Good place for a quick pint. Plenty of space for events. Nice homely atmosphere. The land lords are very accommodating.

Great find! Lovely pub with fantastic food and a great garden. The food was incredible, service was lovely and the prices were really good! For the price I'd say the food is excellent - plenty of choice (even for picky eaters) and all of it tasted incredible. We waited about half an hour but it was well worth it. Drinks are also reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend as a spot for those staying nearby (especially at the Salomon Estate as there's no evening dining there) - super easy to get to.

Food was lovely! Although I found it quite expensive for what you get, especially the party buffet,there just wasn't quite enough for how many we paid for.

Booked a family meal in advance. Food arrived 2hours late. Veg over cooked, potato’s uncooked aunt Bessie’s. Some of us got a Yorkshire others didn’t. Some got broccoli some didn’t. V poor quality and poor value for money.

Friendly attentive Staff, Nice Good quality food, Cold Beer -Or Warm to your preference, What more could one want.

The cross keys is wonderful, the staff make you feel like you're part of the family and the food is spot on for good honest home made cooking, I always visit with friends here in my trips to Tunbridge Wells and you have to try the Sunday Roasts, they have the best today potatoes I've ever eaten! The beer garden is huge and they have loads of fun events on through the summer and live entertainment all year round. Thank you for making such a great venue, we love it there!

Had lunch there today with a friend and it was dreadful. Chose the fish and chips which should have been served with tartar sauce but they had run out. The fish tasted as if it had been warmed up and the chips were hard. The crumble to follow was so hard, I couldn’t get the spoon through it so had to turn it over and scrape the minute amount of fruit off it. The waitress was nice and knocked some me money off but we won’t be going there again.

Really good classic pub Sunday roast. Tunbridge Wells is getting expensive and Cross Keys do the below plate for £9.99 it’s the small plate (which is still massive and comes with veg to share). Recommend 100%

Nice local neighbourhood/family style pub serving a hearty traditional pub menu including delicious pie & mash (with liquor) nights at a very reasonable price... Overall atmosphere is relaxed, quiet, and welcoming with plenty of comfy seating (there's also a large outside area)... Staff are lovely and attentive, and service was fast and efficient...

Tasty roast dinner, friendly staff, definitely worth a visit!

Friend and I had 'OAP' lunch about £10 each. Choice of three items on the menu for each course if I remember correctly. We had broccoli & stilton cheese soup, breaded mushrooms & salad starters, fish & chips & peas with Tartare sauce & slice lemon for main course. Ran out of time for subsequent appointment so missed the apple crumble & custard for pudding unfortunately. Breaded mushrooms good, generous size bowl of delicious piping hot soup with warmed baguette & butter, lovely fish & chips (chunky chips, fluffy inside) and our order was served very quickly. Barmaid was welcoming and very pleasant to talk to and the place is dog friendly. Marvellous for a lovely, inexpensive lunch!

We went for a Wednesday evening meal and was not disappointed. Best pie and mash I have ever had, and I say that as an ex East Ender. The rest of our part were extremely happy with their chicken burgers and declared the fudge brownie amazing. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and 5stars is deserved as much for this as the food.

Friendly welcome, large garden with the possibility to eat there. The food, including fish and chips, was very tasty and beautifully presented. You can hang from the bar, take a seat at a table inside or in the veranda. It is wonderful to relax outside on the picnic benches. Various bearings on tap available. Recommended!

My husband Sean and I chose to have our wedding reception at the cross key's as it's a stones throw from our house. Julie and the team were absolutely brilliant. They made sure our day was stress free and relaxed. They even put the decorations up for us. Which saved us loads of hassle. Fantastic day and fantastic staff and venue.

Nice pub on A26 as you approach Tunbridge Wells, good choice Lagers and couple real ales and good pub food. Nice garden area also a conservatory.

One of the best pubs in tunbridge Wells. The food is fantastic clearly home made. Staff are amazing, the owner, her siobhan and Rachel are amazing at their jobs and great fun. The pub and garden are excellent and perfect for kids

Experienced a few times their vinyl discos on Saturday night, 2019. Brilliant DJ; knows his music and how to get you up and dancing. Friendly, happy people.

Decent. Limited selection of beers. Unlimited selection of colorful locals. Stay here long enough you'll find a home.

Attended a 75th birthday a year ago and had given the cross keys 4 stars. Last Sunday went for Sunday lunch with the then birthday girl and friend. Their roast pork was nearly inedible, the vegetables were crunchy. But worst is to come, didn't provide an itemised bill just a total. They had overcharged us by £11 so be warned check your bill carefully. Google images for roast pork there are plenty of pictures what it should like.

Nothing wrong, but remember the heaving place it used to be in the past. Admittedly 30 years ago.

We had a birthday party in the conservatary which the staff were very helpful and made us very comfortable great food and good service well done we will be back

Today 17 of us celebrated my birthday with Sunday Roast etc in the conservatory. The food was absolutely first class. Excellent day cooked Lots of it too. Nothing was too much trouble

Great venue and outdoor space for kids but the food is truly, trily inedible. Festering in refried oil, uncooked meats, salads with no greenery. You really have to try to serve up grub this bad.

Returned to the pub for the first time in quite a while. Lovely welcome and good was exceptional. Won't be leaving it so long to return!

Went to a friends birthday party here. He did some of the DJ stuff. Music was Motown and food was good. Very pleasant night.

Great Pub garden for sitting in the sun with the kids play equipment to keep them entertained. The slide is well fast. Food is really good, massive fan of the Sunday Roast!

Just taken a dear friend out for lunch here, the food was delicious and plentiful , nice friendly staff . I will definatly be going back again .

So terribly disappointed. Waited 45 minutes for starters then when the mains came felt totally let down, asked if the beef was pink and was told it was I had a job to eat it! Was overcooked and chewy!! A bottle of bog standard wine was £18 certainly not worth that amount! The saving grace was the owners daughter who was great. But won't make me return!!

It's good to see the new owners have injected some new life back into this pub! Our family went there to meet friends and have food, all the kids had things to do as there are decent climbing frames and slides for them while we could sit down and eat some food. There is a nice new menu with good quality food. The staff are friendly and the inside of the pub has a lot more feel in it which it had lost greatly years before. 5 stars what a nice change!

Nice food left the plate empty and cattered well for a very fussy eater in my party also. Polite staff and good family pub with big garden for children and climbing frame defiantly worth a try as under new ownership.
