Feathers in Warrington

Just knipped in for quick pint, poor girl behind the bar was on her own did take few minutes to get served but beer was good and for less than £3 that's excellent, toilets weren't great hand dryer had come off wall there was nothing to wash your hands with.

Best pub on a weekend & great when football is on & the drink is great

Really nice looking venue, staff really friendly and chatty and the drinks are reasonably priced I don't see why anybody wouldn't visit this place

It's Friday the 22nd of December and the door staff have asked someone to remove a Santa hat. What a load of.....

I like coming in here when I'm in town, usually late afternoon. The music is usually good if you love 80's music as I do. It's great for the football too, and has a pool table. Would be five stars if food was served here, but it's a drinking pub.

Cocktails were shockingly bad cheap alcohol in expensive bottles. Dirty glasses and when asked for a clean glass we was refused

Good pub opens late has a pool table, disco, cocktails, and a large variety of spirits. Only downfall toilets are like trainspotting.

Unfortunately the doorman was very intimidating spoiling a lovely evening with friends did not go in and walked to the Hop Pole will not be going again

State of the toilets was disgraceful. Glasses needed collecting. Music not what it used to be.

Sticky floor, dirty billiard table, bathrooms also in poor condition.

Nice pub and comfortable for a few hours drinking

A certain reluctance to enter this venue initially. But overall, I found the atmosphere great, I can relate to most of the music that is being played. Does get very hot inside, guess I just go back to sticky carpeted dancefloor!! But a really good, and feel good venue once a few drinks have been consumed.

Wasn't keen on the music at feathers unfortunately last night. You start tonhesr a recognisable tune but its remixed to death. It makes all the songs sound exactly the same as each other. Had a better musical experience at the next stop, babylon retro. Friars Court also plays decent music too if you're on a night out around warrington.

It is what it is on a night out, managed to get a drink but can never be bothered fighting my way through to get another 😂 so I just stay on the dance floor dancing to the good range of music they have on

Terrible customer service by the on site security team, at last orders, I asked to use the toilet and was told 'the toilets were now closed & that there was a male attendant in them'. I said I didn't mind that. I ended up surrounded by 3 security staff on site arguing the situation. One male security staff, in particular, was very oppositional. He took an aggressive, physical stance throughout. After trying to explain my viewpoint, I asked if I could take a photo of his ID , if he was quoting the company policy. He refused, a female security staff sent him away and asked to deal with me outside. Once walked to the door, she just commenced to bolt the door! I asked if that was it and she replied yes and didn't even engage in the conversation to obtain my point. I can't help feeling that the security staff at the feathers have a one size fits all approach to security. It was needless, all I wanted was a quick wee!? Absolutely, awful attitude, I will not return, appalling service 🤮🤮

Staff friendly. Place was dead 6pm St Patrick's Day 2022! We traveled from South Wales. Generally PPP used to be a prime location.

I'm a wheelchair user and the door staff were amazing with me all night and at the end of my night they helped me leave thankyou for an amazing time and with helping me out

Good atmosphere , decent music, decent choice of drinks and the door staff were spot on too.

Friends birthday, went for afterwork drinks. Half way through the night we saw a sign on the wall that says "free cocktail on your birthday" when asked, the barman said we "no, don't do it anymore." Ignored us when we asked why ...I'm sorry but it's on your wall in writing? Was also told to move as it's the dance floor, but no one was dancing. Not a great place.

This use to be a decent little bar but it's far from good now and has went downhill fast. Bad vibes and awful management. AVOID!

Like being at school the way the staff stare and talk to customers.Don't bother

good to have some places like this in town...!there is a car park near by also some free car spaces around on the road ,with very easy access to this place and many other takeaways in warrington town centre.there is a one way system in the area so if you are coming by car make sure you know your way...

Was glad to see the feathers back open. Great prices however not happy about the prices going up half way through the night. Lots of people talking about it. They never changed prices on a Friday. Busy bar but Caitlyn was outstanding and never stopped.

