I love the food, fast service standards 😋 and they offer dried groundnuts 😋

Burger was ok chips not so £45 for 2 burger chips and a drink Better off with a MC chicken mayo for £1.39

Food is very good. Everything was fresh and meal was tasty. Meal can be messy however so load up on napkins. Service from staff is well above expectation. Staff greeting with smiles and politeness. Did not feel rushed and felt quite invited in the restaurant. Absolutely recommended Others mentioned price is expensive, I think it’s quite reasonable. Plenty of food for the price to fill me up. Very happy and will be back :)

Very clean, extremely fast service and they give you two straws incase one stops working

I have been to a few Five Guys but have to say this was by far the worst. The burger and bacon were so over overcooked and the salted caramel shake tasted of pure vanilla. Very substandard considering the price that is charged. Thoroughly disappointed

this place has taken me over the roof as the burgers were very succulent and the fries had a nice golden brown tone to it and it was very crispy, not only that but the drinks was also nice and very cold and I really liked it. I would definitely come here again.

Had a five guys home delivery Went to meet the Uber Eats guy at the front of our house , gave the guy our code number for confirmation. He typed it into his phone to confirm. He opened his delivery bag,started to give me the food. Took out the paper carrier bag which fell apart and our burgers and chips fell onto the ground. The young delivery courier apologised. We’d paid £33 for 2 burgers and fries. We contacted Five Guys Restaurant in Tunbridge Wells. The manager said there was nothing they could do and we needed to contact Uber Eats for a refund. No offer apology or replacement of the order. Our order number was 9481. Beware, once you give the order number, it’s assumed you have your food. No come backs. Five Guys Manager said it wasn’t his responsibility. Will never ever spend money in Five Guys again. Neither will my family or friends. Just wanted my meal that I’d paid for, nothing more.

Fabulous quality food - honestly best burger I've ever eaten. And their new popcorn milkshake is just something else. Staff were super friendly, service was quick - I will definitely be going back soon! :)

Got a five guys metal straw for 2 quid, would reccomend

Member of staff coughing into his hand, the deep chesty kinda cough. Two minutes later, he's wiping his nose on the back of his hand. Then proceeded to prepare customers food. Is this the standard of hygiene at this establishment?.. If you work in the food industry, and your that ill, take time off work, or is Five Guys, another one of them companies that make their staff work whilst they're ill?. Disgusting in the food industry.

It was my first visit to Five Guys and I think it's over rated. You are paying a lot more for something that's marginally better than what you'd get at other fast food restaurants. The lighting in there is insanely bright. It's so unpleasantly bright that you'll likely want to take your food and eat elsewhere. Maybe that's what Five Guys intended? The staff are friendly and the service good. Food is made right in front of you. Update: I think it deserves a four*, because if you want fast food it probably is the best option. Please sort out the lighting though.

Little on the expensive side but a pretty good burger. I was disappointed to be enjoying my food while there were loads of school kids hanging around that didn't appear to be customers. You'd expect that in McDonald's but was a little surprised to see it in here.

I had a cheese burger with jalapeños.. The burger patties were dry and tasted like they'd been parfried, allowed to cool down, and then fried again. Cheese tasted processed.. at £11.15 simply bad value.. and £4.25 for a bottomless machine coke?? Today was my first visit to five guys and i'm afraid I won't be back.

The best Hamburger in Tunbridge wells I say this even if until now I was not a lover of burgers until I ate here, everything is tasty and the fries are exactly what you need to have a perfect meal, tasty, aromatic and perfectly cut 😉 let's not forget about the time you wait for everything to be prepared, you are served free of charge with the delicious peanuts like all Five Gays products 🙂....everything delicious, big thank you

This was my first visit to a Five Guys burger restaurant despite them having been in the UK for a while now. This was a nice experience. Their burgers are very moist and that is a reasonable attribute in a burger. Their fries are very tasty even if a little salty and the bottomless drink has a huge choice. The restaurant was quite empty and felt more so due to the large amount of space

Phillip K served us after a long day and made our experience amazing, incredibly kind and hospitable guy, should be running the place if he doesn’t already. Burger was really good too

I went there and it was a wounderful place, the food was perfect and a excelent customer service.

Not good really. Bland expensive burger, would not recommend. Five Guys has responded, and attempted to defend their abysmal burger. Ok, seasoning, or lack thereof, is subjective. But, dry - seemed to me like it was a day old and reheated, and the shockingly expensive, unjustifiable price, are indefensible. 3x the price of other burger outlets. Also, appeared to be something wrong with the drinks machine, as it was very weak. On my experience, stay away to avoid disappointment - I will never be setting foot in one again.

First time ever trying Five Guys and it was on a work lunch break. The food was amazing and I've never had a burger and fries like it. Glad I went for the small fries as they were a huge portion.

This five guys is so good but normally is very quiet. I think this is as it’s so expensive 😭. I can only go sometimes or with my parents. Service is always good and so is the food.

Had a lovely experience in this branch of five guys, delicious fries and a lovely Millkshake on the side. My kids loved it too. They got to do some drawings too which kept them occupied as they fed their bellies

I love the fries of the store. It's just delicious and i talked to one employee and asked who made the fries it was perfectly cook he said his name is MD. Big Tnxs to him and five guys.

Too much advertising. The time I had it, it wasn't great and it was expensive.

Came in on Saturday night with my son and husband who had never had 5 guys before. Everything was fantastic, we were honestly blown away by how good the fries were!! Also the soft drinks being almost all sugar free is fantastic, my husband is a diabetic and for once felt spoilt for choice!! Friendly staff and very very clean! Will definitely come again!

Great atmosphere here and the staff are top notch. Being a vegetarian I've mainly stuck to the fries but those are phenomenal! Using the drinks machine is fun as you can make all sorts of combinations or take on one of the milkshakes. Looking forward to my next visit.

5 stars absolutely ignore any haters. How this place could have worse than that is beyond me. Piping hot food, more than enough staff who were all very friendly. Accessible toilets—the full package. Like being in America, 5* customer service of all kinds.
