Lovely meal. I had the vegetable samosa and the vegetable soya kadai which were both absolutely delicious. The menu is so varied and the service was very good. We will definitely be coming here again. Thanks

We have been here a few times now as a couple and with family and ever time service food and price all excellent will definitely be a regular visitors

We booked online, easy and booking confirmed on email. It was our anniversary. We went with our daughter and her husband. We all ordered our starters arrived sizzling hot and presented beautifully. I ordered the large mixed grill...oh boy amazing........ In fact the meal was out of this world. When we had finished, they wrapped what was left so guess what we are having tonight (so excited haha) and then as a surprise they came out with a FOC cake for our anniversary. Then to top it all they gave us 20 percent discount for booking on line on a Monday. James paid, thanks for a great evening you 2. I highly recommend The Gurkha bar and grill. Also sorry forgot to mention the staff were attentive and friendly. Perfect night out!!

Visited as a group of 6 to celebrate a 65th. Birthday, table booked for 6.30pm, Sat evening. Venue very busy for that time, table ready and waiting. Drink selection is very good, ordered a range from wines, spirits and beers, Aspall is extremely well kept - brilliant pint. Ordered a mixture of food, no starters and glad we didn't as mains' portions are huge. Large grill would probably feed 4, great selection on there and all really well cooked. The lamb chops are truly succulent. Also ordered garlic chicken dish and noodles. Again, huge portions cooked to perfection. We had to take about half the food home, so that's Sunday lunch sorted.... food bags, containers and carrier bags all provided. Try the naan, best locally by far. Staff very friendly and attentive, nothing seems too much trouble for them. Value for money is spot on, with 2/3 drinks worked out about £25 per head and food to take home. Final touch, birthday cake was provided at no added cost. We've also had takeaways, quality just as good.

Been here many times now , always a friendly welcome , pints are cheaper than most pubs in town , sizzling platters are amazing , starters are very generous in size , def my go to place

A bar that during the week has very little atmosphere. Slightly better on a weekend and beers are reasonably priced. The food however was really poor. The noodles did not seem fresh the meat balls were overcooked and similar to the IKEA frozen meatballs! Not good at all and it’s safe to say we won’t return!

Stunning food! Best Balti I have had in years!! Competitively priced too. All served in a timely manner by lovely, friendly staff and all in this fabulous old historic building. Going back very soon…and spreading the word!

I recently stumbled upon this gem of a place quite accidentally, and what a pleasant surprise it was! Right from the outset, the warm welcome from Mahendra (manager) set a friendly tone for our visit. The staff was remarkably attentive, ensuring our experience was comfortable and enjoyable throughout. As for the food, it was simply fantastic. The flavors, presentation, and quality of the dishes were top-notch. There were plenty of options for drinks at the bar. This establishment is a welcome addition to Stourbridge. It’s not just another mixed grill pub; it’s a place where you feel valued as a guest and where the food brings a smile to your face.

Food is amazing… can’t understand why it’s so quiet… try it guys you won’t be disappointed. Lovely friendly staff. Can’t wait to return. Well done . Keep it up 👍

A really pleasant casual dining experience. Varied menu, excellent portion size, good choice of drinks and excellent attentive service without being intrusive. We will definitely be returning soon and recommending to our friends.

Great food, prices and service. We popped in for a meal and drink on a Sunday afternoon. We knew the venue so were interested to see what it was like, menu had lots of options and it was light and tasty food. We would recommend!
