Very disappointing pie. I visited the deli today and was excited to purchase a goats cheese and beetroot pie. I was shocked that it cost £8, but thought it must be good. Unfortunately it didn’t live up to the price tag. Too much pastry, huge chunks of beetroot and very little goats cheese. It went in the bin

We have just had our amazing Christmas lunch, thanks to Aiden’s fantastic Beef Wellington! I followed the excellent instructions and the Wellington really was “the bees knees” when it comes to flavour. We cannot fault this dish and highly recommend it. Thank you Aiden ….and Sarah for recommending it!

The gem of Lymm! I am addicted to their sausage rolls. The pasty is utterly exquisite, and they taste divine. They sell a great selection of fresh nibbles for every pallet. Highly recommended The Deli

Could maybe do with a refurb. The room I was in was a little grotty and the shower wasn't very hot. Nice staff though. Could definitely do with a pent on the outside. It's now a Greene king inn
