What a fantastic pub! Great food and drink and friendly and welcoming atmosphere, very highly recommended.

Serious graft at work today. Working so hard, brought my team to this brewery for beers and good times. Unfortunately, no fun times me as there was a big table and I was last to order so I couldn't order a burger for myself although my whole table managed to order a burger. Awful service, would not come back or recommend. Disorganised. Beer was average.

We had the lunch for less. £28.50 offers a good choice of three courses in a delightful restaurant where service is excellent and food is superb. What more to you want from a restaurant? Been many times and the standard is always first class.

Great lunch and service as usual but one thing I would like to mention is the decor could do with some uplifting and also the menu could also do with some modification to bring it it into the 21st century, as, we have been going here for a number of years now and the menu it seems always seems to be the same so I think it’s now time to sit down and adjust various things not only the menu but also the decor as well as it reminds me of going to see your elderly aunt house, but we did enjoy our lunch but think a revamp is in order

A gem of a proper pub - no food, no music but great real beer and friendly service. I wish this was in my village. (Food rating is for beer!)
