Tasty, fresh and hot food. The chicken shish kebab is excellent, chicken is full of flavour, the salad always without a doubt is fresh and the garlic sauce is delicious. We have had doner, pizza, cheesey chips and chicken burger from here, all excellent. Best kebab shop in pompey by a mile!

Oh my goodness , food is so good and so hot, they are amazing !!!!! so they were, but last 2 times my hard earned cash has been taken and no food turned up , this is not acceptable, i have made an official complaint , hungry children and tight with money, this a treat , disgusting that they dont even deliver anymore but take the money, shame on you !!!!

i was a good customer ...but to make the same mistake 5 times in a row is just stupid .....never ever will i order from here again .....2 times asked for extra cheese in burger .dint get no extra but was still charged then 3 times just asked for cheese burger with ketchup dint get no cheese or ketchup i will never ever get food here again ...its like there brain dead

Don’t Order food from them as they Give you the wrong order and then when you tell them about it their attitude stinks So never order from them again

I tell you what, for a turkish grill the fish and chips tastes really good and is very well priced aswell! I go there often and normally get pizza, the staff are incredible and you'll always have someone to talk to among the other customers.

The menu offers so many options and everything is fresh and prepared in sight. The lamb shish was my personal favourite and is absolutely delicious. Garlic and chilli sauce are an absolute must try. The guys are friendly and overall the service is great. Definitely returning.

Had a mixed kebab and chips with garlic mayo and chilli sauce in pots, the followed my nots of no salad and can sauce be in pots. The food was hot, fresh, flavorful and good portions. Will definitely use again

Best kebab/burger place in Portsmouth I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We have always used Batman grill for the past 3/4years since I lived in Milton. I now live in Copnor & delivery is always quick. Food is always fresh & tasty. Delivery drivers are always polite.

Well well well.... I was dubious ordering a shish from a kebab shop named after a DC comic. I'm glad I did. The meat was fantastic and portion size decent. Delivery was 19 minutes from order. Amazing. I'll be ordering from Batman again!!!

Always a great kebab from Batman Grill, good sized portions, perfect amount of sauce you can't go wrong. The pizzas are nice but my last Donner pizza was a little dry, with the toppings a little burnt but it was still very nice. This is my go to kebab House! I'd go as far to say the best in Portsmouth

Waited an hour for food and everything apart from the chicken strips were undercooked. Pizza and chips were raw and inedible 🤮 waste of £40

Apparently they've won awards, but I really can't see how. Twice now they've delivered food without pitta bread. On this occasion we ordered lamb chops, which they had apparently run out of. Rather than ringing us they substituted with what they claimed was a sirloin steak. It wasn't, it was a piece of leather that was completely inedible. Phoned to ask about the pitta bread, they said they'd send some. Still not delivered so rang again and the person answering pretended not to hear me. Will definitely not be using this place again. Edited to add, the pitta eventually arrived but was pointless by then.

Friendly staff members I love their lamb kebab wrap comes with plenty of vegs/salad at 6 GBP. quite fast in servicing and very respectful people servicing. Well done .

First time ordering a takeaway from here after seeing newspaper article about them being awarded a prize. Absolutely delicious chicken kebab with generous amount of onions,peppers and mushrooms to accompany plus warm pitta and salad. Scrummy and would highly recommend.

Some stuff is really nice. However I ordered the garlic pizza and added donner on top, and it came with no kebab on top, and it was cold. Partners mixed kebab was good though. Not sure how to respond to your reply so added it to here, thank you for your reply I really appreciate it :)

Had to take a star away from my last vist, chilly sauce had no strength and green peppers left out of order

I have been to my fair share of kebab shops in Portsmouth and recently we chose Batman. Well… the only thing I am disappointed about is the fact we hadn’t tried it sooner! The staff are so friendly and the portions are huge. Great value for money and the few times we have been so far we have not been disappointed. My partner likes the kebab meat well done and every time we have asked they have been more than happy to fry the meat off or put it in the oven. Not only that the actual food is not greasy and is really tasty. I tried the lamb shish tonight with the mint yoghurt sauce. Absolutely delicious and the salad is so fresh. Can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back!

