Five Guys in Hillingdon

I recently visited FIVE GUYS located at 162-163 High St, Uxbridge UB8 1JZ at 11 pm on 2nd April 2025 to collect an order as an Uber food delivery driver. When I kindly requested to use the washroom, I was denied access by the staff, who informed me that as a driver, I am not allowed to use the facilities. While I understand that certain restrictions may apply to customers, I believe it is unreasonable to refuse access to a driver who is essentially performing a service on behalf of a paying customer. This experience left me feeling discriminated against based on my job profile, and it’s disheartening to encounter such a lack of empathy and professionalism. As delivery drivers, we play an important role in ensuring customers receive their orders, and a little respect and courtesy would go a long way. I hope FIVE GUYS revisits their policy on this matter to ensure all individuals are treated with dignity and fairness.

The Respolsible cleaning team did a fantastic job on my home . I was so impressed by their professionalism, and they were just so nice! Great team great job 👏 Highly recommended for everyone

Got to delete my previous once off bad experience in this review and sing this branch's praises, I know my extra extra etc jalapeno burger request seems odd but I'm glad to see it being handled properly and without it being too awkward, definitely back to bringing friends etc here when we want to eat and are in Uxbridge Edit: super awkward experience with the manager. Definitely not a once off experience. Don't make it so awkward to order. Order#87 4:17. But the cashier was very pleasant it was the one wearing the black uniform who made it super awkward about getting extra jalapenos. This is so dumb to even make the effort to make this review. If you don't have any special requests this branch is probably fine. If you do, I can't imagine them handling it properly.

Here's a good meal recommendation: - cheeseburger with tomato and mushrooms -a banana milkshake with whipped cream - a diet coke -fries Worth the money and very nice staff

I stop by every once in a while cause I used to work at five guys and miss the taste every once in a while. However, Zubair is the only one who gave outstanding customer service and nice from the till to the order 10/10 (not to say everyone else isn’t nice)

Food is very good here, along with excellent service. I would highly recommend comming here if you haven't already. Place is clean and tidy too. I give this place a 9/10.

It was so good to dine in here, the server was very kind so i could enjoy my meals so much. In fact, it was my first time to experience Five Guys! I'm so glad to good services from here.

I never saw anything so bad in my life... Exepensive 28£ for one gummy little cheeseburger and a small hotdog, one little pack of potatoes and small bottle of water.... Disgusting as taste, i cannot put less than one star... Stay far from this place and I wonder how they still continue selling such things!!!better McDonald's at this point at least u spend less!

The best burger among the brands

It' s a shame...! I was never been in Five guys and it will be the last time. For everyone stay far from this chain! How is it possibile that five guys continue to exist! 28£ for a bottle of water, and one cheeseburger and bacon cheesedog, little more than McDonald's!!! And I paid also the top! I cannot put less than one dot!!! Look at how they serve chips!

The food is good here and burgers are easily customisable.

Worst staff ever. Didn't come to take our order, then card machine not working then refused to let our 3 year old use the toilet without an order going through, despite the fact that he was desperate.

I went to five guys in Uxbridge and Zubair gave me fantastic customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, he was super friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was really good too, I’ll definitely be returning! Thank you Zubair for a great experience!

Cleanliness at this establishment is dire. Theres a pic of an employee in somebody else's review, he’s the guy standing in front of the buns, and his two colleagues with his face missing. This guy, changed his gloves then proceeded to touch/wipe his nose and face, multiple times, with said gloves on. I stood in shock as I observed this person bouncing around the kitchen aimlessly just touching food and surfaces after playing with his nose. I had informed the manager and she should of taken him out of the kitchen at this point, but he was left on chip duty and wearing the same gloves, all the whilst giving me dirty looks as I received my refund. Booger burger, not today, five guys.

I am a customer who actually took the time and showed up in the store to order myself, unlike customers who order through third party apps (delivery). I had to wait for my order, while the team took and served online orders which came after mine! Highly unacceptable!

Had an awesome burger here! The staff was super friendly, and Farshid was really nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

I visited the store at Uxbridge for the first time and ordered fries. It was one of the best tasting fries that I had that day. Service was also spot on by the guy in black shirt tall guy. Overall good experience Keep up the good work.

Previously no problem with this store and employees however tonight staff where different to ones I seen before ,however tonight the staff were unwelcoming and seemed like I'd interrupted them and the fella on the Grill looked dirty and unkept. Food was cold fries were barely a cup full and milkshake was warm .store was filthy too .food went in the bin it was that disappointing 😞

I really like having food from here. Last time the spicy was a bit overdone on the fries. Whoever prepared the fries just poured over a bit too much.

I went here on 29 August 2023. After 366 days I’ve decided to leave a negative review. So I wanted all the toppings that they give, and I did not get those toppings despite it saying all the way on the receipt I attached. It’s funny cause the person at the till was spoken to by the person making the burger 🍔 and the look I got when the till person gave me the burger, I just knew the toppings were not there. I was angry and sad, this was a very expensive and overpriced burger and I did not get what I wanted. There was no point questioning this because the person making this burger was of a big build, and seemed to be in a bad mood already. What can five guys even do about this?

