Very slow service waited over an hour for food to come when arrived it was cold there was 5 of us and only 2 meals was reasonable was recommended to try but very disappointed won’t be visiting again wasn’t value for money didn’t want to complain at the time as we couldn’t wait anymore had other appointments to go to

Had my first meal here, Sunday roast, presentation was phenomenal, great flavours and a wide selection of veg and meats too. Thoroughly enjoyed my Sunday dinner.

Went in for breakfast before an appointment. I waited 35 minutes for a sausage and egg barm. I ended up leaving before it arrived, if it ever did! So poor.

The day we visited there was a event in the town center, my wife and I ordered steak and chips, the steak was inedible all gristle, we were not asked during the meal if it was ok, we left ,as the bar staff seemed engrossed with something else.it was a good experience,

Only popped in to meet a friend, but the place is well located and the staff are amazing. I didn't try the food I only had a pint of beer. Reasonably priced and I would visit again.

Ive been here numerous times, but this time is by far the worse, ordered 2 breakfast and a latte, and a flat white. Nothing different to what Ive ordered in the past. The eggs were pretty much raw, we had to ask for the drinks after a short while after the food came, only to be told they had threw our order in the bin before completing it. Drinks were lovely, breakfasts 5/10, eggs just a plain 0. Shame I can't attach an image. EDIT....so, after this review myself and the owner exchanged emails and I decided to go back and try again. I was there on the 17/08 and ordered the salt and pepper chicken noodles after trying the bangers and mash on a previous occasion. This dish is a must, will most definitely have this again. I also want to add Jean is an absolute credit to this bar, she's very welcoming, makes sure the tables are clean and that customers are looked after. Well done.

Great Breakfast in Warrington. Paid £19.45 for 1 mega Breakfast and 1x small Breakfast and 2x Teas.

Food is really nice always hot and it's fast service. Most of the staff are lovely

Winner for the Sunday lunch competition! Nice to be greeted & treated by friendly staff! .. the starters were delicious.. & the Turkey Sunday lunch was delicious.. well presented.. plenty full & a huge selection of vegetables..staff kept checking that everything was ok. The pub was clean with & nice new refurbished area. The menu looks fantastic & prices are good.. definitely worth a visit & I will certainly be returning.

My dad’s choice so I wasn’t expecting much and slithered off to the shops but when I came back I was extremely disappointed I’d not had them order me something. Food was delicious. The waiter saw my disappointment and bought me a plate so I could pinch some chips and chicken because the portions are massive. Really friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Will be back.

Last visit was just to chat with some friends, so no food or drink, but the band were entertaining and the crowd loved it

Lovely roast dinner, meat and veggies are delicious and love the garlic herb butter addition to the mash and meat gives it a lovely taste. Also the salt and pepper chicken starter was very nice, I was expecting some crispy chicken nuggets kind of thing but this was delicious and fresh tasting. I know I’ll certainly be returning but maybe this time try something over than their roasts, see if their other foods live up to the standards of the roasts they make 🫣🥰.

Had breakfast here with my parents and children, the staff were so friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble. The food was fresh and tasty. Facilities all clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a lovely morning

Wasn't intending to go in but the atmosphere sounded good so popped in for a drink. Wasn't intending to eat but the food looked lovely so we gave it a go and glad we did! The pie was locally sourced and delicious - we will definitely be back!

A nice little pub excellent choice of Ales and Spirits, as in the one's you drink not the one's requiring the Ghostbusters to get rid of. The staff are amazing and very helpful, I bring my client here sometimes and he has Autism and even he likes the pub and it's Variety of drinks and bite to eat although he is very particular though and the staff always very helpful and help me to meet his needs.

Food very basic and no where near as good as in the past. Lovely older lady served the meals and she was very welcoming and chatty

Ordered the a coffee and never got it. Had to remind the barmaid twice and the lovely waitress took control by making and bringing over my coffee. Food and coffee was delicious but the woman behind the bar would find better work in Karen's diner or MMA boxing with that attitude.

the chefs Josh and Ryan did an amazing job for someone looking for a small late lunch, I ended up having a wonderful sunday roast. The mash was so creamy vegetables cooked perfectly and tasted so fresh it was like going back home and having a real country roast. The service was wonderful, pleasant and helpful I came away not only satisfied, happy but was so surprised at how reasonably priced it is too. I would highly recommend here for a wonderful food and great place to drink

Great place for live music on a Saturday night.

Oh mother of Jeasus,it's a lovely evening in Warrington. I just left one newly opened establishment, there were about 70 patrons enjoying live music and it was £4.50 a pint. Not cheap but good value considering the live music, I do like to give the local pubs a twist so I am on a walk about . I'm here now , it's a nice bar but £5.40 for a pint of Moretti ,no live music (not a problem) but I said I'd throw it out there. I'm listening to some clown mouthing off to some misfortunate girl how he is going to change his life. ( It ain't going to happen) and she is falling hook line and sinker. Anyway it's a nice pub but I'd drop the prices, surely you can flog the pint for a lot less than £5.40 Oh no, I don't believe this. The fella mouthing off has just suggested to the other person to go to the bar I just left. God help them.

