Nice atmosphere, but the food was pretty mid. My orange juice tasted "off". The eggs Benedict were not bad but nothing special. It took the waitress forever to bring me my bill.

This is definitely the liveliest spot among all the restaurants at the airport. We tried the Sri Lankan sweet potato & green bean curry, Tandoori chicken, and the soup of the day, which was tomato soup. The Sri Lankan curry was a bit saltier than it needed to be. The Tandoori chicken was tasty, though the garlic naan turned out to be just regular pita bread. That aside, the portion was decent for a small plate. The tomato soup was very sweet and tasted more like a pre-prepared carton soup than something freshly made in the kitchen. For airport standards, you might find slightly better value elsewhere, but given the lively atmosphere and the genuinely friendly staff who looked after us so well, I’d say it’s a fair choice.

You're not holiday ready until you’ve had an airport pint and a solid breakfast, and this spot didn’t disappoint. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, even going the extra mile to seat us somewhere spacious enough for our kid’s buggy. We just managed to sneak in a breakfast order before the cut-off, and despite the rush, the food came out quickly. The quality of the ingredients was noticeably good, and the presentation was impressive. Now, the price? £120 for a four breakfasts and 4 drinks is definitely on the steep side, but that’s airport prices for you. Overall, the service and food made it a pleasant visit, and we’d happily stop by again before our next trip.

friendly staff and decent food/beer

As airports go this place is good. It's not Fife star or anything but the food was decent, good size portions and served quickly. I've had much worse in airports in the past.

Really very good fish and chips, possibly a tad greasy in places, but overall decent. Even the peas were delicious. And the curry sauce was a nice touch. Service was friendly. As good as you'd get at a non-airport pub.

Fast service with friendly staff, food was slightly better than your average pub (so a lot better than airport food tempts to be). The coffee could do with more work, but overall good selection of food and drinks options.

I don't usually have high expectations for airport food, but I missed having fish and chips in the city, so I read the reviews and had it, and it was really delicious. Since it was before a flight, it was enough for 4 adults to share 2 plates, and we each had a glass of their signature beer, London Pride. Also, Terminal 2 is quite far from the Elizabeth Line platform, so if you're looking to fill your stomach, we recommend getting there early.

Went in and bought a pint while watching the football on the big screen - no quibble with the bar staff, friendly and efficient Then I went to sit down to order some food - the (older, sorry) woman serving the tables was so miserable, so unfriendly, I just walked out. I’ve never experienced this before! Shame as the rest of the set-up seemed quite good but there are so many places to get food in T2 why would I bother?

Fish n chips was good. Services was okay with busy hours and long wait line.

Food took 30’ to come and was overcooked and lukewarm. Servers are standing around and chatting…

I am consistently surprised by how good this place is. Yes, the prices are a bit high but you have to expect that in an airport but they’re still good. What I do not expect is that the level of service is always good, the beer is as good as my local pub, and the food is significantly better. I stopped having fish and chips when I come home because this place does it better. I drink the Fullers ESB and it is always top notch. The staff are friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient. I am honestly refreshingly surprised that a place that has a captive audience and doesn’t need to be this good is consistently (over the past few years I have tried) been really excellent on all fronts. Can genuinely recommend.

Had a lovely visit here this morning before our trip to Warsaw. The friendly waitress there, Martyna, gave me some lovely local recommendations and the service and food was great.

Nice and inviting atmosphere but unfortunately terrible food.. avoid the sirloin steak (or better even the whole place), meat quality is horrendous and the rest of the plate not much better… London‘s disgrace, clearly not its pride. Waiter was friendly and not his fault but this place is to be avoided… absolute disgrace that an airport would accept such poor food quality served to its travelers… off to the bathroom now…they gave me a discount but frankly I just wanted proper food..

If you already know which gate your flight leaves from, then you can sit, eat and drink here. There are also vegetarian dishes, for example a very tasty burger or filled dumplings. It may sound profane, but it's something nice!

By far the best restaurant in Heathrow. Often if I have time I go to normal restaurants outside the airport to avoid poor food. Never need to do that again in terminal 2 air side. We had excellent English breakfasts. All the staff were great from server all the way through to managers. I couldn't ask for more.

We started at the Perfectionists Cafe opposite The London Pride and what a mistake that was , we left after being ignored for 15 minutes , went across to LP and could not have had a better experience , we were able to choose our own seats and opted for the Bar Counter . The service was swift , we had ordered within 10 minutes , all the team were very friendly and in particular we met a lovely lady called Dhana who was brilliant . We ordered wine and Beer a good selection , Eggs benedict and an off the menu item, A sausage Roll with Hash Browns which was absolutely perfect . They were packed and rightly so as the service and atmosphere was perfect for a pre holiday breakfast and drink.

