Amazing service from Dimple today. So friendly. Free refill for cheap coffee.

Popped in for a pre tax inspection breakfast. Made a few notes. Bacon – ten on ten, button mushrooms – bingo, black pudding – snap, erm, minor criticism, more distance between the eggs and the beans. I may want to mix them, but I want that to be my decision. Use a sausage as a breakwater. But I’m nit-picking, on the whole a very good effort, seven on ten.

Love this place. An oasis in the madness of the airport. Views of the runway from the restaurant. Normal Weather spoons menu. Prices OK for the airport and you can order on the app if you're too lazy to walk 20 feet to the bar.

Good food but not at your regular Whetherspoon prices

Absolutely beautiful views of one of Heathrow's runways. Brilliant food at typical Weatherspoons prices. Open to the public as it's located in departures, terminal 2.

Had a great breakfast before our flight. Very friendly service and food was excellent. Recommend the Eggs Royal and the American Breakfast. The free refill coffee is a nice touch. Prices are a bit high but being at the airport its expected. Would definitely recommend.

Handy and best place landside at T2 to get a bite to eat and a drink

Came just before 09h00, and was given a rough estimation of 10 mins for my food, it came in 4 minutes. I’m staff and got 20% off which was also a lovely touch, along with being served by a friendly face, - it makes this a really nice place to have breakfast before your flight. Interior is modern and fresh, and you have views of the runway too!

Typical Wetherspoon's pub, reasonably-priced food and fair range of drinks on tap. Note that some specials (beers) aren't listed on the app so can't order online. Had a pizza for evening meal plus a few beers before sleeping at the nearby Hilton hotel - also had lunch there, too. Will happily return.

Flying chariot was a nice welcome to the T2 terminal. Their prices were damn reasonable for a an airport restaurant. I ordered a pasta and veggie breakfast. Alfredo pasta was out of the world. I would have loved the portion size to be bigger. They have free refills for coffee and tea which is nice. It's a really cosy place to have food before getting on a plane. Kudos to weatherspoon😊

Heard about this 'Spoons in the new terminal so had to try it out. Ordered a pint of ale and sat in the mezzanine with great views out over the south of the airport. The beer was excellent but there were chips on the floor again ! A relaxing atmosphere prior to check in and the staff were very pleasant.

Great little pub at Heathrow Airport before security. We always stop here for a pint or two before we go through security and when we first arrive back to England

Reasonably priced & well located at Terminal 2's departure hall. Service was good but food pretty average. Love Whetherspoon's chips & enjoyed a glass of my favourite Villa Maria Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand.

Dropped a friend off at terminal 2 had bacon sandwich stale bread and cold bacon. Bread not even buttered!

Exactly what you need after 20 hours of travel and still a few hours till your national express coach arrives! A pure oasis after weeks in Saudi Arabia!!!

Average food, about the same as every other spoons, but best craft selection in the airport (don't expect much, though).

Great location in the airport. Sat down and used the app to order breakfast. Staff came round with the tea and showed me where I can get refills. Then came the breakfast. I went with the large English breakfast. This was spot on. Toast was perfection, eggs nice and runny, sausages had a nice flavour and snap. Top it all off, the staff were on the ball, polite, efficient, informative and checked if everything was okay. I've been to a number of Spoon's and this one has raised the bar (excuse the pun) for others. Well done!!!

Ordering is nice and simple with the Wetherspoon app. Service was quick and on a nice day you have a good view over the Southern runway

VERY Poor customer handling, they have served me food on my table (wrong table) while I was on a phone call and one hour later manager came up to me shouting that it was not my food and treated as if I did something wrong, he even took away the coffee cup which they offered as free refill. The bartender was a lovely lady apologised me however not happy with the RUDE manager. This has happened on 20/11/2019 - 15:50

Was very disappointed as a lot of the meals I wanted were not available,which I was amazed at as this is in a major airport.

I don't expect quality food at a Wetherspoons, but this place takes the whole Wetherspoons experience to another level. Our food was served luke warm, lacking any substance and dry. You pay more than a standard Wetherspoons here and I'd rather eat food on the plane. What a let down. On the plus side, the views of the runway are great and the service isn't bad.

Standard Weatherspoons, but without the benefit of a good price... Just because it's at Heathrow I expect. I ordered food, it was relatively average and took about 20 minutes to arrive. The big benefit was ordering from my phone... Big queue at the bar never seemed to move.

Had a meat feast pizza which was nice, also was served by one very pleasant lady called Nicoleta, she made up my frustration that I had with her nice smile and great costumer service attitude and skills, however when I was at the till, was served by Clinton as his name was on my receipt, he was rude, unaproapriate and unprofessional towards me , the way he was talking to me and his body language made me frustrated,I even was going to cancel my order but had to hold my anger and keep calm. This kind of behaviour should not be exhibited from a staff member who works in a place like this that needs it's reputation, No thanks , No please not even a cool body language. But he couod joke and smile to the gentleman who was next to me and tried to break the atmosphere, any way I only have two stars as Nicoleta made up for it.

Dreadful coffee......You used to have your coffee prepared for you. Now you are given a cup and have to make your own even though I paid for a macchiato there is no option for this on the machine. Will never come here again as what I got from the machine was disgusting.