Another visit 12 months on since Hull KR were last here - great service, great food, highly recommended

Food was good but I think I had the thinest fish, from top to toe, as though you were trying to get two fish out of one, spoiled it wouldn't go again.

Great little pub in Warrington Town centre, recently under new management. Had lunch in here, its a temporary menu but Great variety, reasonably priced and was delicious, though we did wait quite a while for the meals to come, however, we weren't in any particular rush, so this wasn't an issue. Very friendly service

I was here for one night only and I felt I had been coming here for years, outstanding atmosphere and I can't say thank you enough, Thanks to Alex and the Team .. I will be back soon

Hello there we just been in this pub first time and not much happy the food not very tasty the burgers smells and the fish and chips very bad, also the gamon stake was super salted and not cooked properly at all for this price £73 !!! , i know many different pubs and they served better tasty foods for better and cheaper prices, so probably not coming back at this one anymore i think better to go anywhere else better idea 😉

Love The Blue Bell. Food was piping hot and delicious, staff were very friendly and helpful, atmosphere was warm and relaxed. Reasonable prices, would recommend.

Just had food here and the jacket potatoes, both of them were rock hard and not cooked proper so we left them. They was microwaved but to the point half of the potatoe was not edible. With a tiny scrap of salad 🥗 not the best meal. Staff were friendly on the till however no one came over to see if we liked the food, because if they did we would of said NO. It's the worst jacket potatoe I've ever had.

The staff here are exceptional, really made the pub. So friendly and really took the time to make you feel welcomed. It's a lovely place. Food was very reasonably priced and well presented. It's not anything fancy but a really nice welcoming feel.

Just had excellent meals, good portion sizes and good quality food. Well worth the price. The staff are excellent, friendly and professional. We'll definitely be coming back.

Sorry 1st time in this pub Was pushed over by someone i didnt even know, im full of bruises and have injured my back.

We called in this afternoon as a family while shopping. My wife and I had steak and it was the best steak I have had in a long time. Lovely warm atmosphere I will definitely be coming back.

Too much head on a pint. Asked for a touch up. Got told that the pint line was where the box with the MXX number is when there's no pint line. Not being funny but that's simply not true. If a customer asks for a touch up, you touch it up when there's no pint line. Yes, it's petty on my part but it is on theirs too

Had a lovely visit to the Blue Bell recently. I had one of the burgers with loaded tots and it was to die for. The staff was so attentive and I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

First time to Warrington and so glad we came across this pub. We did actually walk past and then walked back. The service was outstanding and a really great welcome. The lady that served us was so hospitable and was pleased to pass on information about places that opened earlier than 9 for breakfast Saturday morning. The food was fantastic, cooked and presented to a very high standard. We had the gammon, fish & chips and scampi and all of it was delicious. They make a good gin too! Give this place a go you’ll be surprised!

Visited on 27/9/23 A lovely welcome from the girls as we came in Sat down asked if we were ready for a drink We got our drinks and we ordered breakfast each Wow beautiful present tasted amazing food hot 5* The two girls Vicky and Becky made our visit better had a laugh 😂 with them but they made sure we had everything what we needed

The food was so good, one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had!! Great band playing later in evening as well.

I used the toilet as the bus station toilets were shut again and actually didn't get told off as I was heading straight back out. So thank you ♥

Loved it, and the food was delicious. It is a nice place for a quiet drink and peaceful enough to enjoy company. The staff were helpful and responsive and mostly polite and respectful.

Absolutely lovely food but my gosh, what ever happened to good customer service? The women at the bar rolled her eyes when I told her I needed to swap the egg out the breakfast due to an allergy, the other lady serving made us feel like we were a nuisance for even being there, soooo miserable and rude. I just don’t understand it, cost of living and all that, people are in your premises spending their money, there was only 3 tables of people in the entire establishment and you cannot even muster up a smile? Let alone being nice and approachable. Just rather odd. Such a shame as the food was really really lovely but wouldn’t go again due to the sheer misery of the staff.

Sunday lunch and breakfast fantastic

Visited here for for the first time today and was very impressed. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Food was freshly cooked and delicious! The staff looked after us very well. Very cosy and a lovely atmosphere and reasonably priced. We will be returning again. We'll done to all staff at The Bluebell.

4 friends and I visited the Blue Bell on the 16/08/23 and had a fabulous meal. We ordered 4 steaks and one burger. We were told the wait was a little longer for the steaks, but boy was they worth it! The steaks were 3 medium and one well done. They were all cooked as requested and were thoroughly mouth watering. The burger was delicious too. Great value for the money paid with friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble. We were even treated to a packet of love hearts each. when we asked for the bill. we will be back ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

Lovely food and brilliant service. Wanted a specific dish but they didn't do it anymore so I was recommended a similar one and it was lovely. My partner said his burger was the best his ever tasted and my son enjoyed the mac n cheese bites ! Fairly priced can't moan at £30 for 3 people including drinks

A family celebration low key. The reservation had to be looked up which meant nothing was ready. After 45 mins had to go the bar to ask for service. Good nice and hot. Only one waitress, seems new management but not impressed.

Fantastic pub on Bridge Street had the my first rodeo burger, absolutely delicious and great value for money, would return just for that,.