The plant based breakfast was vile. If you like everything tasting of curry at 8 in the morning then perhaps this is for you. Breakfast consisted of some paste which was fried, a near raw fried tomato, some green slop, beans and toast - the best bit. Honestly this is not worth putting on your menu - it’s an embarrassment. Meanwhile the table service took 20 minutes to arrive as they were having a conversation with another customer - not food related and I had to ask two people for someone to take my order. Then the payment machine insists on trying to take a tip - honestly not a good experience as I informed the member of staff on the way out - who apologised but didn’t look too surprised. A shame as it could do so much better without much effort.

I’m vegan and my partner is vegan and gluten free, so we are scarcely able to eat out. Obviously traveling complicates our dietary needs, and though the UK is so far ahead, the airport is not. HOWEVER - Justina was super excited to let us know London’s Pride can accommodate us, and we both had a plant based English breakfast. In lieu of sausages which contain wheat, they offered him extra hash browns and gluten free toast free of charge. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to us, and they even sat us in their enormous armchairs in the center. It was quite a treat! Next time we return to Terminal 2 we’ll definitely be stopping by. Thank you for being so gracious and helpful on our day of travel!

Very good food and selection. Cozy, without hectic and stress. I know different things from various airports. I always enjoy eating here when I travel through this airport and I'm happy every time. That's why I can't fully understand certain reviews here. I hope this restaurant stays as it is and, above all, for a long time.

didnt get to go in as we weren't eating and wanted a drink but said we would have to stand near bar or used a high stool if available( not good if you have a bad back )as the tables would be used for eating customer, excuse me it says it is a bar

Fancy restaurant prices with weatherspoons quality food. £22 for a small English breakfast and when I asked for English mustard they just apologised. Basically just ketchup and salt. Staff don't really seem bothered and it'll cost an arm and a leg to eat. But not like there's loads of choice available inside the airport. Sadly I will probably eat here again due to a lack of choice. The food isn't actually bad it's just way over priced.

It was a great place to sit down and relax before my flight! My server, Aneta, was always quick to provide whatever I asked for. The food was good pub food and very filling!

A cool pub right at the airport - the perfect place to turn your waiting time into gold! We passed the time very well and were supplied with beer faster than a baggage carousel could ever rotate. The service at the entrance? So friendly that we almost forgot about the flight. Behind the bar, however, the supply of friendliness seemed to be a little depleted - perhaps there was a delay. But hey, as long as the glasses were full!

Was waiting for the flight and chose the restaurant. Business looks quite good, and the design is stunning. Good to have a nice salad and burger which are tasty and very efficient cooking. A very good place for a break when waiting for your next travel i believe.

The food at The London’s Pride was very tasty. The burger, while it didn’t look large, was surprisingly filling and satisfying. However, the coleslaw was a bit of a letdown, as it was clear that it wasn’t fresh but store-bought. Overall, we were pleased with the service, but unfortunately, we had to wait quite a while to pay the bill, which is not ideal when you're at the airport and short on time.

Sat today at 11:05 so that means I missed the breakfast options.(served till 11) (I know this is London, an airport and Heathrow but I am not paying 19 quid for an English breakfast- thank you very much !) Instead I had a sandwich with ciabatta bread a "trace" of avocado, rocket and a jar of olive paste + chips for £12. I accompanied this with an Americano. When paying by card, there are options for service charge, but the person is next you (trying no to hover-I appreciate it-but still awkward) I appreciated the fact that people seemed genuinely nice, and seemed to be happy to be there. Nice vibes. I would return.

Food is good and staff are very pleasant but when it comes to pay on card, there are only options to tip and no option not to tip, to get around this press other tip, then 0.00 then green. You shouldn’t expect a tip, it’s not required when the service charge is included in the price of the food.

I had a 7 hours layover in Heathrow and wanted to try some British breakfast and ended up getting it from London Pride. The servers were attentive and efficient. The food came out fast. My British breakfast on the other hand was nothing to write home about, the brown toast was soggy, one of the two fried eggs was kind of chewy for some reasons, although I did like the black pudding.

I am a Londoner and here there is nothing to be pride, One star because zero not possible. The place is quite expansive but the cleaning is not part of the service, I could not find a clean chair, asked to the waiters that offered me a standing place, I can imagine that the overall cleaning level is the same that appears in the dining room, better stay away

We got the full English breakfast and pie of the day (steak pie) and they were both delicious! Practically gourmet for airport food and I wouldn’t complain if I received this food at a pub… I know the glowing review might make some people think this is a fake review but trust me we just ate there and we left full and satisfied😊 (and this was after we had really bad food at a different restaurant in the same terminal …) and the staff were super friendly as well!

Fish n chips were really great. Tartar sauce was freshly made and slightly chunky. Fries were crisp and perfection. Fish was good quality, not fishy at all. Chablis was as one would expect. Not eating on price. It’s the airport where a bottle of water costs $5… but the food was definitely worth it!

I had an exceptional dining experience at LondonPride restaurant! The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal. Had to eat lunch before we had to fly home to Norway. Had some good food on the menu. Our little girl was sleeping and they helped us find a table that was less noisy. Then we had food allergies which they also adapted to, and mixed a bit from different dishes. Absolutely fantastic that a restaurant in such a busy place provides such good service and adapts to our needs. Thank you very much for good food and great service.