First time hear and yes the bun was fine chips good ka ab was good but the lack of cabbage so not much salad only onion and lettuce but overall it was good

Generally a nice kebab, only criticism is last time we ordered, the salad and sauce were lacking, got a medium doner, the salad lasted the first three mouthfuls, and the sauce barely touched the surface, I bet if I’d got a large the allocation wouldn’t have changed. I was eating meat and pitta for the next ten minutes. Give me enough salad that I can choose not to eat it. Not go through the salad drawer (which was empty) to supplement an £8 kebab. For the record your meat is lovely and service is sharp, don’t scrimp on the cheap bit. 😎

Just had the most delicious pizza. Better than any of the well known chain stores. Loved it. Well done to the staff today.

We ordered from here last night. The kebabs we ordered. With the pitta bread separate were excellent. But the chips although hot were dry and looked like they had been microwaved hot after being cooked. Aside from that it took an hour to get our food which suddenly started on its way after we had phoned again after 45 minutes to ask where it was.

Donner wraps are horrible. My wrap was cold and absolutely DRENCHED in mayonnaise... A few bites in and it was genuinely making a squelching noise there was so much of it!! All I could taste was mayonnaise... Gross. Honestly couldn't believe the 5* reviews after what I had tasted. Very disappointed and feel sick just thinking of it again :(

Amazing soulful food made with raw passion. Recommended to all folk. One key staple food of this establishment has to be the 'NOT COLD' pita bread thanks tia. I rather found it quite warm and delicate in my mouth.

I have ate here since it opened and it doesn't disappoint! The pizza's are amazing, chips crisp and hot. The staff has always been friendly, and helpful. I feel like a few of these reviews on here aren't genuine....possibly jealous competition? Who knows. Most kebab shops are hit or miss, Batman Grill hasn't failed me yet!

for someone that only gets the bugers or the burger deals and the ocasional kebab or pizza or other items the priceing is fairly good for the burgers 5.50 for a meal deal is a very good price, however ive noticed lately any food i get from them causes a stomach ache

Really good quality kebab and such a large amount and the pizza was really yummy. And they even dropped a diet coke as they gave us normal and we asked for diet. Will defo order again xxx yum

So me and my partner ordered online for delivery after going though my partner ordered doner kebab with lettuce onion and mayo I ordered the same but with no salad just bbq sauce with two portions of chips. Where do I start my partners kebab cane with tomato’s and cucumber why ask what salad you want if your not going to listen so my patented couldn’t eat his kebab as he is allergic to tomatos. I’ve opened mine and I’ve got salad even though I didn’t ask for salad as I don’t eat it. The pita bread was solid as in you could throw it at a window and break the window the chips was like they was from last night Oh and to top it off it was all cold. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog safe to say we will never be ordering from there again total waste of money

Ordered through just eat, mixed kebab. Slight ripoff as £10.50 for The kebab (fine) then £1 delivery then £0.50 "service charge". Also took 50 mins to arrive (about 3 streets from me) but it was seriously excellent food. Very well cooked (moist chicken, tender lamb) and excellent flavours - very tasty indeed. Recommended.

This kebab house is shocking chips double fried. Kebab arrived cold. The chicken burger tasted freezer burnt. No sauce on any of it when we asked for it and the wrap well don't even get me started looked like it was thrown across the room. One piece of chicken in it. Not worth the money I payed disappointed. Will not be using agen.

For many years I used another good kebab house and they were always nice but I have to say batman kebabs are the best and I will not go anywhere else now..I totally recommend their kebabs.

The food was very good. Portions smaller than expected but the taste made up for the missing portion. Very polite service and would definitely recommend.

My family and I were intrigued and excited to try this new place that we saw people raving about. The food actually tasted decent but the prices were ridiculously high for a kebab so you’d expect big portions but the large definitely wasn’t a large- which turned out to be a good thing in the end because majority of us have ended up with upset stomaches.. I noticed they’re still waiting for their hygiene inspection- wouldn’t recommend

Had our 1st Batman grill Donner & Shish kebabs tonight....Wow was not expecting them to be so good, the chilli sauce is awesome and not like your normal sauce, it has nice tast, yet it still has it's heat! I'll be back for another!
