the food is really poor, no flavour at all. I ordered the pork dumplings and they tasted like they had gone bad, the egg fried rice doesn't even have any egg in it. overall really bad food and I understand why it's 40% off. when I called the restaurant to see where my food was as it was late the woman on the phone had a really bad attitude and was rude. I do not recommend ordering from this place

Food is genuinely good, tasty & fresh. Not too sure why they have bad reviews regarding the food but mine was really enjoyable I have been skeptical to order from here but I took a chance & will definitely be ordering from here again.

Really good food just long delay in delivery time.

We’ve been using this Chinese takeaway for the past 2 years and they are awesome. The food is great and super tasty and delivery is so so quick. The crispy chili beef & chicken noodle and Singapore rice noodle are our favourites from here.

Delivered very quickly, but very poor quality food!!

My delivery took over an hour, food was cold, no.92 crispy chicken inedible couldn’t even chew it was so hard!

I love the food from here. And their lunch time special for £5 takes a lot of beating.

The food is tasteless, the staff are nice but when I asked if they could add soy sauce or seasoning to the rice when cooking the lady said it was an extra charge! It litrelly has so bland even after paying extra. The rice is hard and don’t taste fresh. The chicken curry was not bad but still bland. Put me and my family off our weekend Chinese takeaway, sorry.

Tasteless food but the worst is the cleanliness of the shop: wet floor signs are covered in years worth of dirt, camera on an entrance to the kitchen has like 5cm of dust sitting on it, floor's corners have layers of dirt. Unbelievable!

Food was horrible. The lemon sauce to go with the lemon chicken actually burnt my tongue. It was that acidic and bitter it was vile. It’s meant to be slightly sweet. I have actual burns on my tongue from the acidity in the lemon sauce and I don’t know what the taste was, but it was foul and I’ve had lemon chicken lots of times as it’s my favourite and I have never had anything quite so disgusting and the house rice is supposed to come in gravy where was the gravy?

They do lovely chinese food here, if you like it spicy i recommend the spicy peppered king prawns and the singapore fried noodle. its very good. The chicken balls are very nice too. The customer service was great.

Ordered yesterday on Uber Eats. Special Fried Rice, dry, tasted old and tasteless. Beef Chowmein, meat tough, grey and tasted pasty. Sweet/Sour Chicken, tough, coating not light crispy, edges chewy like it had been nuked. Overall very poor affair. Checked online today and they've a 2 Food/Hygiene rating....Never Again!

Great food here. And the guy on the telephone is very friendly. I found it very easy to make an order. The salt and pepper chicken wings are very yummy and the chicken balls were delicious too. I will be ordering again. Love the Singapore rice noodle.

I like this place got my food last week and food was good but I got free prawn crackers and they tasted funny but didn't think anything cos was hungry but I was really bad all night got food poisoning food was ok but next day checked the prawn crackers and they smelt n tasted funny definitely a bad batch

Always very prompt delivery and really hot still which is amazing! They also always read the additional instructions which most places fail to notice when asking for something to be removed etc..

The food was horrible! Ordered spicy peppered prawn and ribs. One pork and one veg fried rice and only ate a 3rd of the rice and ribs. Tasted of nothing but old oil and the onions were slimy. Felt sick not even half an hour after eating and my stomach is unsettled. I will never eat there again. 38 GBP down the drain. So disappointed.

Today in the afternoon I ordered a chicken chowmein and I can confirm I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. The noodles were fine but the chicken was undercooked and tasted awful. I haven’t tried the other food but I suggest to avoid the chowmein. On speaking with the Asian receptionist, the reply was simply ‘well that’s how our chowmeins are’. Both the food and the service were a let down.

The food was so greasy and it smelt a little off. The chicken wings and ribs just tasted like they had been microwaved. The prawns inside the balls were so dry and the dumplings and batter on the balls were so thick. Didn’t enjoy it

Delayed delivery, most of the food was nice, but the prawn rice was very dry.

We used to order often in the past, now with cost of living crisis we order as a treat and usually when we have visitors only, so it was rather disappointing to receive quite subpar order. We spent nearly £100 but third of the food went to buns

Wrong order was given . I mixed vegetables and meat with fried rice but was given mixed vegetables and meat with noodles.

