Went for a cream tea ! On holiday in Cornwall and its always a must to be ticked off our list, we like to try different places ! Firstly it's a tiny little cafe and I can't understand for the life of me why so many cafes are allowing dogs in ! We weren't made to feel very welcome firstly because the lady serving had to check if she had enough to do us a cream tea ! There was a big dog there leaping around ! No offence to the dog or its owner they were both very friendly, but I don't understand why so many establishments are now letting dogs in ! It's not everyone's cup of tea ! We also usually get offered another pot of tea with the cream tea but on this occasion we never even got offered one ? Not the best priced at £6.49 each (paid £14 ) so sadly won't be returning ! Honestly in my opinion the place isn't big enough for dogs as well and I know everywhere is struggling at the moment but offering another pot of tea might encourage customers to return to you !

A great find if you're in Hayle! We ended up here after driving around to find somewhere for lunch and we were not disappointed. The lady running it was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The menu had good choices, was reasonably priced and they had milk alternatives for the hot drinks. In addition to the coffee bar, it sold paintings, jewellery and pre-loved clothes, bags and shoes from very good labels.

Visited for lunch with a friend. So disappointed as virtually no options for gluten and dairy free. I had to have a very average ham salad with no dressing as this was the only meal they could offer me. Other places nearby have much better options. Oddly they do not stock sparking water. This is such a pretty cafe with lovely staff but they really need to move with the times a bit.

We went to this hidden gem 6 days. It’s such a lovely friendly place. We just loved it. You were involved in conversations and always said hello to. The food was delicious. Next visit to Cornwall we will definitely be back. Thank you for making us so welcome.

Blink and you might miss this little gem tucked under the railway viaduct. Cosy atmosphere with friendly service and good snack menu. A haven from all the pasty bakeries in the town.

We came here for lunch one day in May 2019. There is a separate entrance at the back for pushchairs and wheelchairs. There was also a few tables out the back had we wanted to sit outside. We decided to sit inside, and whilst there aren’t many tables and it’s quite small, I wouldn’t say it was a squash. The café is a bit odd in the respect you seem to be sitting in the middle of a second hand shop! I think there is a second hand shop upstairs, and it has encroached into the café. The woman serving was very pleasant, however she was on her own the whole time we were there and it was quite busy. There was a little bit of a wait for food because she was having to take orders, cook and serve by herself - not very fair on her I don’t think. There was plenty to choose from, the food was really good and the prices were reasonable.

Every time we visit Hayle we have to visit The Gallery for Breakfast or lunch. Welcoming, friendly staff happy to accommodate making you feel relaxed and at home. Food is always yummy and coffee tasty. Located in the shop upstairs are second hand designer clothes/wedding dresses/jewellery/shoes/cards and beautiful stain glass made in Hayle.

Very small cafe which looks nice. My table and the one next to me where wobbly. £5.80 for an all day breakfast which quite frankly was just enough to fill a toddler. The bread was nice (suppose to be toast mind) No mention when ordering but they don't accept card payments which I find ridiculous in 2018 when anyone can apply for a PayPal chip and pin at the least. I personally advise the cafe a few doors down.

As son as we walked in, we was welcomed and felt at home, which is very important to me and my wife as we have a son with autism. We had the soup followed by home made Quiche and my son had a sausage and bacon roll and we all had drinks. The cafe was nice and clean and had toilets for the customers. You can also park at the side for free, which we found out after paying in the car park. Will def pop in again when down on holiday

Fresh interior, child-friendly cafe. We had a pot of tea for two and walnut & coffee cake for a very reasonable price of £8.80. Cake was light in texture and was spot on with its coffee flavour. Good service with friendly, accommodating staff.

Good coffee, a friendly welcome, and great cakes. Lots of interesting bits and pieces on sale - I bought some lovely silver earrings. Also enjoyed visiting the preloved clothes agency upstairs (and buying a couple of things)!

Cakes, brownies, bakewell tarts - tempting and delicious treats on offer. Good coffee and teas as well. The atmosphere is friendly and convivial - a bit of a refuge if you need one or a place to chat if you seek company. The cafe is relatively small, tucked away to the left of the Spar, on the road to the train station. Upstairs is a pre-worn clothing resale shop.

Friendly, warm atmosphere. Spent several days visiting this cafe. Small but packed with atmosphere, especially when some of the locals come in! Chatted with staff several times. Charming all!

Toasted cheese and tomato sandwiches excellent! Nicely served by people enjoying their jobs (added this because lots of people, sadly, don't, especially in London!). Comfortable armchairs as well as ordinary ones.

Came across this "new" small delightful eatery/coffee bar while walking around Foundry Square looking for a bacon roll on a Sunday morning.- Was surprised when i went in and asked how long they had been open and the response was 5 and a half years!

Absolutely wonderful visit. The cream tea was the best I think I’ve ever had. Warm scones, huge pot of cream and delicious jam, must be homemade. The tea was piping hot and came with an additional tea bag should you like it strong.

Great place to stop off on our walk. Cakes, drinks and ice cream all good, and with the bonus of sparrows waiting to hop onto your hand.

Absolutely amazing day spent at The Sharksfin for our daughter's wedding last Saturday. Wow! What a venue! From start to finish everything was wonderful. Great service with happy staff who were enjoying looking after us and wanted to make the day special. The canapes were gorgeous and main meal truly excellent. The Chefs worked their socks off. Would highly recommend. Thank you to Lisa and her whole team. You were fantastic! We will be back for a roast very soon 🙂!

Poor service and virtually no vegan/vegetarian options. Asked for a veggie burger which was on the menu, they didn't have any. Asked what else was vegan, they didn't know. Service was very slow and all front of house seemed uninterested and more keen to huddle round the bar chatting. One waitress was particularly rude, I wouldn't go there again and wouldn't recommend. Lots of much friendlier places in Falmouth.
