Not good. Got in free using priority pass had 1 drink and left. Asked for 2 vodka lime and sodas and was told “we have no lime…and we have no ice”. Buffet really bad. Very busy feeling. Toilets awful and no lock on the door. We went to a restaurant in the airport instead

This is just incredibly poor value for money. The food is very poor. Order a gin and tonic and you'll be shocked at the budget brand rubbish served. The food selection is awful, truly dreadful. Another review suggests the best thing is the cheese and crackers. If you wanted to find a standard bearer for Rip Off Britain, this could be the exact place you're looking for. This place embarrasses Heathrow and the UK. The lounge in Madrid sets the standard.... I am astonished anyone could rate this place as anything other than terrible

When I and my wife just had about an hour with us to spare before taking our connecting flight, and the waiting time to enter the lounge, as told to us, was about 40 to 45 minutes, we had no choice but to go elsewhere. In my opinion, either Club Aspire should expand or curtail their membership, else they will keep on increasing the number of their dissatisfied customers. I am giving an extra star for the politeness of the person at the counter.

Very disappointed with the whole experience, lounge did not describe the venue, cafeteria would be better. The (unisex) toilets were dirty and obviously not regularly maintained (no toilet paper). Having used airport lounges at Luton and Stansted, this was not great and would have been happier saving the cost and using the concourse to eat and drink.

Got access to this lounge through Amex. Best one I’ve tried in Terminal 3 by far. Staff are friendly, usually a good choice of places to sit, views of the planes. Pretty damn good! And the barman Joao is really friendly. Great selection of spirits to choose from. Have only ever eaten breakfast here but it’s been the best out of all the lounges by far.

Honestly, this lounge requires pre-booking for a fee of £6 (only london has such a thing)but when you get there, the food is really poor. (Apart from breakfast) You're basically left with limited vegetarian options and barely anything sweet. They also charge extra for certain drinks and proper food, as they offer an alternative paid menu to compensate for the subpar options provided. Unless you simply want to sit in a comfortable waiting room for your flight, I think you're better off using any of Heathrow's restaurants (even the ones that offer discounts on your bill with your Priority Pass).

The receptionist was clueless, he thinks he is, he didn't accept the digital Master Black card, I gave him a Visa voucher and he said I couldn't enter, the Visa website gave me the voucher (code). There were 2 people and two sizes, I saw people entering without a reservation, I will never go back to this VIP room.

Comparing to other lounges we have visited this one was the worst. We had to sign up for a waiting list, after 15 minutes we were seated at a dirty table. The food was tasteless and there was little choice. Power sockets are available but unfortunately not in the area we were seated. Massive disappointment, not worth the price.

Vikram was excellent. Food & Drinks options were reasonable Seating was excellent if you sit in the right location. Some seatings were very tight though. Felt like a seating for group of 4 was assigned to 2 groups of 2. We got such one to start with, but later on request Vikram switched us to a more comfortable one.

Food was actually terrible.Boiled rice with a variety of terrible toppings. We chose the green bean with chicken which was better than the pulled pork in tomato and pepper sauce which was rank. The cutlery was dirty as well as the plates and the staff all had that fook off look on their faces. Don’t waste your money as it is a waste. Pay more and get a better quality of everything. Won’t be back.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY...Food is unbelievably terrible...disgusting chicken & Broccoli sauce, only one veggie option butternut squash kinda stew or watery tomato sause pulled pork, only Rice no chips etc. There is a few salad items, but potatoe salad so rock hard, it would bounce off the floor if fell of your plate. Cheese and crackers are best. No childrens food menu at all....such a bad menu & bad service.. Only sweet/ pudding on offer items is supermarket mince pies and a dry pancake. If you dont like either...your screwed. Cant believe we paid £65 for two people for here, we could have bought a lovely large quality breakfast in one of the restaurants outside such as a Wetherspoon etc. Will never book Aspire area again. Blonde hair host with glasses walking around is quite rude to so many people, she spoke to the bar staff terrible, i noticed on four occasions she was rude with passengers. One guy at the bar wanted a prosecco for his wife, she pushed past everyone queuing ahead of the barmaid stating you pay extra charge £6. All the passengers in line where surprised by her attitude. As a business owner myself and been in hospitality, i feel she is not the best person suited for this role. Management, senior cook or Chef, if you are reading your reviews regular, do something fast to upgrade your quality & menu choices of the food on offer, as it stands today, 27/12/24, the food was disgraceful & unacceptable for the price charged. .At least one thing is for sure, having unlimited alcohol, it will make your horrible food taste much better.

Don't waste your money. £70 for two gets you access to a small, cramped, claustrophobic, noisy & smelly "lounge". No room, kids everywhere, cheap food (breakfast quality better at a Spoons), juices from a machine, even coffee & tea FROM A MACHINE. Just grotty & not a nice place to be. Save your money & enjoy the far nicer far more spacious & far better departure lounge. Thank you Nero for a decent coffee.

The only thing passable is the atmosphere, although it is too small. The food is very bad and without variety, like the drinks, the staff's attention is quite deplorable, without desire. And to complete it, the bathroom without toilet paper. They leave it on top of the sink, instead of leaving it in its place. A waste. Only what can be seen in the photos. IF YOU CAN, GO ELSEWHERE, DON'T SPEND PASSES IN THIS LOUNGE.

Seats were comfortable, coffee was ok, but very limited selection of food, with everything being upcharges. Granted the food that was there was fine, just limited. Arriving mid morning we’d expect breakfast foods (eggs, bacon, etc) but none such were available. If breakfast service had ended that unfortunately wasn’t documented anywhere obvious? Perhaps we were just there too late in the day, but still. Coffee machines were out of milk, there were only single pastries rather than a variety. Way too expensive for what is offered. Staff seemed less than friendly, which was Glad I expensed this as a work trip because it’s definitely not worth the charge otherwise.

Our order was not what we asked for they missed they main part put out duck coat me £17.90 and the driver even asked do u want. Change said no keep as a tip take our food out no duck how does. Chips chicken balls and rice cost £20 the rice I asked for was egg fried rice came as normal rice the chicken balls were so greasy!! Call them up say this is missing u gotta pay another £11 and was so rude DONT OEDER FROM HERE !!!

-When we first arrived we eagerly ordered vegetable curry and other requests, they already created a big problem by not putting a fork in the takeaway order. - No customer service like other reviews.
