The Garden Room in Newark and Sherwood

"Sunday lunch Delight" Once again the food was absolutely fantastic the Sunday lunch menu was a 3 course delight ! Meat so succulent and tasty, fresh local produce and the whole team from front of house to the talented chefs in the kitchen are fabulous. This place is so very worth a visit.

This was a wonderful find and I have been back on a number of occasions. The food is amazing and the staff and atmosphere is brilliant. The sad note to this is that it is closing soon and we will be missing yet another excellent pub due to lack of custom. I’ll be very sad to see the end of yet another amazing establishment.

Proper jackets, nice staff, great portions - perfect. We used to get jackets from this place around 30 years ago, and they’re still as good as I remember them! 🥔🧀

Great lunch. we go 3 times a week so must be good .food fresh and hot .haddock fish is so big goes over the plate. Can't fault any of it ..

We had a wonderful one-night stay at The Beaumond Inn in Newark! From the moment wearrived, the host Carol was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Our room was spotless, well-appointed, and had a cozy charm that made us feel right at home. The highlight was the on-site bar and breakfast in bed! The location was also perfect, within easy reach of the town center and other bars. I highly recommend The Beaumond Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Newark. I will definitely be returning!
