2 hours delayed driver said busy - called no answer

manager swearing it was there error with not completing my order disgusting conduct always missing items this time this was distasteful conduct

delivery service so poor I didn't received my food.

Chips weren’t as fresh as usual and fish tasted weird… think the oil might be off?

Brilliant service from Seven Kings Fish bar, Thank you. Really loved the Chips and the buttered roll with Chicken Nuggets was crispy and delicious. The delivery driver was excellent and really nice.

Few orders misplaced with wrong food ordered chicken strip and got fish instead and chicken shish was way to spicy

U did not putt single dip of kehthup atleast u knw one perone order food so pls just putt the kehthup one dip pls

My go to fish and chip shop Everything I've tried is good Favourite dishes Masala Fish Chicken Wings And Chips to go with it Always busy and parking sometimes a nightmare so I order on the phone 15 minutes earlier.

7Kings fish bar are very rude and cannot deliver items which have been missed off the order. They have zero customer service!

Firstly the meal didn't come with salad as it stated in the description and then when I unwrapped the kebab it smelt off and put me off straight away. I called the restaurant about the salad which they apologised for but then upon unwrapping the kebab I noticed the smell.

Hi the chips are really nice normally but today they have been sitting there and hard and not fresh and a lot of bits . I ordered large chips I think we could have had fresh chips.

Good food as usual, and good portion sizes. wish they'd add a Doner Kebab WRAP to the menu x

Arrived cold when I made a mistake not ordering two pies it wouldn’t let me cancel my order nor add additional goods to be delivered, just eat were extremely rude and so was 7 kilograms msg restaurant I’m absolutely disgusted, type in 7 kings fish bar it’s advertised as free delivery but no I payed £2.99 twice so altogether £5.98 for cold, unsatisfactory food I could’ve got more local but the ‘free delivery’ appealed to me I want a full refund I’m extremely unhappy and the chips were disgusting

Too expensive, Large cod seemed not very large.

Food excellent as always. Delivery said 6 minutes, but the driver did 2 other deliveries before us so it took nearly 30 minutes

For a local chippie look no further! Whether you prefer to collect or have a delivery the food is the same. Delicious and hot and spicy masala bites are amazing! Sorry.. too late for pics!

Disappointed with this order as value meals had hardly any chips in them at all. It’s ashame because normally no complaints at all. Lucky I got an extra small chips.

Too spicy. No need for chilli in Shish marinade. Totally spoilt it. I don’t like chilli, if I wanted my mouth burnt off I’d have ordered a curry.

As normal we buy 2 large lamb doners and share it between ourselves and our son. today both the lamb doners were smaller than usual, id say they were small doners, leaving hardly any meat in them and not having a proper meal to fill us all up. still hungry

Paneer masala bites were amazing - was not expecting it to be fresh paneer! + The chilli sauce was really tasty

There was rotten old salad in my burger and only 1 thin slice of tomato in each burger abit tight if you ask me. Plus the Portion Size of chips in both meals was extremely small not even a hand full. For £11.90 and a £9.80 meal thats a very poor service and quality.

Made the trip out here after hearing about their Masala Fish. Easy to get to on the Elizabeth line and only a few minutes walk from Seven Kings train station. Went for the smallest portion of Masala Fish Bites, they were incredible (and the biggest fish bites I've ever seen) Spicing was perfect with a decent amount of heat (they also give you some homemade chilli sauce) Will definitely be coming back to try some other menu options in the future.

Best Chip shop in London. Love their Chips with buttered roll. Very delicious and hot. Brilliant and great service from Seven King's Fish Bar. And excellent and very friendly delivery driver.

Bought a large portion of chips from here. Never going back again. The chips smelled really bad. Oil must’ve been old. For the price, the quality is not good.

Firstly my pet hate is multi pack drinks which are singled out and sold onto the customer at a higher price .That's a no no with me.so don't sell me a can of coke from a multi pack for£1.55. it's not on in my opinion.getting on to the fish and chips lovely chips real good portion considering I ordered small I was surprised.fish large plaice.was nice not to much batter nice white fish no bones.good choice, I never order cod or rock eel as I never know what I'm eating,Would I order again yes but do not want drink from multi pack.Oh and I would like a small composition.fot your deliberate error.

This place has gone down hill and more than the food i don't like the new people running this shop. The older man with the white beard was grabbing the fish and sausages in the oven with his hands re-arranging them and then wiping the oil on his top which made me feel really uncomfortable with regards to hygiene. Additionally, new fish was fried and just as they had finished cooking, instead of giving me the new fish they gave me an old one from the oven! Ridiculous.. What was the point of making me wait all that time? There are plenty of fast food options in the area now, this is at the bottom of the list.

Fish coating was too thick that's why it was not evenly cooked from the middle.

I requested that I have onion tomato and cucumber on my kebab. I got none of them? I requested salt and onion vinegar on my chips. I got neither? All of the requests were on the receipt, just don’t offer stuff if you aren’t going to read customer requests. Simple!!!!

Nice food.but the chip portion is very small even if you get a large. Whether I get a small or a large portion of chips it's exactly the same amount- Small!

Great food as always. However only thing would be the large chips has shrunk maybe a one off? Will keep an eye on that 😁

The seven kings fish bar was absolutely brilliant and understood my order the food was cooked to perfection and was really happy with the food and the staff. 10/10 would definitely highly recommend them and order again.

Food delivered early within timed window. Also, excellent fish freshly cooked with no bones and great batter. Chips and sausage in batter also great. Repeat/Returning customers and happy that we discovered Seven Kings Fish Bar.

The best Fish and Chip around, my git to place for fish and chips. Fresh cut chips, and the masala sausage and fish bites are my favourites. Well done and keep up the good job.

The restaurant people, staff owner thinks customers are stupid. Asked for freshly fried 4 pieces of masala fish. What I received was 4 Masala Fish which was deep fried 2 times, meaning it was already fried and on standby. It was dipped in hot oil again where the colour of the batter turned dark brown and the edges were hard. Don't do this Seven King's Fish Bar? Don't play with your livelihood as it is the customers that are keeping your business alive. What goes round, comes round oneday back to you.

We often order from here and it usually excellent however last night the masala fish bites were very disappointing, the batter was far thicker than normal so was mushy and the actual fish seemed smaller than normal perhaps due to the thicker batter but at £27.00 for 10 this did spoil our meal somewhat. However the cod and kebabs ordered were delicious.

i have given only one star to get noticed. the food here is great, always. know the place for years! However, they get the minor details wrong! OFTEN!!! SO NO SALT AND VINEGAR, when asked for. ONIONS IN BURGER-when not asked for- LOTS last time, SAUCES MISSING IN ORDER. BEST COLLECT AND GET IT PACKED IN FRONT OF YOU. AND CHEAPER.

Nice food but not fresh. Disappointed with quality of food. Cold and not enjoyable. Last two times ordered fish and got my orders wrong. Gave it the benefit of the doubt. But never again. Customer lost for life.
