Pleased to see The Forum Coffee House open for takeaway via hatch at the front of the cafe. Good Americano and Mocha with Almond Milk, from Bristol roasted beens. Contactless card payment, and good screening for staff. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic venue, lovely staff and atmosphere! The original venue for my live music event cancelled last minute, the coffee house staff were so kind and facilitating, helping me and my business partner to move our event there! We were able to move the chairs and tables around to create the space we needed. Great accessible location close to bus station, train station and car parks. I visit the coffee house regularly and just love the friendly atmosphere! Also love that they can cater for my gluten & dairy free needs!! (The gluten free banana bread is amazing!)

Surprisingly roomy coffee bar just off the main drag. I think the building was originally a cinema, dating back to the 1920s at a guess. Comfy benches round the walls. Wooden tables and a choice of benches and chairs. A bit echoey, and considering it was almost empty, rather loud

This cafe does serve delicious coffee and hot chocolate, however, it is expensive, and the service although friendly is quite slow. The brownies were average and not worth the price. On the second and last occasion I visited, I waited 20 minutes after ordering drinks, and had to ask for a refund as I needed to leave and the drinks had not been made. I think there are better coffee shops in Bath, and although there is a nice atmosphere, the service and drinks do not justify the price.

Sadly, as I’ve visited on a number of occasions and always had excellent service, today it seemed I wasn’t worthy of a coffee! First I waited for several minutes, having been promised that my drink would be brought over. Then, having asked again I sat down once more. However, still no luck. I was given a refund and it was time to leave. I guess mistakes happen.

Walked into here as I had just arrived in Bath and was very much in need of lunch. It looked nice enough - nice decor and professional appearance and on the surface the menu seemed nice. I ordered a sweet chilli chicken panini and was told they had no chicken so changed to a ham and cheese panini. By the time I returned from the bathroom my partner informed me the staff had been to the table and said they also had no paninis so I was now having a toasted sandwich. The coffee arrived first which I can't complain at but they provided me with a filthy spoon - grimey with old bits of food or tea leaf stuck to it. The sandwich arrived after quite a wait and was nothing better than the cheapest I could have made myself from A supermarket - basic bread and one slice of water thin ham. I was so hungry I didn't complain but don't waste your money eating here.

Well i needed some lunch and had just got to bath so walked into the first place i saw. Error. Asked for a chicken panini from the limited menu. Didn't have chicken. Didn't have paninis. Had a salami sandwich which i couldn't tell had salami other than the fact i could see a slither. And the spoon provided with the coffee was dirty. Like really dirty. Grime and what looked like a leaf of old tea on it. All in all, save your money.

I often make a point of stopping here when coming into Bath for the day. I'm very keen on well made, quality coffees from independent coffee shops so always enjoy this one superbly! The friendly staff know what they're doing and offer a better-than-average loyalty card system! Coffees are always beautifully well made, although not the cheapest! But that is to be expected for such good quality and in Bath.

After waiting a few minutes, then asking (prompting, perhaps?) the staff if my tea was on its way, one of them leapt in to action. Unbeknownst to me they use loose leaf tea; great if you have all the time in the world but not so when the tea-maker allows it to stew for seconds before handing over a cup of tea-infused hot water.

I really liked this place. The coffee was excellent and very well made. Prepared with Bonsoy and not the inferior Alpro. The lounge is large and spacy with tables and very comfy sofa chairs. Muted greys with a definite 50s bent with regards to the style (stylised chairs, wallpaper etc.). Not many people the few times I've been so personal service and room to chill. Tried the granola which was very tasty and came with cashew which was a nice first. It's not too far from the station and worth the walk as the few coffee shops near there are OK enough but here is better.

Not sure what was going on here. The Forum is a really nicely laid out cafe and we were served by friendly staff. There were excellent coffee options with two interesting looking espresso choices.
