Had our Christmas lunch at The Greyhound Harvester. Food was great, good selection. Service was great. We weren't rushed. Definitely going to book for next year. Thank you

Very good place for Christmas Dinner or and family or other get together. The food was good. I definitely recommend Harvester.

Covid safe.. no help yourself salad its served by staff you just que and pick.. same with rolls clean every where..meal was good value for money ..mask worn unless you are sitting at your table

We went for xmas Dinner on the 25th. We were served by a lovely lady called Maddie who made sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent spot parking available too. Delicious food But festive food very small in quantity! Salmon very small piece...desert Xmas pudding was the smallest I've seen

Staff were lovely, our server lesley was great, the food here was amazing. Service was quick and efficant, i would definetly come again :)

From our arrival we were treated with respect from all members of staff. We had the Festive meal and it was lovely. We thought we had been giiven the large meal in error as there was so much on our plates. But it was only the normal meal. Our waitress was also very polite and helpful.

My family and I have been visiting here for many years. The food is really nice. You can get a variety of of salad and pasta from the salad bar and their menu has a diverse range of dishes. Vegetarians and vegan are catered for. I do like their starter’s especially the breaded mushrooms and their salmon dish from their Festive menu. The service at this restaurant has improved greatly and that is due to the two wonderful servers, Sydney and Summer. Both of these young women are an asset to Harvesters. They are both friendly, well-mannered and caring. When they first recognised me and my family, I was happily surprised. They always welcome us like family members. Thank you Harvesters for hiring good people and for catering to all types of diets.

This place has really upped there game! Food is always great! And the service is impeccable! We like all the staff here but especially Sydney! She is so attentive and friendly! Keeps us coming back every week. Thanks guys for great experiences.

Pleasant staff underwealmed with the food tbh. Drinks are basically jon alcoholic if you order cocktails. Very weak and very pricey. When its basically orange juice and frozen steak.

We visited on Thursday and our server was Sydney. She was a very friendly girl who was very efficient. We had a nice meal out.

Salad bar was awful . Funny colour coleslaw looked old. Tiny bit of lettuce left . Nothing gets topped up. Ribs were awful dry no sauce . Took 15 minutes to get drink from bar then git flat beer had to wait to be changed . Took 25 mins to get a beer. Will not be returning.

Place is not too busy on Wednesdays. Food is good, and there is a good mix of dishes available (including desserts). Sadly San Miguel is no longer available ☹️, and some dishes have gone from the menu.

Dined there last night, we were very disappointed because it was very cold, we had asked our waiter 3 times to get the air con turned off but it wasn't done so we didn't enjoy the evening at all.

Service was really slow, clearly understaffed. Food was alright, not really worth the price unless you get a deal or discount though. I'd go back for a meal with the kids but certainly wouldn't recommend for date night...

Our waitress was lovley always great service from her. The recent menu changes are not great like the change from Corn on cob to sweetcorn kernels for the kids meal and the bigger kids meal was lacking enough chips. The small rectangular plates didn't make the food look appealing and the portions seem to have shrunk with the plates.

Lovely atmosphere and great customer service. The chosen meal was lovely.

Had a great night last night 31/10/24 at the Greyhound for my partners birthday meal the food was very tasty and the whole family really enjoyed our night Hayley P was our waitress for the night she was very friendly and helpful offering my partner a more comfortable seat she is a real credit to the team and we are looking forward to returning again soon thank you.

The best restaurant in town and services are immaculate. On our last visit,Jade was our server and he was absolutely amazing. I tried to leave a review for him through qr code but it says that is deactivated and therefore i decided to leave it here. Jade,you're the best.🙏🙏

Had a fantastic meal for our Foster daughters 12th birthday. Tyrell our server was amazing.! We had all our foster children with us and the young one is Autistic, Tyrell was so helpful and patient- just what we needed to make our experience a fantastic one - a great memory made better by fantastic service.

Food was really nice today shame the scampi portions weren't more. Didnt really like where we was sitting as they've tried to maximize space by putting more tables in. But service was excellent as always 23/10 - menu change. Had some interesting dishes. Will defo be trying some. New plates. I needed a bigger plate for the original combo as my chips couldn't fit on the plate. Food was nice. Prices definitely increased (maybe to pay for the plates hahaha). Service excellent as always

I went to the Greyhound Romford on Sunday with my family I had a chicken burger which that is all I have all day long and I ended up with food poisoning thank you very much harvester will not be coming back

Food just brilliant as always! Incredible value for money, surely this is the best harvester in the country?! A big mention to the waitress Sydney I believe her name was, blonde girl. Just wow! She was amazing absolutely amazing, so incredibly charming and charismatic, somehow she made our already incredible meal even better. Don't ever lose that smile 😁

Had the most amazing server today a young lady called Sydney. Who made a very excellent dining experience. After so many years of not returning after having some awful dining experience at harvester.

After having already booked a table a week before, we arrived to have a half hour wait and hardly anything that we wanted for dinner.. so left and went TGI's, which was banging!!! Every cloud n all that!!!.....

