Incredibly rude elderly landlord, will not support this pub again. Have been with friends for drinks previously but also found bar staff quite bizarre when we were sat outside .. they were ssshing each table?

Newly refurbed and reopened and well worth a visit. Opened in Aug 2022 and it’s lovely to visit. Nice inside and out and will be great to see it become established in the village.

Very smart both inside and out, with friendly owners, and a lovely outdoor seating area too. Several real ales on tap, and a wine list too. Food will be being served at a later date as it has literally just opened!

Came here with my sister today for a quick lunch (we shared the fish and Chips). And we had an amazing time.The staff were all lovely and very welcoming, Food came out fast, and is very affordable especially for its taste. and I had a little look in the farm shop. Bought myself a handmade jug and 2 pomegranates which were lovely. Only moved to the village a couple weeks ago so it’s great to know there’s a welcoming and good pub. Will definitely be coming back!

Chequers LaneCarol and Patsy were fantastic and we had a lovely lunch. The beer was excellent too, thank you for a lovely time, I'll be back soon 🙂

Northampton RoadNice country pub with a good menu. Kath made sure we had a fantastic time with great service. Everyone enjoyed their food. We’ll be back!
