Dreadful visit - the waiter took my order wrong, and the curry blew my head off… I couldn’t eat anything else after only one mouthful

Service was really attentive, atmosphere was nice too. Poppadoms weren’t the best I’ve ever had but they were decent. Curries had good flavour and really enjoyed the biryani, overall a good experience

Si no pudiera darle estrellas lo haría. Al llegar estábamos sentados en una mesa en la parte de atrás, la mesa estaba sucia y tambaleante y el piso cubierto de comida. Uno de los miembros del personal seguía saliendo a atender llamadas telefónicas y dejaba la puerta abierta cada vez, lo que creaba una corriente de aire extremadamente fría. . . . . . nos llevamos a nuestra recién nacida con nosotros, así que mi marido cortésmente les pidió que cerraran la puerta para que no tuviera frío. Se cerró pero se volvió a abrir segundos después. Le preguntamos de nuevo si podía cerrar la puerta y él dijo: ¿Qué quieres que haga? ¡Estoy recibiendo llamadas! No es la mejor actitud. La comida estaba fría, las bebidas simples tomaban siglos y para ser honesto la comida estaba demasiado especiada y no sabía como debería. Pero lo peor es el hecho de que tanto mi marido como yo tuvimos una intoxicación alimentaria probablemente la peor intoxicación alimentaria que he tenido, nuestros 2 amigos con los que fuimos también estaban muy enfermos. Claramente la higiene alimentaria no es lo que debería ser. Llevo 2 días seguidos enferma. He estado tan mal que nuestro pequeño ha tenido que quedarse con los abuelos, ya que he sido demasiado débil para hacer nada. EVITA A TODA COSTA.

¡Excelentes tamaños de porciones deliciosos y nutritivos! Vinimos a celebrar y nos fuimos celebrando. Con toda seriedad, este lugar era genial y volveremos con un personal amable y un gran servicio.

La comida era genial .. como familia todos disfrutamos .. en general un servicio increíble, Sunil era nuestro camarero siempre haciendo el check-in y asegurándose de que éramos felices.

Very clean throughout .Service was very good ,in fact a bit over the top . Asked 3 times if we wanted drinks ,if our food was nice and if we wanted anything else :-) All the staff were very helpful and friendly . It was our first time to visit and i was a little disappointed with the menu ,as i love Chicken Bhuna & Chicken Balti and neither was on the menu . Instead i ordered the Butter chicken ,Rice and Nan and Chips . Everything was nice ,but the Butter Chicken wasn't the best if I'm honest ,it looked and tasted more like chicken in a thin tomato flavoured sauce . No consistency to it at all . The ambiance on the day we visited wasn't great either , TV on but also loud annoying dance music playing in the back ground over the sport showing on TV. No one was watching the sport . Would have been lovely to just have quiet back ground music on while dining out . Would we visit again , yes ! we will give it one more try as its local with lovely staff . But wouldn't order the Butter chicken again.

Lovely and friendly staff, nice and cozy place with big parking space, perfect tasty food, good size and good price. I recommend 10/10.

Menu price change, wasn’t informed. When I was charged more I asked them why? They said our prices have gone up. But there was no signs, not informed before buying. Told only because I questioned the bill.

Rutvik was amazing I will come back here because the service was 10/10 and the food was really good aswell, would recommend friends and family.

Was really looking forward to coming here. Booked a table for7pm but was asked to come early due to kitchen closing. Was seated but then waited so long we had to go up to the bar to ask someone to come and take our order. Eventually ordered and the waited a long time for some popadoms that we had ordered as a starter whilst we waited. Again had to ask someone if we could have them! Other diners came in after us and had orders taken and served before us. Felt very overlooked and ignored. When the food arrived it was very good and we could not fault it but not having great service puts me off returning.

Real local gem. Nice and cosy, comfortable pub/restaurant. The food is excellent, can't fault it at all. Interesting new trendy serving of poppadoms, and a massive mixed grill served as our starters. Main meals were lovely, a naanwich and a chicken Karachi. I asked for medium, and it was super tasty with plenty of tender chicken, but on the hot side of medium in my opinion. Perhaps caution, like many desi style pubs as they can be hotter than expected. 5/5 for me, make sure you book, it was busy for 6pm on a Weds

Have often had a takeaway one Saturday every month. This time portion size and quality had reduced quite significantly. Coincidentally checked their Food Hygiene rating at level 2 on Solihull council. Stated as in need of improvement. Wonder what star rating TFE are displaying on the premises

Fabulous meal, lovely staff, great value, good atmosphere. Can’t fault the place and will definitely be back again soon.

Heard a lot of TFE and wanted to Try out, sadly the lamb curry did not live up to it potential. Saying this the flavour I think was good however where I was let down was the portion size (it's a small container anyway so could have e at least filled it up) and the amount of oil that was sitting on top of the curry when I opened container, i understand oil belongs in curry but not normally this much. I don't know if this was just a bad time as I've heard good things about this place so im hoping it's just a one off. I will be trying again but not the lamb curry. Sorry guys.