I went onto the bar to meet some friends I tried ordered some drinks but was told I had to remove ny flat cap l explained that I had alapisha she said .l dont care I point out that other people at the bar had there base ball caps on she replied thay are OK thay are regularlers. Avoid avoid .reluctantly I have to select a star .Regards

Was ok...they serve you the beer and take ur money...then as soon as you have a wobble they tell you your too drunk and wont let you back in 😡😡

Called in this afternoon, clean bar area however the toilets were a disgrace. Stunk, bins not emptied and walls full of black mould.

Basically treated like dirt on the floor. I would like the owners of this establishment to message me back U would not treat anybody the way your staff treated myself & my friends last evening. They even slagged off the police what is this country coming to!!! Shame on your staff!!!

Great beer prices, when watching football

Walked in, saw this, walked out. This is not even tolerable. I literally smelt it as soon as I entered, friends sat down for food, however once I'd shown them this, we soon left.

My boyfriend and I went into Feathers for the first time last night as it was our first weekend in Warrington. It was busy, good music on, seemed like everyone was having a good time. We were standing at the bar, chatting amongst ourselves and I saw there was a woman who kept drunkenly glaring over. Her friend then came and deliberately bashed into my boyfriend and the two women then proceeded to genuinely try and pick a fight with us! Clearly just looking for trouble. The security asked us to go outside, we did and to which my boyfriend and I calmly explained the situation. The security were great and not only throw the troublemaker and her party out but came back in to make sure we were ok and got the bar staff to give us a drink on the house. Really well handled by the staff and we were grateful however not the kind of drama we are looking for on a ‘date night’ in town. Would be cautious of going back on a Saturday night (toilets aren’t very clean either and 1 out of the 3 was out of order). Lx

I had a nice pint of real ale, had Doombar here when Wetherspoons had run out. Nice quiet lunchtime pint!

Lovely place now it has been done up. Been here a few time and always enjoyed it. Chilled place to have a few drinks and a good bite to eat.

Very comfortable pub to pass the afternoon. The music playing was particularly fantastic for me; all my favs. The real ale was too warm but maybe not enough customers to get it flowing. Nice pub.

Good pub for watching sports. Good selection of beers. Loads of different whiskies and other spirits. Disappointed it wasn't serving food anymore, starting up again after Xmas I was told.

Been in a few times no problem, was in Saturday night went out for a smoke, was not allowed back in, I walked home after tryng to reason with door staff, left friends inside, thanks for the hospitality 0/10

As well as bieng a food pub which they do sell alot of and it looks good. This bar offers all types of sports on there TV's for all teams, the football, golf, rugby etc

A nice bar on Bridge Street with friendly staff

Called in at lunchtime and ordered one of the speciality pies, beef and blue cheese. Thankfully only ordered one dish to share as the dish includes a lot of mash, a huge pie, peas and gravy. Very tasty. The service was very good too.

We were inticed in by the A board outside offering Caffreys £1.49 a pint all day everyday,we ordered a pint with a large glass of house red £7.78 we were charged we left feeling conned.

We ordered two steak sandwiches which came with fries. I asked could we have normal chips and was told no it comes with fries. Food was dissapointing. I noticed that if you have scampi or battered fish you get chunky chips all be it eight of them with I pieces of scampi which arrived on the table next to us.

lovely staff, great choice of meals , love the halloumi choices, only downside was our desserts they took 20 minutes to arrive and were frozen , couldn't wait any longer as we had a rugby match to go to .

Really bad place if you are disabled there is no access to the bar or toilets even the entrance has 2 steps to get in

I am a GP and went out I have an illness that makes one side of my face drop the girl behind the bar refused to serve me I explained my issue and was about to show her my medical card however I never got time she had two door me throw me out, I felt ashamed.

If you want an excellent lunch time treat this is the place to go! excellent service nice polite staff and an excellent chief who produces amazing lunch time treats, ordered a steak and onion sandwich and they presented me with a very fulfilling toasted sandwich with a side salad which was perfect, can not wait to go back and have a dish of their full dinner menu as I am sure this will be a real treat, well done all involved
