The Griddle Cafe & Sandwich Bar in North East Derbyshire

Ordered a coconut milk caramel frappe vi drive through. Server did not add caramel. Assumed it was an allergy. Requested caramel so squirted across top. Argued that this was standard when I asked her to drizzle on sides of cup. Even suggested I take a picture if I wanted to complain. As I put window up to avoid further argument, she called me rude. So my first time leaving a review and will be putting a complaint in with photos. Thanks for the suggestion. Btw you were incorrect - check your own website. Threw the drink away, very liquid and tasted poor. A total waste of time!

Great place to drink and unwind, lovely place to relax, it's lovely inside and staff are great and friendly Only went in for drinks

The car park was pretty quiet and now I know why.. won’t be going back.
