The Green Tara in Bournemouth

Agradable bienvenida del cocinero del Tíbet originalmente. Lugar informal y agradable, limpio y decorado de forma sencilla. Buena comida cocinada a tu medida. El impacto de Covid significa menos clientes, por lo que hay menos opciones, pero aún así son buenas opciones, además de sushi, etc. Encantador entrante de pollo katsu, diferentes sushis, fideos, etc. Decepcionado, no hay cordero al curry pero no es gran cosa. Bien vale la pena encontrarlo en un oasis de comida rápida, ¿ir a darle tu apoyo a Green Tara?

Este lugar es una joya escondida en un tramo no conocido por su buena comida. Hay un ambiente informal pero la comida es de una calidad digna de una buena cena. El horario y las mesas son limitadas, pero vale la pena esperar si está lleno. Si se encuentra en la zona, debe ir si hay asientos disponibles.

Nos sirvieron una deliciosa comida casera de tres platos. Todo era muy auténtico y recién cocinado (los Momos todavía estaban chisporroteando cuando los servían en una sartén grande). El propietario fue muy amable y se desvivió para hacernos sentir cómodos. Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante, no solo porque la comida es de primera categoría sino también por el ambiente encantador y los precios muy razonables.

Este tiene que ser uno de mis mejores descubrimientos en Bournemouth. El restaurante, en primer lugar, está impecablemente limpio, lo que le da seguridad instantánea de una cocina bien administrada. Al entrar el ambiente es cálido y amigable con sentido de calma. Nos recibió la señora tibetana que prepara la comida, que obviamente es totalmente apasionada por ofrecer la mejor experiencia para sus huéspedes. El caballero en la mesa detrás de nosotros acaba de terminar y él nos dijo que su comida era deliciosa pero que había luchado para terminar la gran porción. Pedí dos de los mismos y la señora que servía dijo que serían dos y nos ofreció Dumplings, Katsu Chicken y Noodle Stirfry para dos con un refresco por 12 La comida estaba recién preparada y deliciosa. Y ambos estábamos completamente satisfechos con la cantidad. No puedo recomendar lo suficiente a The Green Tara, ciertamente es la joya más nueva que ha venido a Bournemouth Boscombe Gracias

Excelente comida a precios realmente buenos, no puedo conseguir suficiente! El cordero al curry es el mejor curry en Bournemouth.

We enjoyed gorgeous momo’s and A home cooked lamb curry. Both were lovingly prepared for us and we were given some ginger tea to try which was really nice. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The lady is friendly and takes the time to prepare the food without rushing.

I have walked past this place a few times and never realised it was there. Something caught my eye today and I'm glad it did! I went in and tried the dumplings (momos), I've had these at various places before and these were amazing! I have just finished eating them and I just had to leave a review ASAP. I ordered the vegetarian momos (also suitable for vegans!!!) And they came with a chilli sauce which is still pleasantly numbing my mouth! I will definitely have to come back for a sit down meal to try the curry and noodles! Nom nom nom!!!

I could smell the food from this Cafe as I walked past and I just had to go inside because it smelt gorgeous. I ordered a Chicken Katsu Curry and a Rose Lemonade for £7.60 The Curry was cooked fresh in front of me and came with rice and vegetables. It tasted exactly how it smelt and was absolutely delicious. Now that I have found this place I will be back. The Curry was much better than any I have ever had from Koh Thai or any other Asian restaurant 10/10

Some town centre food places you visit, are just like every other replicated chain that you find in every high street.. Serving up same-style bland offerings that are either cooked off-site in a centralised kitchen, or prepared by some unenthusiastic, unengaged, underpaid staff member.. Sometimes it’s the little places, nestled in plain sight, amidst the fried chicken shops, multi-national burger chains, and subways of this world that have to struggle to survive. That’s why I feel it’s essential to write about a place that restores a sense of caring, kindness and effort, when you sometimes find them. Green Tara is one of those very places.. Owned and operated by Tara, a Nepalese cook, Mum, and all-round happy, hard-working and kind, lady that really cares about what she cooks and how she cooks it. Tara is special, she is engaging and kind-hearted, and is the perfect hostess in her tiny Asian food bar.. She takes the time to welcome you, chat to you, make suggestions of what to eat, and then caringly goes off to cook it, with passion and pride. It’s only a little place, and I had the Asian Chicken noodles - they were delicious, affordable and plentiful - all for £4.50. What I loved most, was the unique and friendly welcome and chit chat with Tara. Check this place out ~ Tara is a very competent cook!

Love this place the food is amazing and the lady who owns it is so sweet . She even cooks to order and specials everyday.

Lovely lady who runs the place and makes your fresh sushi there and then! A new favourite, you might get lucky and hear her singing a traditional song as she makes your food

A great price with a wide variety of food! Had chicken ramen and dumplings.. If you have dumplings ask for the owners special soy sauce it was delicious! Can't wait to come here again, service was fantastic too!

A favourite lunch spot. Excellent chicken noodles and the rainbow rolls sushi in the summer is great.

Decidimos probar el Tara verde como un cambio de ou café regular en Boscombe.

This is a small but friendly cafe with a difference. Traditional English tea and coffee but also Japanese noodles, Thai curry and even sushi which I'm yet to try.

Not something you expect to find in Boscombe, good range of Japanese inspired dishes, and they do a good coffee too!

Qué sorpresa encantadora en Boscombe ... El dueño es encantador y muy servicial. muy hablador y amable. comida fresca y sabrosa. fideos con pollo tierno, ¡guau! Explosión de sabor. no me esperaba encontrar un buen sushi de calidad en Boscombe. Pero está ahí, fresco, barato y gooooooooooood. Nosotros pedimos té verde japonés, llegó una teteras cerámica encantadora.
