The Donut Man in Sefton

Ordered a small coke waited over 15 minutes with a child in a wheelchair, asked twice for my order was told "someone will be with you soon " , manager was too busy making an elderly employee call him SIR before she could get past with a bag full of rubbish ♿️

Don't know if it's because we went in late but food was rank, worst chicken I've tasted, fries not nice either, won't be going back.

Absolute disgrace. Went in with two hungry kids. After waiting 25 minutes, not a single person inside had received their meal. Gave up waiting and asked for a refund which seemed a little too difficult for the staff. Eventually after another ten minutes waiting for a refund, they refunded 16pence short. Took a further 5 minutes to get my 16pence cash out the till. A total of 40 minutes to leave without food, 2 hungry kids but with 16p cash

After placing App order, arrived at McDonald's, Switch Island, at 19.57hrs. Was given my hot drink then asked to park up. At 20.30hrs I was still parked up when I got the 1/4 Burger and fries. By now, the hot drink was lukewarm. Extremely poor service at a 'Not So Fast Food' Restaurant. I will not order from here again. Not specifically blaming staff, but management who obviously can't plan for demand on a Sunday evening.

Oh Wow!! Excellent Fresh Burgers in fresh barns!! We were recommended to try this place which isn’t close to where we live but it was gorgeous and very very tasty! We’ll definitely be ordering from them again 😁👍👊 I would definitely recommend them, a lovely friendly delivery driver too 😄 Well done you folks it was a great experience 👍👍😁
