Average sandwiches, untidy restaurant and fairly slow service. A rare TripAdvisor miss. We were underwhelmed. Very very tiny.

What an amazing cafe. The staff are so lovely and friendly - nothing is too much trouble. We only had a coffee and hot chocolate, they were delicious and great prices. Definitely worth a visit 👍

Wonderful place. The ambience the owners have created is great. I had the breakfast brunch sandwich, it certainly was. Would keep you going all day. The staff are helpful and attentive, and food quality excellent and prices reasonable. Clever play on words for naming the business!

Best breakfast in Eaton/Windsor, hands down! Came here on first day of visit and wished we weren't the subsequent days too, as they didn't live anywhere near up to this standard. Family had the rarebit, waffles and egg & avocado on sourdough - all plates were cleared with ease and delight - lovely location, friendly service and great value.

Called in as we were looking for a coffee. Very pleased we did! The atmosphere as we went in we found extremely welcoming. Staff,(owners?) were very welcoming. One of us decided to have the ultimate breakfast sandwich, WOW!! The size of it and the quality were impressive. We shall certainly be returning.

Absolutely lovely brunch with fresh ingredients cooked with attention to detail and a very attentive waitress that served us. Couldn't knock a thing about it. 💯 Going back.

6 months on and I’m compelled to reiterate just how much this place is a no-brainer, destination stop for anyone who appreciates the very best food, served with the very best engagement, in an environment that is relaxed, friendly and welcoming. I’ve extolled the virtues of this cafe to every visitor that’s stayed with me since my first discovery of the culinary magic that is Kostas, Gino & Co. No pun, but I’ve risked serious egg on my face, such are my oft deployed superlatives ! Yesterday the Veggie Breakfast was added to the long list of offerings that just don’t disappoint. Cooked perfectly, it was the freshest doorstep toast that simply sealed the deal - ‘it costs a bit more, but it adds so much’ is Kostas’s philosophy. ‘Worth it !’ was our clear sentiment & endorsement. And the Greek yoghurt - extraordinaire - which I’d wanged on about, was apparently even better on the tastebuds than even I had given it credit for. I’ve since discovered that this yogurt is imported from Greece and maddeningly, cannot be bought retail ! The usual cafe suspects of the High Street have their place but nothing can better a proposition that has true heart. With Eaten cafe, there’s nothing fancy, nothing overtly commercial. Just authentic, home made cooking, created & served with love, passion and a commitment to we the Diners. Quality @ value, every which way !

I went here with family who were visiting. The staff are amazing firstly, so welcoming and friendly. The menu is really good. With lots of options like baked potato, burgers, sandwiches. It's very well priced and fair. The food was excellent, cooked fresh and everything about our visit was great. Thoroughly recommended.

This is a charming independent cafe which sells all the breakfast and lunch favourites. I had smashed avocado and poached eggs on sourdough - they serve breakfast all day. Very tasty. Excellent value.

A lovely little cafe - unfortunately when we went they had no gas due a major incident in the whole of the high street so could not offer their usual range. The staff were very apologetic but we did get a lovely sandwich on good fresh bread and a lovely coffee. Will visit again hopefully when the authorities sort the gas issue to sample more of their range

I went to Windsor on a coach trip and walked up Eton high street, which actually was much quieter than the Windsor end, saw a few places but stepped in here, and I'm so glad, massive sandwich made with amazing bread, and the staff had great customer service, I loved Windsor and I will come back here, ❤️

Walked from Windsor to Eton and came across this wonderful little cafe. Plenty of selection to choose from but not the quickest as it’s all freshly prepared but definitely worth the wait. Staff we very polite, clean and tidy would definitely recommend a visit!

Great lunch here today with my partner. He had a peri peri chicken sandwich which came very well filled with thick bread. I had an omelette which was perfect and came with chips and a salad. Came to under £20 with 2 soft drinks very happy!

We had a great experience here. On quiet Eaton high street away from the crowds in Windsor centre, the Eaten has a varied selection for breakfast, brunch and lunch - including quality Greek options. The staff were friendly and very accommodating (didn’t bat an eyelid at a child’s request for a plain cheese toastie). Everyone was happy with their food, which was delicious!

Stopped in for an early lunch. I had the chicken and bacon panini and wife had turkey sandwich. The “meal deal” includes a soft drink and potato chips (or crisps for the British folk). We could have easily split one meal as the sandwiches are huge and very good. Young man behind the counter sounded like Prince Harry. Very proper English. Great stop before touring Windsor.

Had a quick lunch today at the Eaten Cafe, just some jacket potatoes. They looked good and tasted good, and also came with a side salad too. The two guys who were serving (maybe they're the owners too) were super friendly and professional. And price-wise it was great value too. The cafe was really busy so they're obviously doing something right :).

Friendly service, good quality cakes like at your "home" freshly brewed coffee. Of course sandwiches and even gyros as well. Would definetly come again!

I was cycling from London to Bath along the Thames path. Stopped for lunch in Eton. Fantastic service, food and experience. So helpful. Delicious food and drinks. Wonderful.
