Pretty impressed with this lounge. Fairly relaxed vibe, decent food, I enjoyed the salad selection with hummus. The coffee was good and the rocky road was delicious. Nice bar area with friendly staff and good red wine, would happily visit again.

The buffet food was half empty. The food I had to pay for was inedible. The Aspire Lounge was far too crowded for anyone to sit and be at rest. It was a horrible experience. Delta will be getting a call from me so I can get my guest pass back.

Get there just to be turned away. Moreover, after seeing that the lounge is not even at medium capacity. It is outrageous. “Please, if you don’t are a Delta member or pre booked (at an extra cost) you have to make a line outside and waiting line is around 30 minutes”. Not worth it at all.

The only thing passable is the atmosphere, although it is too small. The food is very bad and without variety, like the drinks, the staff's attention is quite deplorable, without desire. And to complete it, the bathroom without toilet paper. They leave it on top of the sink, instead of leaving it in its place. A waste. Only what can be seen in the photos. IF YOU CAN, GO ELSEWHERE, DON'T SPEND PASSES IN THIS LOUNGE.

Seats were comfortable, coffee was ok, but very limited selection of food, with everything being upcharges. Granted the food that was there was fine, just limited. Arriving mid morning we’d expect breakfast foods (eggs, bacon, etc) but none such were available. If breakfast service had ended that unfortunately wasn’t documented anywhere obvious? Perhaps we were just there too late in the day, but still. Coffee machines were out of milk, there were only single pastries rather than a variety. Way too expensive for what is offered. Staff seemed less than friendly, which was Glad I expensed this as a work trip because it’s definitely not worth the charge otherwise.

Was really crowded and the space was not enough for so many people. At the app from LoungeKey it shows that you can take a shower, but they wanted to charge me 20 pounds. The girl from the entrance was very rude. Food looked not so good. We entered through LoungeKey, but would never pay for it.

The site was small, cramped understaffed, busy and contained a surprisingly small range of amenities, food and drinks choices. Your staff were trying their very best but were clearly stretched. I have used multiple airport lounges across the globe and this one was truly disappointing. Whilst I appreciate that terminal 3 itself is quite dated, this should not be used as an excuse not to upgrade. Furthermore I have used other lounges in this terminal all of which have met or gone beyond with their services and offerings. It is possible to get better it is possible to be better so please consider upgrading. I will pass this feedback to Priority Pass too, I feel that I have wasted a substantial amount of money.

Not a bad airport lounge. They were full when we first arrived but it was easy to be added to the waiting list. The lady at check-in suggested that the wait would be 30 minutes and it ended up being less than that. Good customer service from the staff.

The staff here are all very friendly and attentive, the lady brought us to our seat Galina is very nice and hard working:) Merlyn is great with her guests too, she assisted family with kids to find seats and very attentive to everyone’s enquiry. Terrible experience. We went to the Aspire lounge and were told we couldn’t go in because we hadn’t pre-booked. So we went to the No.1 lounge instead. Our 6 month old baby was restless because she needed a feed. We stand in the No.1 lounge queue for 10 minutes only to be told by the staff that the system is down and they will only accept pre-bookings. Everyone else needs to go to the Aspire Lounge and they have let Aspire lounge know that a number of people are making their way there. All we wanted to do was feed and change our daughter - we asked if we could literally do that and then leave. We were told no, go to the Aspire lounge. So we make our way back in to the Aspire lounge and explain what has happened to the Sikh employee and he tells me that I have misunderstood and that he did not tell dragon pass members to come to the Aspire lounge. He calls no.1 lounge and apparently we need to join a waiting room so again I explained that they were only letting prebookings in because the system was down and they told everyone else to go to the Aspire lounge. Another Indian traveller comes in with the same story, another Chinese couple come in with the same story but the Sikh employee would not accept it. Again we said, can we please just feed and change our 6 month old daughter and we will leave - answer: no. But I could have accepted all of this but then his colleague (Eastern European guy, I think his name was Andryz or along those lines) butts in giving us attitude, speaking over us etc. in the end I lost my temper and left. Terrible customer service, terrible communication between the two lounges and disgraceful customer service. When families are travelling together, try to be accommodating especially given it was your systems that were broken.

This is the worst lounge I've ever visited around the world. Since business closes at 10 o'clock, cleaning begins after 9 o'clock. 22:15 Before boarding the plane, I couldn't rest and my mind became frantic. The food is not good either. The table is not cleaned after the guest leaves. If you ask them to clear the table, they only remove the dishes and do not wipe the table. Another employee told me that it was not his job and told me to find the employee who cleans the tables and ask him to do so. In general, the service is not good and you can't get enough rest. Lounge is not recommended

The Club Aspire is the worst airport lounge I have ever been in. It is small and too crowded. There is no recognition of my Delta Platinum or my Million Miler status. Having to pay for a burger that I should be enjoying in lounge H is an insult. The food is bland … even the peppery chili is bland in taste. There is also nothing available like a toothbrush or a comb. Shame on you and Shame on Delta for being associated with something of such poor quality.

From the moment we stepped in, an employee was "hunting" us and insisting where and how to seat, getting annoying, even harassing us, we preferred different seats. Apparently, it's a common behavior, as they were doing the same with other guests as well. While we were gone at the bar, they took the libery to grab out belongings and relocate them, which is so rude and prove a lack of respect for other's private property . The food i wouldn't recommend it not even to a dog. The toilets were dirty, smelly, full of dust. In 20 y of using lounges worldwide, i have never experienced such bad services nor low range, low quality "food". The drinks offer was poor as well, no regular pepsi nor mineral/sparkling water.

Lounge can get busy, but the team work hard to keep it clean and ready for guests. Food station is refilled promptly, and bar team is attentive and friendly. Special shout out to Galina behind the bar, who was very welcoming and took very good care of us - all whilst doing lots of replenishments and bar maintenance. Queue for check in had less than 3 people ahead at around 11am, and we were seen promptly and had no problems finding a seat. Slightly obstructed view, but it is possible to see a few planes taxing very closely, which is novel. Slightly difficult to find, but if you head to the assistance area by Duty Free, they can point you in the right direction as it's just behind the double doors. Option to buy a la carte food as well, seems reasonably priced, but didn't try as quite a large selection available on the buffet so I can't comment on the menu itself. But overall, would recommend as seating is much more enjoyably than in main area outside of the lounge, small drinks selection (beer, wines, coffees/teas and soda/pop) and hot & cold food (English cooked/continental breakfast with switch to lunch options around 11.45am) included. Dedicated bathroom, which can get busy, but well maintained. Lovely treat to start a holiday or business journey, as saw many people working on laptops.

Always good food. No MSG used in cooking otherwise I would have arterial fribulation. Benn using this takeaway for more than 20 years. Used to be called Phoenix. Always good food. As fussy vegetarians, we avoid eating out unless we really have to as we are ever so sceptical about the quality and the taste of food. But this place is an exception. Every time we visit, we seem to forget how good their food is! If you like proper hot Indian food and you ask them to make it extra hot, unlike other restaurants, they won't shy away from adding the extra heat/ chillies. Their Dals, specially Dhaba Dal and Dal Makhni and not to mention their Rotis/ Nans and Parathas taste as if they are from a proper Dhaba from Haryana/ Punjab. The staff is super courteous and so is the owner, Bella, who served us herself and ensured that we had a lovely time.
