Vicky was very efficient and friendly. Also helped by taking photos. Food was great, salad bar needed a re-fresh. Other than that we had a great meal

Honestly, absolutely dreadful from start to finish. We were here 3 hours in total, not by choice! Apparently there is an issue with ordering on the app, in which case, this should be communicated to customers on arrival. The app orders apparently vanish into thin air, thus meaning 1hr 30 minute wait for food and 45 minutes for puddings! The waitress was the least helpful person in the entire restaurant. We had salad bowls, starters, mains and puddings, not once in 3 hours did she clear ANY plates away. Imagine how cluttered the table was during each course. We had to clear our own plates in the end and find new cutlery for each course. Every time we complained ref the waiting time she said “i dont have control over the app orders”. No offer to help, follow up, apologise, nothing. Aside from bringing drinks to the table, we may as well have been invisible. We had to wander round and ask various people 7-8 times what was happening with our orders. Absolute chaos. For the love of god do not use the app 🤣

Our server was Emily she greeted us with a smile and had a pleasant attitude the whole time we were there. The service was quick and everything was perfect.

Lovely table near the water, waitress nice and friendly. Had not been back for a long time due to poor waiting times and food not up to scratch. Returned on the off chance and with a 50% discount we were pleasantly surprised by just how better our food was. We have booked a table for Boxing Day and bringing the family along. Food was abysmal lumpy gravy, dry chicken, stay away from the dirty chips they are that dirty I couldn’t eat them tasted revolting. I remember when harvester first opened and how great it was and to be honest this establishment needs looking at because the food is terrible. My daughter had salmon with ratatouille and mash which also looked dry and bland. Our starter plates were never removed from the table throughout our visit. I have visited the one at Port Solent and the food there was fabulous so I recommend there not here!!

Well looked after by Vicky our waiter, making for an enjoyable family meal. Only observation is the streak was tough and not edible. Also the gents toilets were flooded, as buckets catching drips under the urinals was overflowing. Certainly in need of a little TLC.