Usually quite place. Nice to have a meal in peace. However, drink and fries are expensive. Fries are not as good as advertised. Burgers' tastes are good and well cooked. Another benefit you het free peanuts 🥜

We ordered via Uber and the courier (Prabu) was very rude and marked that the order was complete when it wasn’t and refused to go to the dropped pin that we gave to reach our destination

We loved the burger and it was served hot. Would prefer a more spicy version of it. But it was still better than McDonald's and Wendy's

Following my visit yesterday with my 2 year old daughter, we enjoyed the high quality food preparation & ingredients. Clean and nicely presented restaurant. Very friendly staff. On our second visit during the same week, one staff member went the extra mile and gave my 2 year old a free milkshake. She definitely enjoyed that. Will be back soon. Great team at 5 guys always good food

Had dinner at Five guys Uxbridge and we were greeted by the most friendly George and Arun quickly prepared our food. The drinks descender was acting up and these two guys dealt very professionally, hats off to your dedicated staff for the patience even after the restaurant was closed

You can't go wrong with a Five Guys burger. The staff members who took the order, cooked it and prepared it done a great job. Such friendly and polite staff. The food was all correct and hit the spot.

You will enjoy ng fries for only £6 good for 2-3 person then you will enjoy, the drinks was unlimited if you choose refills

Very disappointed the name does not reflect what they are selling. The milkshakes however are delicious I did ask how you make them but they have to charge for recipe, but at least I left full up with something. I will come again.

Deliveroo order with “priority delivery”, cold fries decent burgers though. Refunded 1.61 on a large fries. Avoid if getting delivery. Review reduced from 5* to 1* based on this deliveroo experience.

It was really nice experience going there. Me being there in Five Guys for the first time, I was absolutely clueless about what to order and what food I could get. The assistant manager Darren who was on shift at that time was the one who suggested some good food and drinks. The food was tasty fresh and hot. And the milkshake was out of the world. Who makes milkshakes using real strawberries. I’m in love with that. The staff were quick and friendly. Didn’t have to wait any longer. Better than any other fast food. Way better than McDonald’s in my opinion. Would definitely be going there again. 👍👍👍👍

The food and service of Five Guys is always good. Just the dining experience and atmosphere need a big change, I mean, the current design of fast food restaurant. It's really like a toilet as another reviewer wrote down.

After a hard days work working for a UK grocer its nice knowing I can call in here on the way home for a burger, drink and a friendly chat with all the staff.

Some say it is overpriced, but you get what you pay for in my opinion. Great food, at a fair price.

I ordered veg burger without mushroom. But they surved me with mushroom and the burger was tasteless . Even they did not feel sorry.. If u dont want to waste money .. Never go there

Thought it hadn’t had a review for a while so I decided to give a review on my five guy’s experience today.It was absolutely fantastic,the staff were very friendly and service was very efficient.Just popped in for milkshakes,the salted caramel milkshake was just delicious and tasted heavenly.There is no better milkshakes around than five guys milkshakes.Also i haven’t been here for a while and actually forgot how big the restaurant was,it was fantastic as they’re was always places to explore.I love it as there was a spacious downstairs infront of the counter and then a corridor and then the soft drinks machines(the unlimited ones virtually identical to the ones you get in Nando’s) and a bit more of the corridor and then a bit of seating.Also I love and completely forgot it had an upstairs(the spiral staircase is fantastic and once you think you are almost there it kept going on in a very nice way and you actually weren’t half way yet).Also it was a very spacious seating area as well,there was also a small area of seating which has some tables in it,I sat at the stalls and had the nicest view of Uxbridge town centre.Makes it great if you want to host a birthday party or a private function same as the area downstairs.Also they had a sauce station as well kinda like the one you see in some harvesters.Also it was exceptionally clean as well and I just love the decor in here,it was so fantastic.The atmosphere was nice as well,if you are planning to visit five guys on a Tuesday,go before half three because it is very nice and quiet but after that it gets very busy.Also in a fantastic location as well,for a birthday party,for a function especially as it is right by the station,a pre cinema meal or milkshake,a milkshake mid or at the end of shopping,a milkshake before having a snack somewhere else eg morello lounge,or a guilty pleasure treat after work or before heading into London or Wembley or the 02.Would highly recommend five guys!!!!!!!!

Byłem tam kilka lat temu i lepszego burgera i frytkow z sieciowki nie pamiętałem. Teraz wróciłem i jednak duży zawód. Burger rozwalający się w ręce, bez smaku w ogóle. Frytki pierwszym razem to było niebo w gębie, teraz to wszystko co wszędzie. Na plus napewno obsługa i klimat miejsca. Na minus cena

Food is always fantastic. The only thing I don't like is the atmosphere ... the design is way too plain and is like being in an underground toilet with all those red and white small tiles ....I believe they really need a refreshing design ...more towards the futuristic style. I know this design is also your signature, but things can change along the way, and I know that other customers share my ideas as well. xx

It's nothing special and there are better burgers in the local pubs for the price.

We ordered online to skip queues. However when my husband went in to restaurant and waited at the online counter, he was ignored for 15 mins! This is beyond a joke. No staff thought to ask him if they could help him. Not even a busy a time . They carried on serving others in normal queue. What is the point of your online service? The app also states that you skip queues. Either educate / train your staff or remove this false claim asap.

You quite often get better than usual customer service in Five Guys, maybe because the staff don't get as much abuse as maccy's staff (probably because the chavs are priced out of these over priced burgers) anyway it was nice to visit a five guys and not have to deal woth the blasting music