Delivery was 45mins late which was a real shame. When I called the lady was apologetic and so was the delivery guy when he turned up, however it definitely had an impact on the food quality. A lot of it had gone soggy, the crispy chilli beef was no longer crispy. It was ok but unfortunately won’t be ordering again.

Driver left a voicemail sating couldn’t find our door number. I replied with information of unique way to find us as we’re only ones without a driveway…. We looked out few times no sign of a driver. Eventually they walked up neighbours driveway & handed food over their fence.

ordered from here it doesn’t give you an exact time for delivery and you can’t track the driver the women that called had an attitude was very rude to me and lied saying the driver had been waiting 15-20 when he eventually showed up he called me 2 mins before and told me he was here and to come out side. But I was already waiting at the door as the women was threatening to not deliver my order very horrible customer service not worth the price food was then cold.👍

Unfortunately not a good meal. Rice was very dry like it was yesterdays batch. Quite a lot of veg compared to meat. Duck had a lot of fat attached to the meat. Poor quality meat used. Black bean sauce had a balanced amount of spice. Kung po and chicken chow mien was average. Plus side was the food came piping hot. Definitely tasted better Chinese food. They work out to be cheaper than their competitors but it’s probably worth paying that little extra for something better tasting.

Over two hours late and no contact from the restaurant about delivery time unless I requested. Over two hours late is not appropriate and I am so so so disappointed and not even a refund! I am shocked and appalled at this service as I have ordered from here multiple times before. I will not be coming back again.

Btilliant! The food tastes clean, it's not swimming in excess oil, and good quality. Highly recommended, and will be ordering for home delivery in future too.

My order did not turn up. I waited almost 2 hours, called and then was told it would be here in 10 minutes. I have now tried to call again half an hour later and the phone is now saying user busy. They have taken my money, updated just eat saying it’s been delivered and it has not.

I think this takeaway has changed hands recently. A new shop front and AWFUL food. I got a Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice. I am not a person who knows food and eats takeaway all the time. But even I know that the food was stale, bullet hard and awful!!!!! DO NOT GO!!!!!

I've had beef chow mein before from other takeaways, this was completely different taste, and I was only able to eat half before giving up and ordering another meal elsewhere. Gave it a try did not like it. Delivery was quick and driver very friendly.

Driver was great. Really tasty curry sauce. Ok Chicken Chow Mein. Cold & Soggy chips. Really greasy Prawn Balls and Spring Rolls. Sweet & Sour sauce far too vinegary and inedible for me.

Thank you for leaving out the onion in my noodle/beansprout, in my opinion I think it tasted better without it.

The food wasn't fresh, the peking ribs had a funny colour to them. The spring rolls tasted like yesterday's and so did the rice, what a waste of £50!!

Sub standard food and service. Our £45 order consisted of lemon chicken, beef chow mien, chicken curry, egg fried rice & chicken Chinese style. Everything was bad, we’ve ordered here at least once a month for a long time. All of the chicken dishes were dry and over cooked (we later found out their fridges weren’t working so suspect it was all yesterdays food) the rice was hard and the curry we asked for medium but was extra hot at the least. The lemon chicken though, this tipped us over the edge the chicken was indescribable but the sauce which came separate…. Tasted like what I imagine flash lemon floor cleaner mixed with cif lemon pancake sauce would taste like. We phoned to complain, the manager wasn’t there, then he was but was fixing fridges. We took the order back to the take away and were refused a refund because we’d eaten some. Well of course how else would we have known it was awful, our spidey senses?? The boss was nonchalant and unapologetic for anything. I won’t lie, it then got heated after politeness led nowhere. Will never eat nor recommend this place ever again after years of loyalty.

The estimated delivery time was an hour which was surprising considering I live only 10 minutes walking distance away, however I won’t nitpick as the food was delivered earlier than scheduled. Everything was delicious and the portion sizes perfect - the only quibble would be with the crabmeat and sweetcorn soup as it was too sweet! I’ve never eaten a soup before that has so much sugar in it to be inedible.

Piping hot - I begrudge paying that much for rice. The chicken and mushroom should come with plain rice or noodles

Paid for large portions, and received a regular on every item not happy as it didn’t go round the family as we have ordered this before, and was large, but this time all regular. Just eat won’t refund for there mistake! 🤬
