Food pretty bland and not ready at collection time.

Always excellent food and very speedy!

We were missing some items. Unfortunately our Rogan Josh and Balti didn’t meet the usual standard tonight

very bland and little flavour 1st and last time ordering from here.

Always good quality and a fair sized portion: dishes usually shared berween two. Delivery direct from them with tgeircown sraff: always super-polite amd friendly. A little dearer than others (not a hige amount), but so so so worth the extra !

Food was great as always. Cannot fault the food. Took 2 hours to arrive, an hour and 15 after the expected delivery. I can appreciate busy periods of course.

Always get our Indian takeaway from here - the food is always really good. They forgot our poppadoms but after a quick phone call they came back with more poppadoms then we ordered, all the dips and a thatchers! Thanks guys <3

Food was warm had to reheat, once hot enough to eat was okay not great had better curries. driver failed to follow instructions when I stated to call when outside and will come out to collect, he didn’t he walked into my garden setting my dog off to bark which then woke my son up so was bit annoyed by this!

My food never showed up after waiting an hour and a half, absolutely shocking!!!!!!!

Always had first class food but tonight I had a takeaway chicken tikka, I champion the balti as never had reconstituted chicken but tonight I did, will be apprehensive now😢😢

I only use just eat to order from here because of this my instruction don’t change unless I change them, I made the mistake of not changing them from my last order where they owed me pakoras as they forgot them from a previous order, they quickly rang me as soon as I placed the order and what felt like accusing me of trying to get free pakoras when not owed them which I’m not like that and simply forgot to change the instructions but I explained what happened and thought that that was it, we then received our order and of course the pakoras that I paid for in that order where missing!!, my partner called and explained that we are missing the pakoras that we paid for in that order, they sent them out and we soon had a man at the door questioning us over these pakoras which had nothing to do with the accident over the instruction, we paid for them yesterday and didn’t get them nothing to do with previous orders but me and my partner felt judged and being accused of doing something which was a compete miss understanding, I’ve recently become a regular customer to frampton balti but with the way they handled the situation last night I’ll find a different Indian rather than one that makes customers feel like they done something wrong when it was a complete accident.

Food was amazing! Ordered takeaway for a big group and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal.

Used to go to this place all the time was 5 star but gone that bad I wouldn't recommend anymore Chips was like they was microwaved Food wasn't cooked fresh

The food was very cold. The keema naan had hardly any meat inside. The onion bhaji’s weren’t cooked, the mixture inside was still powdery. Such a shame, the food is usually very good from here.

Food left the restaurant at 20:11 and didn’t arrive until 20:48. Food was not hot when it arrived. Had to ring the restaurant as the app said it was delivered way before it had been

Food is good however I’m not happy, food got delivered 22:10 and missing the pakoras, tried ringing the restaurant and went to an automated call so can’t even ring to get the sent out or ask where they are, poor service, I want my money back for the pakoras or on my next order

Late and missing items and when I phoned they literally told me to sort it out! Customer service died with common sense.

Ordered food at 18:57, est arrival 19:50-20:10. Food arrived at 20:45. Partner enjoyed her Korma, but agreed that the food was cold, naan's were soggy and cold. Chicken Tikka Madras had a thick layer of oil and had split, causing it to be extremely watery, I also tried mixing it back together with no success. We threw it away and had toast instead. Disappointing order from Frampton Balti, we won't be ordering here again, unfortunately.

Food was fantastic, service good etc and great value. Minor gripe was didn't have a high chair for the baby so was a bit awkward keeping them still while eating... didn't bring own as you assume places have one.

Amazing food and great service, but please update pricing. Food is great and tasty but just due to uk government decisions(money printing it means inflation).... portions become smaller, but I'm a big man and I don't want to order two portions for myself.

The food was stone cold.absolutely appalling customer service, I would like a full refund for the worst Indian I have had not only the worst but very rude on the phone, order was also wrong overall not happy at all

Best Indian food I’ve ever had the pakoras can sometimes be a little on the greedy side but that doesn’t change the amazing taste of them :) definitely order her again I’m obsessed

It might have been our unlucky day to order, but both our curries were tasteless and also the bombay aloo had no flavour.