General service attitude is very laid back and a “ I’ll get to you when I get to you “ feeling. Food is okay.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff. Expensive for a Wetherspoons (I know it's at Heathrow!) Having said that, if you choose VERY carefully from the menu and get the unlimited tea/coffee option and spend a few hours here, it doesn't work out as badly as it could.

Airport bar, what can you say?!?!

Quite ok for aiport restaurants. My burger was fast and ok but the bun was cold and not toasted.

Good food and quickly served, but resented the price being twice the price of Central London for the same meal. No meal deals or drink inclusions available here.

Do not come here. The service is horrible the food was beyond cold the coffee taste like brown hot water. I ordered egg Benedict with salmon you could tell that the egg Benedict had been made by a machine somewhere then frozen and all they had to do, their ONE job, was to make sure it was hot, well it was beyond cold, the salmon was cold, the eggs were cold, the English muffin was cold. And, again the coffee is terrible, it must be mentioned twice because that’s how bad their coffee is. Choose another spot for breakfast this place is terrible.

Relaxing quiet friendly staff and atmosphere.

This bar/restaurant was one of 2 options in the terminal for food, the other being Costa. It wasn't particularly clean, with used plates and glasses on empty tables. We also struggled to find a table for 3 people but there are plenty for 2. There was furniture in the centre of the mezzanine level with tape around it saying 'not in use'. Why not remove the furniture or get it fixed? They prefer you to order on an app which is fine but doesn't cater for someone that is s bit more of a technophobe!. I ordered a panini which was hot but I found the bacon to be very fatty and the while meal a bit greasy although the salad was pleasant enough.

We were not expecting much for the restaurent but it was much better than we thought. You can order through the app with the food served within 15 minute. The menu was also quite clear on dietary requirement and price was reasonable.

Expensive. Cost over double our home Spoons. Very few customers yet nearly all tables had glasses and plates from previous customers.

It's a spoons, but bit more pricy. Posh section was closed. Binoculars for flight spotting available.

Great atmosphere. Loved watching the planes landing. Pizza was excellent.

We've eaten here before, it has a fantastic view of the runway, and vast architecture, it would almost be worth coming here to eat even if you weren't catching a flight. (If you're prepared to pay the rip off parking fees) Sadly though the food this time was awful, mirco waved (to death) 'poached' eggs royale and microwaved scrambled eggs that you could bounce on the floor, shame.

Nice airport pub. Good prices and food with the standard pub selection looks good. Conveniently located for spending time with friends and family before taking a flight.

Best Wetherspoon's ever. I don't get out much....

Stayed for food while dropping a relative for a flight. Orders were made via a mobile app that I had to download. This was OK for me, but might not be for others. Food was tasty and waitress was friendly. What I would expect for pub cuisine.

So clean, fantastic polite staff,excellent prices and much quieter at that end of the Terminal!

It took a while between my arrival there and first beer... Understand rules (order via app or at bar downstairs...but you need table number, so go up the stairs, find the free table, leave your stuff, remember number and go down the stairs to order, while you leave luggage and laptop bag unattended... Not the way you want), so install app, internet at Heathrow is too slow, so switch to roaming after few minutes of downloading, download again via LTE, setup the app, setup payment, order, done :) in my case it was 21 minutes... Second order via app works fluently and very fast... Beer was good , pizza was great too

Correct pour une pause repas à Heathrow, mais temps d'attente assez long. En revanche, très bien situé pour visualiser les avions au décollage et à l'atterrissage, à conseiller aux passionnés d'aviation.

The staff were lovely and helpful, always with a smile. However,the place itself needs a good scrub. The tables were dirty, the seating was also covered in crumps and stains. I didnt notice any opening dates stated on sauces such as ketchup, was just wonderig how old they were. Food was lovely though.

So we stopped here to get some fine food before our flight home. We ordered two drinks and two pizzas. After a few minutes waiting they brought us an other table's order clearly mixing up something. We got an extra chips that I had to pay with a comment "you should know what you ordered" We weren't able to order without a table number also. THEY should also know what we are ordering as it is the part of their job. They charged me for the extra chips and even one extra pound for the extra cheese on it. Look how extra that cheese is! I know if im hungry next time in London I'll starve. In fairness the carbonara pizza here is unbelievably good.

Good place for a farewell meal.

My husband and I stopped there to eat after our flight from Kansas City, Mo. We were tired, but had to wait to check into our AirBnb later in the afternoon. The food and service was fine. After we got checked in at the AirBnb and rested we were going to have dinner. That was when we discovered I had LEFT my purse somewhere. I remembered getting into it while we were at The Flying Chariot. We called the restaurant and to our tremendous relief were told, yes, they had found the purse and it was safe. To the employee who found the purse and his/her supervisor we are forever grateful for their honesty. They saved our vacation. Most of all, reinforced the fact that there are good honest people in the world. Thank you again.

Ordered all day English breakfast, came with small tiny bowl of beans, 2 sausages, 2 rashes of bacon which I asked to be crispy, 2 fried eggs, came with chips, I was utterly disappointed beans must have been cheap definitely not heinz, even tesco own brand are better, sausages were cheap tasting and vile, bacon that I asked to be crispy was tasteless, the eggs seemed OK. But it all seemed like microwaved, if you go there just have drinks.
