Food was not good at all. We ordered fritata, which was dry, and a gluten free burrito which was bland and the wrap seemed heated in the microwave. Do not recommend!

Be careful if you order online. So many times we’ve had items missing and although we get credit the meal isn’t complete. Once found a stone in my food too and cracked my tooth.

Mis amigos y yo vinimos aquí alrededor de las 10 de la mañana para pasar un tiempo esperando a nuestros padres y, para ser sincero, nos encantó haberlo hecho. Fuimos recibidos con entusiasmo por un hombre (de piel oscura) y una mujer joven (de piel clara o incluso de raza mixta). Respondieron todas nuestras preguntas sobre la comida, nos hicieron reír y nos llevaron a nuestras mesas. ¡Tomamos un café que era increíble y también tenía algo de arte! Los brownies eran para morirse. Definitivamente volveremos!

What a lovely place with a delicious menu. All day breakfast in a big bowl, organic and vegetarian with options to add meat. Self service and the guy was friendly and delivered the food to our table. Would recommend and in a beautiful street lit up with Christmas lights and swanky restaurants and shops.

I stood like a dummy at the counter while the server / barista ranted about her personal problems to her barista / server colleague. Only when she had finished her yarn, did she deem it necessary to take my order. I had a cappuccino and a chocolate chip cookie. I sat outside. After a minute or two, the dried out, crumbly biscuit arrived. After a few more minutes I went back inside to enquire about the coffee, waited for part II of the yarn to finish only to be told they had forgotten about my order and it would be coming soon. After another few minutes I left, no coffee and one bite out a cookie. Never going back - one of those places founded for the entertainment of the employees rather than the benefit of the clientele.

The service was friendly, and quality of food was, for the most part, good. We had decided to lunch there because it offers gluten and dairy free food. I was surprised to be charged £1.25 extra for the toast that came with my soup as ordinary toast was free and the soup was not cheap. I expected something a bit special, such as a hunk of sourdough bread,but it was just a slice of supermarket sliced bread.A dairy and gluten free muffin was to be a rare treat, but was very dry and inedible. The soup was very tasty, but there is no excuse for charging extra for bread that, as it's going to be toasted,could easily be kept in the freezer if demand is low. The muffin, on the other hand, seemed to have spent its life in the freezer, judging by its texture.

Went today for breakfast however after 45 minutes of waiting I had to ask for a refund as I had to be at an appointment and couldn’t wait any longer. Wasn’t busy either and had the two guys behind the counter actually paid any attention they should have maybe noticed, but instead could hear them messing around. Used to come here a lot, seems to have gone down the toilet looking at reviews. Shame. Won’t be back, utter waste of my time and left hungry. Thankfully Waitrose over the road had some sandwiches

Family lunch. 3/4 of us are veggie and we all like reasonably healthy food so this was a great find in an area we knew would be expensive. It’s actually reasonable value considering it’s Belgravia, the choices are very good (for our taste, at least) and the salad bowls were large. The cakes looked good although we didn’t eat any. Good choice of drinks. Nice and chill. Obviously quite popular for takeout too. Nice location.

Lovely service and nice place to relax with friends or solo. Healthy options available on the menu. My MAN BOWL with extra greens and poached eggs was ok, but the greens were drowned in sauce which made them a mushy mess.

like i said above its simple easy and healthy, not too expensive for what and where it is and is also a lovely little spot for a brunch / lunch or breakfast

I popped in for 2 espresso to takeout at 8:45am on a Sunday. I was met by a sour faced grumpy server. The team were totally unprepared at dealing with a small queue. There was no sense of urgency, no courtesy, and no communication between servers and barista. I waited 10 minutes for 2 ‘espresso’. Meanwhile 4 other customer’s coffees sat on the counter getting cold. Whoever manages or owns this place needs to shake the staff and introduce some customer service and basic organisation.

It has the best brownies on the high street and a wonderful selection of vegan friendly food and healthy meals. Definitely going back.

With party of 10 for quick breakfast, and had 2 children with nut allergies. Unable to accommodate by removing nuts from menu items, so a few had to visit bakery down the street. When they returned to eat with the other 7 of us, they were kicked out by an incredibly arrogant and unfriendly waitress. Wow. And there was a total of 1 other customer in the entire place. With service like this, the food should be amazing. Sadly, it was very average. My guess is the good life will be “the gone life” within a few months.

Popped in for a coffee and a snack while waiting for the German Embassy to reopen. Nice space and a great location, but pricey cappuccinos (£3.40 for a large one) took ages to arrive and were on the weak side. Limited selection of snacks included spelt croissants and spelt and quinoa scones - both tasty, but a request for butter was abruptly refused and made us feel like Oliver Twist. Food others were eating looked ideologically pure but tasty.

the food is over expensive and there is no customer service skills, the serving staff are rude and arrogant

Got a salad here for dinner and it was exactly what I wanted/needed. So many delicious veggies, fresh ingredients, and bright flavors. Absolutely loved it and felt very healthful after eating it.

Had a unexpected bill for a simple smoothie of £12. The service and staff's attitude is shocking absolutely not worth the visit.

The food wasn't too bad but the service was useless. We waited a long time to be served then a long time to be served. Other people were getting their food almost 20 minutes before their partners food arrived.

I like to stop and relax at this place in Motcomb street which is now a pedestrian street, very clean, quiet and pleasant. Much better than the Starbucks. Breakfast, lunches with Yoghourts, all king of pastries, eggs benedicts, poached etc.. Very nice healthy drinks. Recommended.

Syrian-based cuisine with a nice variety of healthy food choices with very helpful, friendly staff. I had a couscous and kale salad, and the four of us we sampled several choices together. Just right for a quick, tasty lunch while walk-touring around London.

This is a small, cozy cafe with fresh, healthy food and a relaxed atmosphere. It is a little overpriced, but what in London isn't? All in all, a nice place for a satisfying meal.

The food and service at The Good Life on Motcomb Street were both excellent. Ismail was extremely helpful with family members who are navigating food allergies. We found this to be a great spot for breakfast, serving wonderful healthy food! Definitely worth the stop.

We went to this place yesterday with two young children; no highchair was offered and the coffee was foul. The lack of highchair is just about forgivable but the coffee was undrinkable, brownies were also stodgy and stale tasting. There are a million better places...

Popped in for a coffee, young friendly team serving some delicious looking food. All healthy and organic but reasonably priced. Will certainly return if in the area.

It's nice to find a easy going feel good approach to healthy eating which can appeal to just about anyone. It's good fresh and healthy. Perfect for a quick easy bite. Breakfast is excellent too!! This place has literally become my canteen.

A nice and easy place for lunch. Light and tasty dishes. The Man Bowl is definitely a nice choice for teriayki salmon and vegetable lovers. Friendly, casual, healthy.
