great pub to go too at anytime,lovely and friendly,all the customers make you very very welcome,the drinks prices are the cheapest in the whole of ormskirk,this is now my local,they have 3 dart boards pool table and a massive beer garden,lots going on there every day.

It was class. Top place cheap drinks what more do you want. Would recommend to 5/5 friends. Lovely people very friendly. Nice

Family or friends both is a brilliant excuse to visit this pub. A wide range of drinks to choose from a tuck shop for the kids too! The park is a gods send for my kids. Beautiful garden very well kept. The owner is like a family member she is a super star. Bands are Always on Linda gets the best ones. The staff are lovely beautiful girls personally love them all.

Always sure of a warm welcome from the best landlady, lovely Linda and her fabulous team behind the bar. Very reasonable prices and a cosy, community atmosphere. There are darts, pool and football teams, regular Tuesday quiz nights and frequent live music at the weekend. Linda brings some brilliant bands to the Eureka. The team arrange some lovely community events, barbecues and parties for the children and in the fine weather, the beer garden is a delight to relax in. We’ve had some great times in the Eureka, looking forward to many more.

My boyfriend and I were viewing a house down the road and fancied a drink after. We did not know this pub existed but straight from the off the bar staff, and local pub goers, were really friendly and welcoming even though we had not been before. There was even a warm welcome from the pub dog! Lovely cosy pub with pool, tv and darts. Very good value too. Thanks!

Friendly service make you feel at home, played a game of pool ran out of change landlady gave me two free games now that's service you don't get anywhere else landlady although doesn't mince her words seems to have a heart of gold. Truelly recommended.

The Eureka has finally reopened, at the minute they are just serving drinks, but hoping to re open for food later in the new year, we need to get down and support our local and keep it open for good, it's a great place to socialise and meet new friends, a great atmosphere can be achieved again, so come on guys get down and support the new owners, line you did when I was there. One thing I would say is listen to your regulars, cask ale is a must in this pub and this area, it's drunk by everyone, young, old, students, mums and dads..probably the only pub in the area that doesn't sell cask beer, bit I'm sure that will change. Everything was swimming in the most disgusting dirty fat ever, they just through everything in one dirty deep fat fryer digesting.

Good friendly staff good atmosphere beer well kept food ok but good enough for a predominantly drinking pub

Shame its closed now was a lovely pub,did really good value meals at lunch.cheap and delicious will be missed

Excellent service, good food and made to feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door, the chef even rustled us up a mixed grill that wasn't even on the menu and they did the best chips that I've had out. Syd and Gill

Had a lovley sunday lunch here last sunday.Roast beef,yorky,parsnips,cauli cheese,carrot and turnip the lot and the manager had a special offer on "bonus".I have booked in for this sunday ;-)