Great place with great service. The staff is always friendly. And the food... omg, the food... I've had breakfasts and dinners here, and whatever you order, it's delicious. Really need to check the lunch, at some point 🤣

The waitress that serve us is very accommodating. She is very welcoming and took care of us. She place a candle and a happy birthday sign in the dessert for my daughter’s birthday celebration.

Nice place to eat. Food was lovely, service was OK, but could do with more staff, waitress was seeing to far too many people at once! Waited a long time for plates to be removed and the bill!

Everything was lovely except for the chips , they were very dry and not very nice . Harvester chips are usually ok .

At the Greyhound, there is quite simply excellent service. And the atmosphere at this branch of Harvester is sociable. I love the classic breakfast option and the Scampi menu dinner option, a new Harvester favorite of mine.

So it was our daughter 18 birthday and we went for family meal. And waitresses went out her way and brought a bowl of ice cream with happy birthday in chocolate.

We came here for a Monday brunch. I had English breakfast with rump steak. The portion was huge and the prices good. The service was very friendly. I would visit again if I happen to be in the area.

This place went right down the pan a few years ago that is why we stopped going there. We thought we would give it another go for old time sake and very glad we did. Absolutely exceptional. Loved it.

Excellent customer service from Sydney

We went for breakfast and was absolutely awesome. Amazing full English breakfast. The young lady who looked after us was outstanding her name Summer.

We asked for no bacon in our burgers as we do not eat Pork as well as no tomatoes, we received our order with both - Clearly they are not checking the order notes and we could not eat our meal. Extremely dissatisfied!

Come here often. It's a harvester so you know what to expect but it's one of the better ones in the area.

Friendly staff very welcoming and beautiful food

A warm & freindly greeting when we entered the Foyer, was very pleasing. We were quickly shown to a table which was ideally situated for my wheelchair. The a very attractive, and attentive, waitress named Summer took our drinks order, giving us time to review the menu. Once the drinks were served, Summer took our food order, and then we were able to leave the table and choose our salad dishes. Two things to note here, wheelchair access was easy, smooth and flat. There is plenty of room to manoeuvre around. The salad bar had a good choice and all looked very fresh. Once our main meals had been served, Summer checked to ensure all was okay. At this point I should add that Summer also had a trainee by her side, showing the trainee how things should be done. Once the main meal and the very nice, well proportioned deserts had been finished the plates were all cleared away with no fuss or issues. We never felt pressurised to leave at any time, and the bill was available immediately. There is no service charge included and there is no opportunity of adding such on payment by bank card. Summer deserved her tip for the way we were looked after from the begining to end of our visit.

Had a really lovely meal here. The quality and flavour of the steak was amazing, and would defo recommend! Salad bar was nicely filled and tasted fresh. Our server was Hayley, and she was super helpful and friendly, we were able to make changes to the steak sides, and everything came perfect! Looking forward to another visit already!

The service from Lesley tonight was amazing she was so lovely and friendly. Went above and beyond with service and great customer service skills. The food was great and tasty. Highly recommend this place too. Thanks so much!!

We came in on the 15th for a fathers day meal which was nice but when we got the bill we wanted to split it 3 ways 2 of the partys paid for my wife was questioning the bill which seemed high so we said can we have a little more time to work it out as it did not add up the waitress said ok then without her knowing I was by the front door the waitress was slagging of and moaning about my wife taking time figuring out the bill I did not say anything in the end the bill was wrong by £25 which was alot out

Ordered Double Chips and I hardly got the amount of normal chips

The lovely server Sally was so on point, She was severing a group who were celebrating a birthday and my 3year old granddaughter wanted to blow a candle out, So Sally got a candle and we and the guests all sang happy birthday to her 😆 🤣. Thank you for all your efforts 👌 💪 deserves star 🌟 🤩

Three of us went for a meal and we were pleasantly surprised. A very enjoyable lunch with a tasty salad, chicken and treacle sponge.

I had the surf and turf meal, and it was the best I have had there the steak was cooked just right and the chicken was moist and cooked just right

Came for dinner tonight with my family, food was tasty and delivered to the table quickly. But the best part was the service from Sidnie, she was polite, helpful and genuinely a delight, even told my daughter about a new dessert that was not yet on the menu, when she heard the words Biscoff her eyes lit up, she also helped is with the app so we got 25%off our bill. Absolute pleasure thank you Sidnie.

My simple salmon was dry and tasted of oil. But given there due I was offered a replacement but I said no thank you. Our server said she would let Management know, she came back to me and said they had deducted the meal from our bill. My dessert wicked lemon was lovely.

They are really nice and helpful and good with children they even sang happy birthday for my niece

Went for breakfast, granddaughter, 18th Birthday start of a special day, we waited for over 20 minutes, she wanted the waffles with fruit, I had my food brought to the table, I waited for hers to come after another five minutes we were told there was no fruit. My food was getting cold by this time. After another five minutes she had waffles banana and chocolate delivered to the table.my food by this time my food was cold. Not a good impression. We only went there because she wanted waffle and the fruit on her big day waste of time.

Such good service, ordered several times now and they constantly deliver with portion sizing and quality of food. I don’t have to worry if something is missing or if I’m being mugged off. Definitely good place to order.