The Good: Poppadom and Naan Bread - both ok. The Bad: Ordered pilau rice and got plain boiled rice instead - not the end of the world but would like to have seen something extra to offset the extra cost that was missing. Oh well - this was not the biggest issue here though. This place gave me the BLANDEST Dupiaza I have ever tasted - SHOCKINGLY BAD - I could have made weak Bisto with more flavour, no joke! THIS IS THE WORST CURRY I HAVE EVER HAD. Honestly best to stay away. You have been warned!

Not a great curry at all, no flavour to the madras just spice. Curry was also very watery, as was the keema rice. Keema Naan bread nothing to write home about. The onion Bhajis were decent though.

Missing popadums, phoned restaurant but because its through Just Eat they could not refund me :( but i will be back for more takeaways again, just a blip I hope.

Really good food and really fast delivery.

Had a meal here with my wife yesterday. The food was nothing short of excellent. It’s fair to say that I have not had a curry that good in a very long time. We went around 17:45 so the place was empty except for quite a few people collecting takeaways. A few people came in to eat around 18:45. There are a couple of things which could be improved though. The place is a bit “dull”. It’s clean but could do with a bit more decorative “life”. Also we were not asked if we would like a drink ( no alcohol on the menu, but we don’t drink anyway) when we sat down which would be normal in any restaurant in my view. The staff are pleasant, but low key. It is minimally staffed so nothing happens quickly. Finally, it isn’t that easy to spot from the road. We passed it twice until my wife pointed it out back from the road. They could do with a prominent sign. All that said, go for the food. In my opinion you won’t get better.

Where to start. The food was luke warm. My wife has a madras to which has no spice at all to it. It was swimming in oil and had no real taste. I had a chicken biriani. The chicken tasted of plastic, it was clearly frozen and not fresh. There was so spice at all, in regards to Indian herbs and spices. I had a chapati and that was covered in flour and tasted of dough. Extremely poor and I will never order from here again. Money wasted.

First time order on just eat and was very good 👍 arrived early, hot and tasty 😋 Only criticism is garlic chicken tikka could have been alot more garlicky 👍 Orher than that spot on

Had a meal here a couple of weeks ago with the wife. Food and service was fantastic. I have been in hospitality for 40 years now and this place rates very highly. Will be going back next week to celebrate my retirement.

Good food, ordered about 7 times on time but been late twice otherwise really good service.

Ordered online like we have before. This time poppadoms and pickle tray were missed. Called to be told could deliver in an hour! Or refund through a different site. Rubbish customer service no apology or effort. Will not be ordering again. Food was not as good as the other place we normally order from. Lesson learnt

As a takeaway, its great - they do a huge range of wonderful curries and the portion sizes are good. Super lush and we are lucky to have something like this in Frampton. Recommend calling to book rather then using the online apps. Some limited parking on road and spaces, recommend parking a little further away to avoid the Uber Eats drivers. As a dine-in restaurant, its nice - very friendly, well dressed staff and there is plenty of seating - there can be quite a bit of foot traffic for the takeaway, but otherwise all good.

Delivered at the start of the delivery window which was a pleasant surprise. Order was accurate, warm and tasty. Strange mango chutney and I'd like a spicier veggie option but all in all very happy x

Lamb Biriyani was inedible. Lumpy lamb over cooked and biriyani curry was bland and horrible . Awful won’t be using again

Food was OK but nothing special. I ordered a lamb rogan josh which was quite bland, tasted like it had come out of a microwave meal. Needed more spice and salt. This is me being picky but most other takeaways usually give you a bit of free veg curry too but not these guys. All in all okay but wouldn't order here again.

It’s a shame. We ordered 2 different curries and I could tell they had been frozen and reheated. The texture of the meat and the sauce was a giveaway. The rice was extremely dry, too. Quite disappointing.

This is a reasonable, friendly restaurant but I wouldn't say its anything special. Very disappointed with my vegetable curry. Just because it's vegetarian, it still needs to have some spice and some flavour please. The naan breads were very overcooked and crispy. Generally, the food was average. The staff were friendly and it wasn't expensive.

First time we've ordered from here. Good menu options, delivery was early which was nice and the driver was very friendly. The portions on the Chicken Tikka and the Chicken Biryani was generous and there was plenty of meat in the portion. Good quality chicken in both. However, both dishes were a bit bland, nice enough but nothing amazing. The garlic naan had visible garlic on top, but strangely want very garlicky. I'd order again from here as maybe we were just unlucky with the taste today.
