you gave today and for sorting out the issues with my cold meal. If it wasn't for the good service I would be saying don't rush to visit this restaurant, but the front of house team are superb and are willing to go the extra mile. Kitchen staff however need to sort themselves out. I am not going to rush back here due to the cold food being served not just once but TWICE!

I love the Harvester veggie breakfast - good quality, lots included and very tasty! The service provided by Sarah and the rest of the team is really good, too. Also, it's great value at the moment, with a £2 discount offer!

Went for lunch with my missus, niece and mother in law and ordered the ultimate mixed grill, the waitress (Sarah) was a lovely woman, polite and very welcoming and when the food came out - oh my days it was the dogs bollocks! The steak was cooked to perfection along with the rest of everything on my plate. It was humongous. I ate the lot and now I'm baking a massive turd. It was so good, I can't wait for it to come out tomorrow so I can plop it on a plate and enjoy it all over again. Compliments to John the chef

This place has really gone downhill recently, myself and my partner received our meals which were pretty much inedible. I sent mine back and they brought out a fresh meal which was just as bad if not worse. Won't be rushing to eat there again.

Visited sat 7th October and very disappointed,think this needs looking into eating area dirty floor and tables,rude staff,male and female toilets out of order and food cold and over priced ,drinks machine most flavours not working ,best part of the visit was leaving and definitely will not return

We stopped for breakfast with our 14 month old - the lady who served us was lovely! Our little girl had a mega tantrum and she was kind and understanding and helpful 😊 delicious food for all of us.
