Proper jackets, nice staff, great portions - perfect. We used to get jackets from this place around 30 years ago, and they’re still as good as I remember them! 🥔🧀

This place started life in the nearby precinct on a trailer!Wow,have they come a long way since!Now based in Staples old cycle shop,you can not only takeaway but also dine in.A great selection of fillings for the potatoes,but not only that,they also have quite a varied menu of other options.Well worth a visit.

How this hasn't put Newark on the map I don't know. The menu has something for everyone and you can feed the whole family for £10. Friendly staff too! The kids jacket potatoes are plenty big enough for me too.

We had breakfast meal 1&2, both cooked lovely.

Please do no be fooled by the outside appearance of this place, it looks seedy and cheap but the food is good and very budget friendly. Portions are generous and there is a very wide choice.

The decor isn't the best but the food is good and the staff always friendly.

Nice food yet I think the place is old and worn. Some of it is a bit dirty and could improve on the interior.

We go often but never thought to write a review. I little rough around the edges as far as decor etc goes but the staff are friendly, food is good value and always tastes great. It's our default place to eat lunch.

La comida aquí ha sido increíble cada vez que he venido, y que no te quedes atrás en coberturas ... pero la tienda en sí necesitaría ser renovado y redecorado. Las sillas son de plástico y principios de descanso, las mesas y bamboléate hasta la decoración interior no es exactamente acogedor. La comida aquí es preciosa, pero el lugar sin duda necesita un lavado de cara.

My friend and i are members of Slimming World. After weigh in, we will visit Dinner Jackets so we can have lunch together and remain on plan. They have so many different options and combinations. The portions are huge!! Definitely fantastic value for money!

Visitamos este lugar más los sábados a la hora del almuerzo con normalmente llevarse a casa. En las ocasiones en que han sentado, el servicio es muy rápido y las chaquetas son tan caliente que queman la boca. Las mesas están liquidados tan pronto como alguien deja, no sucias ollas merodeando por horas prefiriendo el lugar.

Tony y el equipo ofrecen una cálida bienvenida. Tony chaqueta produce las mejores patatas en Newark. Siempre recién horneados a la perfección con una variedad de ingredientes. Cenar en el restaurante o para llevar. Una visita que vale la pena!!

Fantastic range and from this little café, food is always good, takeaways are piping hot and amazing value for money, I sometimes have a half portion and its still too much.

Me and my friend went our for some lunch together and wanted to go to Whetherspoons but, it was too busy. So, we settled for Dinner jackets as it has been nice every other time we have been. On this visit, we ordred cheese on toast, a jacket potato and two drinks. The coke was flat and my milkshake was far too strong. The food also took a while to come out, whereas it normally only takes 10 minutes max as everything is already prepared for them. It was not that busy and so we did not understand why the wait took so long. The food is average, tastes the same as it would at home. Though, the ambience was poor as the building itself, inside and out is far from finished. Usually, i do not mind sitting in this place but the walls are dirty and the chairs and tables are pretty much perished. This place really needs to spend a little money on getting the building finished, nevermind selling food and drink. I don't think i'll be going back any time soon. it's a shame as I usually enjoy this place.
